five children are dead after their school bus crashed, and now the driver of that school bus is under arrest. how did that accident happen? >> investigators expect that speed was involved. the driver apparently lost control while the bus was driving down a narrow and winding road, not far from woodmoore elementary school. it had 37 students on board. it crashed into a tree. authorities have charged the driver with vehicle homicide. an ntsb go team joined the onsight investigation into what went wrong. >> conducting parallel investigations with the chattanooga police department. we're looking at what caused the accident in order to try to prevent it. >> they expect to remain in chattanooga for seven to ten
