jesse: maybe if cnn wanted to give trump the question they should have leaked it like they did with hillary clinton during those other debates. i don't know how cnn comes back from that. do you have think we are witnessing the beginning of the ends? i say evolve or die. in this case adjust or die. donald trump will be our 45th president. as soon as the media and the democrats that own the media and participate in the media accept that, i think they can reclaim what dignity they once had. jesse: it's funny for me personally after watching president obama trash fox for the last 8 years. no one really cared. everybody yawnd.

but trump goes after cnn and it's a threat to the freedom of the press. let's look at president's statements about fox news channel. >> if i watched fox i wouldn't vote for me. they have diverse sources of information. fox, you will miss me when i'm gone. it will be harder to convince the american people that hillary was born in kenya. jesse: it's funny when president obama tries to shut us out at fox news. but trump says one thing to a reporter acting rude at a press conference and all hell breaks loose. >> they want to control all the media and they can't control fox and that upsets them. the mainstream media for 8 years was so far up obama's butt they

couldn't see the light of day. now those same people are trying to go off on their witch hunt against donald trump and it's not sticking anymore, and they are flailing and drowning and they don't know what to do because he punches back even harder. jesse: they with one playbook and it's not working. they are going after russia for trying to and talk the election and they are trying to sabotage the transition. you had meryl streep up there. let's listen to what she has to say. >> person asking to speak in the most trusted seat in our country mimicked a disabled reporter. jesse: i enjoy when celebrities talk about politics because it

russian cyber warfare which the administration appeared to be nonchalant about until they lost the november election. now we'll have new investigation which means days and days of headlines about the other thing the democrats attribute their loss to, meaning comey's action with 11 days to go in which he reopened the investigation. jesse: congressman, it looks like what charles krauthammer is saying, the left seems to be sanitizing the hillary loss and are trying to smear trump and smear comey. we have a report from the guardian that said obama officials tried to wiretap trump's people in the summer over their potential ties to russia. we don't even know if that was

allowed. but in the interest of being fair and balanced, would you be okay with the trump team when he take office investigating clinton officials for soliciting funds from saudi arabia? the saudis poured millions into the clinton foundation free-election. that -- pre-election. >> the most important thing is to look forward, not backyard. that's why we have to do everything we can to cure or democracy. the finding found that not only did hack or democracy and atake it. not only was it ordered by putin. the most important finding is they intend to do this again. i have been concerned donald trump up until this week didn't even acknowledge russia was

responsible. if we don't want to see this happen again from russia or other countries, we have to make recommendations to secure our democracy. jesse: i agree with that. people are wondering why it took obama this long. there are a lot of allegations with hacking democracy. i don't know what that means since none of the vote tallies were affected. nbc news released a mic tape. cnn released questions to hillary clinton before the debate. the dnc paid people to fight at trump rallies. i don't know if john podesta's email about people come plaining about chelsea clinton was significant. >> what did was unprecedented, then they disseminated it.

they paid social media trolls to disseminate fake news. what we know from our intelligence is that they did this because they wanted to help donald trump. donald trump is going to be the president. there is no disputing that. what i'm talking about is the integrity of our elections. these fights should belong to us. they should be spirited and hard fought. but both parties should say we are not going to allow outside countries to tip the scales. jesse: i completely agree with you. i don't even know if they have elections over there. people have been complaining a long time about president-elect trump, he can't be trusted with this national security information. but meanwhile it's the democrats who were hacked who didn't have a robust hacking defense. now it looks like the

scene through hud grants. judge jeanine: the trumps aren't in government to make money the way the clintons are. trump divested himself of his corporations. his sons hands are off anything international. he says when foreign governments stay in his hotels he will give the money to the united states treasury. jesse: we have pompeo, a republican congressman for the cia director. >> cia analysts look for deeper causes of rising instability in the world. one of the cause those cia analysts see is the impact of climate change.

do you have any reason to doubt the assessment of these cia analysts. >> i haven't had a chance to read those materials with respect to climate change. i know the agencies role is to collect foreign intelligence. jesse: you have a democratic senator from california asking the cia directors opinion on climate change. this is why they lost the election, i think. judge jeanine: it's climate change as it relates to isis, or -- jesse: isn't it always hot in the desert? judge jeanine: that's way it's about for them. these people are from another planet. california is another planet. jesse: that's why they call it ththe people's republic of california. we have mattis who will be the
