the carrier air conditioning firm that will keep them from moving to mexico, saving almost 1,000 jobs. there's no details of the deal that anyone has seen. but you know, do you think americans are going to say see, he's keeping his promise, or are they going to wonder what did you have to give up in order to keep folks here. >> yeah. i hope they do that. i think people do just read the headlines and they're thinking oh my goodness he's bringing jobs back but at what cost to the american worker. >> here the smugness in their voices. only overpaid media elites like that completely separated from you, the american people, would complain that american jobs, actually saved, 1100. well they don't seem to understand or even care because you know what? that carrier deal, you've got hardworking americans. guess what. they don't have to worry about putting gifts under the christmas tree this year. they don't have to worry about paying their bills in the future or keeping their homes and cars,

about feeding their families or sending their kids to college. and because the jobs are staying, other businesses won't be impacted negatively either. how refreshing is that. the president-elect not just talk, he proved it yesterday. last night right here on the program, mr. trump told us that he intends to keep a lot more of his promises. take a look. >> we're going to build a wall. i heard that every once in a while, maybe it's not going to be totally full. there are certain places you don't need a wall because you have mountains, other things, you have large and rather vicious rivers. but no we're building a wall. it's going to be a real wall. we're going to put in a health care bill, a real strong health care bill. it's going to be terrific. >> you're solid on supreme court justices, originalists. >> we're going the appoint very soon. we're going to come up with a name. i'm down to probably three or four. >> are they from your list? >> from the list.

terrific people, highly respected, brilliant people. and we'll be announcing that pretty soon, too. >> here now with reaction, trump senior adviser kellyanne conway. what was going on? i got to first -- i applaud you, how you could bhe room with mook and palmieri, who else was there? >> teddy golf, karen finney. >> all of the clinton biggies. i saw this with all due -- you schooled them. it was the single greatest harvard debate beatdown in history. i mean they still seem to not believe what happened. >> probably the only way i can get into harvard. >> probably. you and me both. >> anyway, we were talking about the messaging, the mechanics, the digital operation, the way dave bosscy and i had looked at the schedule to deploy our greatest assets to different

states that were part of her blue wall to dip into her 244 electoral advantage that she started with. it was a perfectly fine conversation and then it just unloaded and it just struck he as a complete lack of self awareness of what happened three weeks ago. we saw that on display this week from the democrats. they had a chance to learn from their own election and refused to. they put nancy pelosi in there as their leader for another term, lost 60 congressional seats on her watch, the speaker of the house for four years and then lost that perch because they took the country in a pro-government direction. they've lost 1,000 legislative seats on president obama's watch. 5 dozen house seats, over a dozen governors, over a dozen senate seats. more than that. they're not learning these lessons. if you're the clinton team and you had no muscle in your head that would actually take you to a place where donald trump can actually -- >> it's called a brain.

>> no, they're very smart people. but there was nothing in there that would actually let them even embrace the idea that maybe they would lose and donald trump would win. they simply weren't prepared for this. to think they totally missed america, they don't understand american's concerns, americans did not like her, did not trust her, did not want her to be commander in chief and president of the united states, it's easier to scapegoat steve bannon and russian intelligence. how about just saying we had a lousy candidate who never connected with people, gave no economic message in places like iowa, michigan and west virginia, in florida, in these places with donald trump said peace, prosperity, make america great again, patriotism, renegotiate bad trade deals, kim radical terrorism. americans don't go for that. they went for the strength.

>> deplorables. >> even somebody early in the day admitted that the one time that the undecided voters really starting going away from hillary clinton was on september 9th when she made that deplorable and irredeemable comment. you found out what she thinks about you. she apologized for getting caught, did not apologize for the content of the comment. >> what do you make of cnn. i understand jeff zucker was at this event and apparently people shouted at him a little bit. but the more important question is if you collude with the clinton campaign and you feed her questions before a town hall, you ask the dnc for questions against your candidate, donald trump, that seems to me like a fake news organization. you know, do they deserve a seat in the white house pressroom? >> as i said last night, the biggest piece of fake news in this entire election cycle is that donald trump couldn't win. >> that's big news. >> that was pedalled quite a bit, pretty much on every

network. but jeff zucker from cnn took the most fire from the republican presidential campaign managers who did not win. they felt that giving that coverage basically stem to stern coverage of all of donald trump's rallies throughout the campaign cost their candidates presh air time. that's how they came after him. others were attacking jeff zucker for having some of our spokes people on there saying they should not have been allowed on because they weren't telling the truth. if you see what their paid analysts say day in and day out, no one on tv is ever under oath. all of this goes in the same direction. it's very simple. this there people that are part of the permanent campaign. they can't get other the fact that donald trump won. it wasn't a squeaker. you know what started this argument yesterday? team clinton going back to the popular vote. all of your graphics and fancy packages said road to 270, not road to the popular vote. donald trump won 30 of 50

states, 2600 counties, flipped 200 counties that barack obama carried in 2012. this wasn't a squeaker. >> wanted to push up the popular vote, he want have been in california, new york, new jersey. >> and we would have won anyway. >> the only negative thing i hear up to now, number one, people love you. when i'm out and about they really do. i think you had a calming impact on mr. trump. >> he' brilliant. a master negotiator, brilliant communicator. >> they tried to portray there was a divide between you and the president-elect over the issue of mitt romney. i've heard the same thing. a lot of his big supporters don't want him for secretary of state because of the things he's said. they're very defensive of the president-elect. and the other thing is, lock her up. that hasn't been determined by anybody. isn't that going to be determined by the justice department and the new attorney general? >> sure. donald trump believes in federalism and separation of powers. all he's saying is he's not focused on that.

he's hocused on health care and helping carrier keep 1100 jobs here in indiana and not over there in mexico. here they're making $23 an hour, there they would be making $3 an hour. it's a better deal for the american worker. but look, this thing about donald trump and i, you read the "the new york times" -- >> i saw the tweet. i saw you right behind him. you wouldn't be there if he were mad at you. >> i would resign because i believe in him and i know he's going to be a great president. >> what will your role be? >> it's call the kellyanne role. whatever he wants to be. i can go inside and be in the west wing or be outside and build the whole political operation. basically have the superstructure that we tap into to help push forward president trump's supreme court nominees and the other -- >> there's going to be a lot of fights ahead. >> he is a guy that's going to get a lot of great things done

>> he works saturdays, sundays, invites a lot of people in, meeting a lot of people, which i think is great. i love the idea when people do nice things for you, maybe i'm old school, you say thank you. then e went to ohio and said thank you, and then everything i said i meant and i'm going to follow through on. >> he's doing it. he's working so hard already. it's amazing to see him in there as president-elect and how much he cares and how sincere he is and the brilliant choices he's making to fill his cabinet and all of the spots around him. i'm just, i'm proud to be his friend. >> mercedes, why would you ever want to follow reince priebus when republics have more state houses, more governorships, now the white house and the senate, there's one way to go here and that's down. why would you want that job? >> not going down at all with donald trump. we're going up. are you kidding me?

economy stupid. people are economically anxious. this deal with carrier is huge. he's delivering on one of his campaign promises. he wants to cut taxes, reign in some of the asinine regulations that have killed jobs and he wants to do something about securing the borders. all which will give aus a thriving economy for better than we've had the last eight years. i'm ecstatic. >> you watch how the left is reacting to this, the jobs at carrier, all he said is it's going to be a better business environment, better climate for corporations, corporate tax 15%, repatriated money, eliminating regulations. they're going to spend $16 million on that plant, 1100 more people have jobs. the left are complaining. the women of "the view" went insane. >> these families are going to

have a great holiday, a christmas. they're going to have job, keep their home. he's helping people. >> when you meet with him, what is he asking you? what do you talk about? >> well, you know, i don't think anyone should talk out of school when you're on the transition and you're in the room with him. but he's always charismatic, funny, so down to earth. and as well as reince, i can't say enough good things an reince and steve bannon and the whole team. they're working so hard. >> mercedes, you took a lot from the never trumper people. you and your husband, you guys were kind of isolated there in washington for a little bit, right? >> i think we have the scars to prove it. but you know, what i'm really excited about is the fact that when you do see a donald trump out back in what i would say the rallies, it gives him an opportunity to connect with the people and it really gives him such energy. and i have to say, you know,

looking the the team that he's putting around him, the cabinet picks, conservative folks that he's chosen, i think he's sending a very strong message of how he's going to lead, even taking the case of carrier company where it's showing his type of leadership, which is guess what, he's not going to waste time, he's going to get results done. and i think that that is promising compared to when president obama said we'll never get those jobs back from carrier. this is not a guy that's going to give up. that is such a refreshing attitude for the american people. >> larry one thing you've said and i've said is okay, 90% of the black vote historically goes to the democrats. if trump is able to target some inner cities with some of this economic growth, the build of factories, creation of jobs coupled with the education money going back to states and local municipalities where i think inner cities have been disproportionately impacted in a

donald trump won because there were a number of voters who voted for barack obama last election and they switched their vote to donald trump this election. they are obama, former obama voters that are now trump voters. >> it's interesting. you're so active and involved in what happened with brexit, you were over here telling americans, it can happen here, meaning brexit can happen here. and now your life is being threatened which is a separate issue. sorry to read about that. but more importantly you see this movement going worldwide. where do you see the next stop on this stop globalism train? >> i see 2016 is the year of a political revolution, twos, one in the usa, it's about nation state democracy, taking back control of our lives and future direction. and this sunday there is a referendum in italy that was called by the prime minister. he wants to try to centralize power in italy and my suspicion

is he's going to lose it so we may finish up with an emergency government in italy. >> don't they have 64 governments in 70 years in every year they get a new government in italy. >> yes, that's right. but there's one big difference this time which is the four big italian banks are in a perilous condition. if the prime minister loses the referendum you might see a run on the banks at which point the european union will be asked to come in and bail out greece and italy. >> where does this movement go from there? do you see it expanding out further in europe? i read the other day that the second most popular names given the babies in europe is muhammad. is this because there hasn't

been vetting, multiculturalism? what do you think it is? >> as far as most of the union is concern is ms. merkel said last year, as many of you want to come, come. by the way, we're not going to vet a single one of you or see if any of you qualify as refugees. some did but an awful lot didn't. remember this, of the eight people that committed those atrocities in paris exactly a year ago, five of them got into france crossing the med tr mediterranean on those boats. if that's not warning enough, i don't know what is. on sunday the austrians are rerunning their presidential election. not with much executive power but still very important and i would put my money on the freedom party's mr. ho fer winning that election and it will be the first time that a far right party has taken the

presidency or the prime ministership of a european country and he will be calling for austria to have a referendum on their membership with the european union. >> the biggest challenge i think that president-elect, soon to be president trump will have is the immigration and vetting the refugees. some will oppose him. lindsey graham is trying to lock in the dreamers now and offer them amnesty. >> getting rid of sanctuary cities and enforcing the laws is going to be hard work. >> that's all he has to do. the laws are there. >> the laws are there. we don't need new laws. we need to enforce the ones we have. and people who want sanctuary cities, who want political cities where you get to pick and choose which laws you abide by, that's going to have to go away and that's a fight that we relish because republicans will win on that. >> good to see you both. thank you, rick.

did. why would she get different treatment? >> it isn't clear she did break the law but there is prosecutorial discretion. >> discretion? she should be in jail. >> i think the discretion is the country comes together and we work to solve common problems, not relitigating old fights. >> we have trevor there with the oversight committee. you have many instances there. if there is a criminality, we have to continue there. you have a sheriff in town. and united states attorney that is not like loretta lynch. if you break the law, commit a crime, i don't care if you lost the election. if she won, she'd be going guns
