judgment against the klan in alabama, it's pretty hard to argue that these are behaviors of somebody who was in any way racist. i also think if you look at hism whole career as a senator. it's quite clear that he has been courteous. he has been bipartisan, and getting the former general approved, you don't get much g better then getting senator lee who he himself is pretty liberal to say that you've been doing a good job on a bipartisan basis. my guess is these guys are making noise to raise money. and their left-wing activist, in desperate hope to hold together the african-american community for democrats.s. in the end, it's not going to work. jeff sessions is going to be approved and the burden will be on the trump administration to prove that it's committed to a new deal for african-americans and approve it really is concerned about the inner city.

chinese hacked into it. obama never said a word about it. what you make about this obsession to blame russia, iran, china, north korea, oh, no, russia because of the deal with donald trump. why have they not fixed this problem going for the last decade we were being hacked so often? >> let me start by saying i think the intelligence officials should have resigned rather than agreed to this kind of a stunt. they had discredited the intelligence agencies, they have weakened their credibility. they've made it harder to get the american people to believe them when they have something serious to say. it's an absurdity. president of the united states, president obama imposesse sanctions a week before he gets a report? and then expects us to believe the report matters? this is a political charade. it is designed to allow the left to say that trump is not really president because the russians did it. hillary didn't really lose, the russians did it.

>> we need to repeal and replace it, there is a consensus on some of the operating principles, which is very important to that ultimate plan, sean. people that rely on health care will not be stripped of their coverage. they don't have to worry andll listen to the hard left that is trying to scare them into believing that they will lose their coverage. that is not true. secondly, we need to repeal that obamacare tax right away. the penalty is really part of the burden that has bothered so many americans from the beginning. it's why republicans won in 2010, 2014, 2015. people don't like that penalty, that premium that has increased. prices are higher and access has been diminished. the other operating principle is that this will be patient centered, not government centered health care. you will be able to purchase

sean, that in 2010, the republicans won in large part to their repeal and replace of obamacare. why is that important? because they all made thatat promise. to repeal and replace obamacare. it is important that they happen in quick succession. here is the other thing. a lot of these members of congress had voted to repeal it but they'd never had an opportunity to replace it because the author of obamacare, president obama vetoed those measures. they need to make good on these promises. it's the best example that americans have of how invasive intrusive, expensive obamacare is and i think it would be a mistake to get rid of the penalties and not get rid of thp regulations. some republicans are openly talking about that. we really need to gut the most corrosive aspects of obamacare.
