right now. >> you look like you do on an average saturday night but at least you have an excuse. i love it, brian. see you later. >> fox urgent. 30 people injured in a shooting in new year's eve in a night club in istanbul, that is according to turkish broadcasters, these are live pictures from turkish television right now. first responding on the scene in turkey's largest city and two attacker ares reportedly stormed to the club and wearing santa costumes. istanbul is a sight of terrorist attacks including the attack in july. we'll follow this developing story for new turkey and bring you the latest news as it happens.

>> istanbul's governor, just coming in and breaking news saying, 35 people have been killed in the night club attack in turkey where we are told 40 people were injured. the numbers are fluxating as the new system incoming. and we are told that there was a single attacker who apparently opened fire on police, then stormed the night club which was filled with hundreds of people.

0 people at least were inside of the night club at the time of this vicious attack. the first responder there is on the scene and it is 3:30 local time outside of the venue in turkey's largest city as people tried to celebrate the new year. police and explosive experts are searching the night club at the moment to make sure there are no more explosives. the single attacker remain it's loose. the white house telling fox news that president obama was briefed on the shooting. we don't know if there are other accomplices. was it a female or male, was this person working with other people, we don't know? was it a sole attacker and we'll continue to follow this developing story in turkey and bring you the latest as the news breaks.
