good but it is clear president-elect trump is not happy about it. president obama was blamed in a report yesterday and according to nbc news the report states in addition to the most recent election they carried out hacking during the 2008, and 2012 election and tried to hack the white house, the joint chiefs of staff, state department and several american companies with varying degrees of success. the president-elect not happy with the details of that report before his scheduled intelligence briefing later today. on twitter he wrote how did nbc get an exclusive look at the top-secret report he was presented. who gave them this report and why did you politics. he went on to question the intelligence community's findings, writing the democratic national committee has not allowed the fbi to give computer info after it was hacked. how and why are they so sure

hacking was never questions, and examination of servers. what is going on? as for russia, what they were carrying out in this cybercampaign and concluded to disrupt the american democratic process as a form of payback for the obama administration's adversarial position against vladimir putin. on capitol hill the director of national intelligence james clapper made it clear no actual votes were affected by the kremlin. >> they did not change any vote tallies or anything of this sort. the impact on choices that are made. no way to gauge that. >> reporter: we expect to learn more about russia cyberefforts when a classified report is made
