former new york city mayor rudy giuliani. he would not be attorney general he is in the running to be secretary of state. a new name for potential ag is former rival ted cruz. he visited with trump at trump towers but didn't say if the position was discussed. last night mike huckabee said he would be surprised if cruz was offered that position but added he is certainly qualified for it. >> he served in an attorney general's office as solicitor. he is a constitutional lawyer. he has many of the gifts. there are certain members of the republican senate that would be happy to confirm him because he wouldn't be in the senate. they wouldn't be that happy with him being there. >> the president elect weighed in on twitter. very organized process taking

dallas. a little warmer across the central u.s. as i mentioned a change is coming. we have seen this area of low pressure move up in the northeast. the northwest, that's where we are starting to see activity. a couple storm systems moving in. one of those is going to move into the rockies, the northern plains and perhaps the upper midwest. travel delays looking good for much of the country. worried about the northwest because the storm system is moving in. northwest here it comes. snow across the rockies moving across the plains and into the midwest. let's take a look at the next seven days. here are some of the reliable forecast models. we could see the potential for a big snowstorm and even across the east as we go into the weekend. we knew winter was coming just when it could be this weekend.
