"hannity" starts right here, right now. welcome to "hannity," we're just one week into donald trump's presidency and he is already taking washington, d.c., by storm. that is tonight's opening monologue. president trump has wasted very little time doing exactly what he said he would do once he got to washington, that is pretty refreshing, right? he makes promises and actually keeps them? he is quickly checking items off his agenda list, the mainstream media are obsessively focused on only three things. crowd size, voter fraud, and of

broken economy. he has been meeting with all kinds of business leaders, manufacturers, union leaders, manufacturers of cars, all to create jobs. this kind of immediate action is why the night before the election, in my closing argument, i explained to you, my audience, why i thought voting for trump was a good idea. you may remember this the night before election day. this is a choice election. when it comes to the economy, it is trump who will cut taxes. hillary will raise taxes. the lifeblood of our economy or dependence, and that would be a disaster. obamacare, repeal and replace it or keep it and double down on it. i don't think that's a good idea. when it comes to the supreme court, hang on one second, this will impact this country for generations. donald trump once originalist, hillary wants activists, liberal, acorn sitting on the

the people that trump comes in and it's a flurry of executive orders and action on vetting and the refugees and all these other matters. reporters heads are spinning. some of the old establishment types are grousing. there is a huge amount of optimism i think in the country. not just among entrepreneurs but among everyday ordinary citizens that think washington has gotten too big, too powerful, and individual freedom has been encroached upon for too long. this is a really good sign as to what happened over the past seven days. >> sean: the media and for example, the people that were marching last weekend, we are seeing a side of the base of the democratic party that maybe people didn't notice before. but it's becoming the comparing and contrasting, it's becoming pretty glaring to me. i got this just for you. democrats are teaching how to talk to real americans.

and i'm taking brilinta. for people who've been hospitalized for a heart attack. i take brilinta with a baby aspirin. no more than one hundred milligrams as it affects how well it works. brilinta helps keep my platelets from sticking together and forming a clot. brilinta reduced the chance of another heart attack. or dying from one. it worked better than plavix. don't stop taking brilinta without talking to your doctor since stopping it too soon increases your risk of clots in your stent, heart attack, stroke, and even death. brilinta may cause bruising or bleeding more easily, or serious, sometimes fatal bleeding. don't take brilinta if you have bleeding, like stomach ulcers, a history of bleeding in the brain, or severe liver problems. tell your doctor about bleeding, new or unexpected shortness of breath, any planned surgery, and all medicines you take. talk to your doctor about brilinta. i'm doing all i can. that includes brilinta. if you can't afford your medication, astra zeneca may be able to help.
