special was happening. i called it the forgotten men and forgotten women, well, you're not forgotten anymore. >> while, there was certainly a lot of celebration, there was emotional moments, you can see the president elect along with vice president mike pence attending a wreath ceremony. he reflected on serving those in indiana. >> take another oath, an oath of office to serve not just indiana but our entire nation, become vice president of the united states of america serving along side a new president who i know will make america great again. >> we also heard from the future first lady from the road ahead from not just her but country. there's quite a bit of

responsibility going forward. >> thank you all for your support and tomorrow we start the work. i have a lot of responsibility, a lot to take care of and we will make america great again. >> as you can imagine, the schedule is packed down to the minute today. family members and members of country arriving early on capitol hill today. we don't expect to see the president elect and vice president elect. shortly before noon, donald j. trump will take oath of office and celebrations and parades and, of course, those beautiful evening balls will take place. heather, abby, back to you. abby: armed and ready to the skis to the sky, washington, d.c. is on lockdown as 30,000 law enforcement officials stand guard. peter doocy is live for us on

the the national mall on what we can expect today. peter, the call before the storm but looks active behind you. >> right, you mentioned there are going to be nearly 30,000 law enforcement agents and offers from different federal agencies and state that is are here as well as the national guard. as far down as you can see on constitution avenue which is completely blocked off, there are two sets of them right down where traffic would normally be. you see these buses, these are the buses that have been bringing people, law enforcement agents, peter, by the bus load, literally by the bus load. they are now all getting here. there's a little bit of delay, 45 minutes or so in the time that it took to start letting members of the press in while they did a big sweep of the national mall, again, there is their big event. something that happens every four years on the same day, there are concerns not oll about terrorists but also now about this disrupt j20 protest group

flared up last night a little bit. they brought smoke devices and clashed with the police after trump supporters were gathering to celebrate his inauguration. it was contained, though, every single secret service agent will be on duty today for the parade that's going to be happening on pennsylvania avenue and is being completely locked down right now. that happens after the swearing in. we have not -- we have not seen very many of the 90 million people that they are expecting to show up for the inauguration yet, but they are starting to trickle in and i tell you what, it is very cold right now, it is in the high 30's and it is supposed to rain sometime before the swearing in starts. it's not expected to happen necessarily right while the crowds are gathering, but it is going to happen before mr. trump takes the oath of office to become president trump. so that is something that authorities are keeping an eye on.

prayer service for mr. trump and his family, st. john apiscopal church. brian: they built st. john. ainsley: they've all gone to celebrate their inauguration or that morning to tray. a coffee date between incoming and outgoing president. >> we boant were won't get a chance to see that. getting in the limousine and proceed to the capitol. at 9:30 this morning musical performances will start at the u.s. capitol and at 10:00 o'clock president obama and vice president biden will go ahead and escort mr. trump and mr. pence to the u.s. capitol where they have been preparing for a while for the procession. brian: that'll be interesting.

but business owners as well. >> absolutely, too much regulation. it may depend on where you work? >> absolutely. it depends if you're part of large group plan or smaller plan or the individual plan, a lot of people who have the big employer plans they don't necessarily see a lot of change in coverage with the aca basically because large corporations have always offered comprehensive health care to attract good employers. what we have seen with the smaller plans and individual plans is they have had all mandates on them which is causing small business owners to hire fewer people and make some of their full-time employees part time because they can't cover everybody. >> absolutely, regulation. ainsley: you're hoping with the new plan, repeal and replace there are more options? >> absolutely. we need comprehensive access, not necessarily comprehensive care. your 24-year-old healthy unfit doesn't need the same thing as a 60-year-old woman.
