mentioned on saturday night. >> i listened to these judges talk and talk, so unfair. we will be doing something other in the next couple of days, we don't give up, we never give up. i think you will be impressed. let's see what happens. here is the bottom line, we have to keep our country safe. >> a draft of the revised travel ban target it is same seven countries and exempts travelers who have a visa to travel to the u.s., we are also learning that some other actions may include new procedures to speed up foration hearings giving agency more authority to detain and deport illegals, hiring 5,000 border patrol officers and hiring 10,000 ice agents. texas congress month weighing in that this will be a good thing. >> they're going to tailor that so we don't have the problem that arose and offended the conscious of a lot of people that you had people that got on

the plane legally with the proper paperwork and when they got off, they were stopped in america and that created all kinds of problems, so they are going to make sure that doesn't happen this time. >> you may recall that the ninth circuit court of appeals put things on hold here and the president tweeted, we will see you in court. well, it may be a less than slow day in washington even though it's a holiday. steve: you were down in melbourne, florida, ainsley was talking in the internet that says the guy gene was a plant? >> i was there for "fox & friends" and i was interviewing folks in sign. i went straight to the front of the line to see who it was. i met garrett and talk today his friends. he seemed quite legit to me and passion came across. we will find out but he seems to be trump's biggest fan in florida.
3:05 am
ainsley: yeah, he was so excited. we can ask him about that. he says he'll not a plant. brian: thanks, griff. ainsley: right. brian: it's kind of interesting. just in terms of what he's going to put in the plan, all indications this will go off good, i think they have to watch the language. don't call it a ban, pause to set up extreme vetting and procedure number one, number two, as long as the homeland security secretary knows what's going on, general kelly has been fantastic at the job, let him spread the word about what to do and there won't be any people internationally or unintentionally screwing up the communication. steve: there will be parameters when the date set of when it will start and when it would end. just like in the first time, they are going to target the same seven countries and regardless of what they put out there, count on a challenge from the political left on the constitutionally of whether or not the president is exceeding his authority.
3:06 am
ainsley: people were so upset the way it was handled when the folks got to the u.s., they were held up at the airport, are they even allowed -- they won't be allow today get on the plane now f they have a visa or if they have a dual citizen they can get on the plane or green card and they can enter the u.s., that's the difference in new plan allegedly. he hasn't told us exactly what's on the plan. >> you have a green card is a go and number two general mattis said yesterday, you have to have a provision there for those people specially in iraq that have been helping us out that want to come here, they've been screened, you can't send the wrong mention, don't work in the u.s. and go back to work. ainsley: certainly. steve: rush made a great observation of these days when they talk about immigration, people are talking about people who are coming legally and illegally. >> we lost the definition of immigration. immigration today if you listen to the left anyone who wants to come to the country should be

allowed. that's not what immigration is. that's illegal immigration, we are all in favor of immigration that determines who gets in, the quantity of people who get in whether they assimilate or not. nobody is opposed to that. immigration has been defined now as people flooding the country who have noncitizens and that's called immigration according to the culture of the left and we are just ruining our opportunity to stay together as a people with common culture. ainsley: illegal bad, legal good, don't confuse the two. brian: right, confusing. it's confusing who is a republican and who is not. senator john mccain, a lot of people going against him. one of which was john mccain and i thought john mccain is over, clearly he's not when he said i like people that don't get captured. from the minute took over, donald trump has been perfect
3:08 am

speech and talking about it. steve: what started that when donald trump over the weekend referred to the media as the enemy of the american people, you know what's getting lost here how many times hillary clinton and/or barack obama refers to republicans as the enemy, a number of times. did that become a big story in no, because they weren't talking about the press and the press has exploded. brian: but having said, just think about this, if you were hillary clinton, do you think you would get increase in the arms services budget that you're looking for, the muscular-type answers, you have a much better option with donald trump not perfect but better and your party is in control of the white house. ainsley: right. if you have a problem with the
