now, the senate also ending debate on interior secretary nominee ryan zinke, his confirmation vote expected for tomorrow. clayton: cheryl casone from our sister network, to set big boost, cheryl. cheryl: good morning, a guys, one to have largest increases in history for defense spending. 54 billion-dollar increase in military spending. military boost, the plan to offset the increase with cuts found in other parts of the federal government. all of this a part of its upcoming budget plan. white house budget director mick mulvaney confirmed the move. >> allows the president to keep his promise to undo military sequester, america first budget. cheryl: mulvaney later confirmed

they want an overall defense budget, nondefense spending cuts, 54 billion and eliminate, quote, programs that don't work. a final proposal is set to be released in the march of month. according to the latest fox news poll, 45% of the survey says we are spending too little on the military while 25% say it's the right amount or too much. after the news broke, shares of defense company, boeing, look heed martin all rose as the dow hit 1@record close. haven't seen that, by the way, in 30 years. clayton: more money for them. heather: thank you very much, cheryl. fox news alert for you, a trip to disneyland taking a horrific turn. one of the victims on board crawling out pleading for help with her clothes on fire. kelly wright has been following the latest developments. what's the latest on this.

>> five people including a husband and wife spent cheer leading event and as they were planning to fly back at san joée something went horribly wrong. moments after taking off, the aircraft, they were flying in crashed into two homes in the riverside residential area, three people were killed and two others injured, one survivor was crawling on the ground seeking help with her clothes on fire the entire neighborhood is now dealing with the aftermath of this fiery crash. >> also when we got here a lot of things were panicking, we saw the back house of the neighborhood, a man exiting, firefighters taking people to safety. >> look at this, cell phone video capturing capturing the ps decent as it burst before crashing into the homes. firefighters responded to the crash site the hard

questions and it's surprising to me that after all the years of trying to repeal obamacare that the republicans still have yet to find their own plan that they can coalesce around and regardless military issues, are we going to send ground troops in syria, we have to speak about that, what does that mean for the debt, how much money we have to spend particularly when he's going to cut taxes at a huge rate and i thought we were going to build the wall, i guess that's going to be taken off the table now and then what happens when you look at his infrastructure job's bill, that's why people voted for him in middle america, they didn't vote for tax cuts for the wealthy. heather: we heard a little bit insight and talking about a speech tonight. he did say, in fact, he would talk about border security, he would talk about economic opportunity and protecting the american people. >> look, i had never been one
