house. everybody understands that. you can't be loyal to a fault. you have to be able to attract people who not necessarily supported you in the beginning but support you in the end. >> you look at past presidents you have been part of helping push 43 where they took a number of weeks to figure out the exact right people to fill the cabinet. is the media right to criticize? a oo he is ahead of the game, though, right? >> slow and steady is the best course. don't make rash decisions paining them on your own time table. most presidents have taken weeks to come out with a cabinet. i think mr. nixon took about six weeks and he announced them all at once. patience. everybody needs to chill and let the president elect make the best possible decisions for our country. >> one of the other things it is

bracing for the first blizzard of the year. janice dean is in the weather center for us and she's tracking the weekend wallop. you told us this was coming yesterday. >> travel will be impossible for the next 12-24-hours in the midwest. you can see in some cases 10-20 degrees cooler than it was this time yesterday. ahead of the front very warm air. current temperatures 20's and 30's and a lot of these areas as the arctic cold front moves through. we are seeing wind gusts in excess of 30-40 miles per hour with this system. when you talk about snow and blowing snow and strong winds that's why we have the blizzard conditions and blizzard warnings in effect for parts of the dakotas. we have winter weather advisories into the central plains. as we get into this next week
