campaign trail the guy who fulfilled campaign promises. peace through strength put america first. we will step up. he did it on his terms. not only did he talk about immigration is a national security issue and demand that nato they pay their fair share. he did two things yesterday, too. and probably not by accident. the appeal the travel ban to the fourth circuit saying we want to make sure we can control who comes into our country. and then another note we are going to talk about later on the show the department of justice is literally deploying judges to key states to help facilitate the deportation of illegals. this is a guy doubling down on what he said he was going to do. why standing at that podium and looking at angela merkel in the face america first. we're going to take care of our national security. >> sandra: what you are saying is the trump train is still rolling. pete: the reason there could be these icy moments if you look at the mainstream press she is a strong woman. the president can't handle strong women. pete: that's why i'm nervous. sandra is strong. clayton: i get nervous sitting

it's a 30-foot barrier. there is really not detail. for me we are depicting a wall with our technology both embedded inside the wall but, more importantly, you will see we actually have the fiber. clayton: fiber will recognize different vibrations in the ground. >> exactly. clayton: i'm curious about this. you had before offered to homeland security services at cost. you weren't going to make any profit to put up a smart wall, not even really a physical barrier and they didn't take you up on it. >> no. i have been saying that for years. since 2012. and, you know, at the time there was another project. it didn't talk about a barrier, physical barrier. it talked about technologies on the border. and there were some areas of the border that it's almost impossible to have current technologies. it's almost a guessing gain. you look at terrain. clayton: i have heard experts say look at the technology we have at area 51. they can detect a mouse moving miles away but there is no physical wall.

there is guys there with guns and suvs ready to pounce. they can detect a mouse. why do we need a wall? >> it comes down to manpower. so we have almost 2,000-mile, you know, area that has to be under surveillance. so how do you then enforce, you know, people coming across the border? you have to have hundreds of thousands of border agents. i agree with the president's plan of having a physical barrier but, again, i'm saying we need to have a smart wall. clayton: need to have additional piece. if the president is watching our show right now, what's your best pitch to him? >> you know, there are 600 plus companies going after this. it's hard for me to pitch it because i think the president's heart is in the right place. i know he is going to make the right decision. just the fact that this has already been put out to the public. the man has only been in office, what, is it 100 days yet? clayton: not even. >> these things normally take two or three years to even get to this stage. you know, my pitch is yes, we

most of them that follow me on twitter they do not. a little accolade there. look, second, big question being raised today, if a tree falls in the woods and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound? if hillary is in the woods and nobody is there to hear her speak, is she really saying anything? so, yeah, she is coming out of woods. and i guarantee you the speech she gave in scranton which probably she gave for free, seemed to me a heck of a lot better in the speech than the ones she used to give to for $250,000 for 20 minutes. good for here. pete: she says she wants to heal some of these divides come together and listen to each other. just a listen to her feed. she is talking about resistance plus persistence equals progress. she is part of the resistance crowd. how does she heal that divide? >> it's springtime. it's time for the snowflakes to melt and accept the fact that donald trump is president. if that is her message. she can be very honest and say look, we don't have to like

what he proposes. we don't have to like him. buff we have to accept that he is the president and we have to respect the office of the presidency. if she would say that, then i believe she is trying to bring us together. if all she is going to do is raise her fist in the air and say resist, well, look, it's too late to resist. that's what we do every four years. it's called an election. donald trump won. and people need to accept it. again, they don't have to like it. this is america. we are free to disagree. but we're not free to try to delegitimize the duly elected president of the united states. >> sandra: all right. so hillary clinton out of the woods. meanwhile, president trump, governor huckabee, continues to battle this healthcare situation that he is currently in, pushing obamacare repeal and replace into the end zone. he says he is 100 percent behind the bill as the house gets ready to vote next week. he is pushing this. he is throwing his full support behind it. where does this go, governor? >> well, first of all, let's remember, legislation is a process. it's not an event.

so the first thing that rolls out on the table is never the last thing that gets signed. so, everybody needs to chill a little bit and be a little respect thinrespectfulthis is a. lesson take a spoon and spice they will want to put to it. there will be changes. frankly there needs to be. what i really hope for the president is this, that he is very careful that he remembers that he won the national election, not paul ryan. the reason that's important is because i think paul ryan is a good guy but is he a washington wonk. donald trump is a guy that got elected because he was listening to the hearts and the passions of people who have been run over by washington wonks. and this healthcare bill had better help them and protect them and not do what obamacare did to them and, frankly, what some the washington wonkisms would do to them. and more flexibility to the states through medicaid, truly a block grant. let the governors have work requirements.

let them have co-pays, deductibles and premiums. if you don't do some of those things and protect social security and medicare, that's what the president promised, this could be a train off the rails. he has got to be careful. listen, mr. president, to the people who love you and who are with you. not to the people who resisted you right up until the day of the election. clayton: governor huckabee has been a big voice on this talking about those factory people working all day standing there. those are the people that might lose their coverage. those are the people that voted for trump. pete: such a great point. >> thank you. great to see you guys. pete: success of ryan care or trump care base on whether people's situation improves. >> sandra: let's get to news and headlines a deported killer caught trying to get back into the u.s. jamel. deported in february after serving nine months in prison

lewandowski right now former trump campaign manager to take a look at what is happening right now in paris. corey, are you surprised? >> no. i'm not surprised unfortunately. what we know is that people want to do harm to a lot of people. i want to commend the police for their swift action in killing this terrorist. i think it's very important that we deal with terrorism. >> a very serious way. let me say. this this is all the more reason why u.s. code 1182 u.s. code which allows the president to preclude people from coming into the country who want to commit harm to us has to be fully in effect. and two federal judges, who are legislating from the bench, continue to prevent the united states from making sure that their own interests are at stake here. what i don't understand is, look, we see a terrorist attack in paris today. what we want to make sure and what the president wants to make sure is that people coming from yemen and libya and somalia have proper background checks before they come to our country and potentially do us harm. it's nothing is more important to the president than keeping our people safe.

these two federal judges who put a stay on his executive order, you know, i think it's a shame what they have done and we cannot allow terrorism to come to our shores. pete: piggy backing on that the trump administration refused to back down on that extreme vetting and formally appealing in the fourth circuit the temporary stay on the travel ban the new executive order that you just referenced. what is it about the president's desire to make sure we know who is coming into this country? especially in light of an attack like this. radical islamist. what is it about the resistance that refuses to allow him to the have tools he needs to protect our country? >> it's quite amazing to me when you think about it you know, what the argument is from the left is that people who aren't u.s. citizens have the same privileges under the constitution as people who are u.s. citizens. and that just isn't the case. what we know is in this ask the greatest country in the world. highest privilege in the world to become a great citizen of this country. we want to make sure and president wants to make sure that the people coming here are doing so for the right reason.

they become productive members of society. new executive order which he issued the second one was phased in over a 10-day period it didn't impact anybody who is currently traveling. also gives broad authority to both the secretary of home land security and the secretary of state to grant waivers to individuals coming in if they want to be granted those opportunities. but, look, the bottom line is, if we don't know who is coming into our country and we can stop one terrorist from coming into an extreme vetting process, then that is the job of this administration to protect all the people of this great country. >> sandra: corey, i want to get to this sound of rush limbaugh talking about fighting for extreme vetting, this executive order, saying that this judge shut president trump down because in this judge's opinion trump is a bigot. listen to this. >> judge's riewcialtion if the guy is not stopped, if the supreme court doesn't overturn this, or if trump doesn't just ignore it like andrew jackson did, then we're getting to the point where the president, because of the judiciary will

have totally lost constitutional authority to defend the country. because it is little ruling in hawaii, that was made possible by the ninth circuit of appeal. and it's all about this idiotic notion that a presidential candidate on the campaign trail, making statements is the equivalent of an inaugurated president stating policy. but even at that the judge doesn't have the right to do what he did. he doesn't have the congressional right. he doesn't have the statutory right to do what did he. because, basically, this judge shut trump down because in this judge's opinion, trump is a bigot. pete: they can't take him on policy they have got to impugn his intention as a bigot. >> even allen dershowitz. wrong in this case. the president has a

constitutional ability to put a stay who is coming into this country. this what this order did is address specifically the concerns of the ninth circuit from the first executive order. enough to they have gone and made another ruling. have you got one federal judge in hawaii. one federal judge in maryland who has basically decided that union lateral live they are now the president of the united states respectively. they are going to make rulings. this is amazing to me because tucker carlson mentioned this earlier this week on fox. he said what if a federal judge has determined that abortion effectively is now illegal. effective today. does that mean that abortions are effectively illegal? because one federal judge has said so? it's absurd that one federal judge has the ability to override the constitutional authority of the president. there are three branches of government for a reason. and the president is going to appeal this ruling right to the supreme court. but you are going to get judge gorsuch in there is he clearly qualified to be a supreme court justice. more importantly have you one or two federal judges who want to legislate from the bench who think that they have more authority than they really do.

there is roku. there is amazon streaming. people have a ton of choices in media and so there is absolutely no reason for tax dollars to support a television station. clayton: their argument those are paid supervisors paying $9 a month for netflix. >> sure. clayton: children who grew up in certain communities who wouldn't have access to that and having public broadcasting being able to watch big bird and elmo. these parents can't afford it? >> if you look at the census data of the 47 million americans who live in poverty, two thirds of them have cable or satellite dishes. so i don't think that we have this dearth of availability of these programs for ivan poorer communities. and, look, there are a lot of community services that are free where they can get public libraries. where they can rent things. so there are sources available even for people who live at and under the poverty line. clayton: you know politics about optics, largely. >> right. clayton: why go after these programs. so much waste in the federal government. do you think that the trump

administration went after enough other programs inaccurately and tried to cut those as well? >> i agree with you. i would like to see more cut. i think these are largely symbolic cuts. i think he is really working his base here. conservatives, republicans, libertarians have wanted cuts to pbs and npr, some of these other programs for decades. so i definitely think he is definitely trying to please his base with this. they are definitely should be deeper cuts. clayton: george w. bush tried to do the same thing. democrats also tried to accuse the president of starving the poor after proposed 3% cuts to the meals on wheels program. take a listen to mick mulvaney on this meals on wheels program. listen. >> we can't do that anymore. we can't spend money on programs just because they sound good. and great, meals on wheels sounds great. again, that's a state's decision to fund that particular portion to. take the federal money and give it to the states and say look we want to give you money for programs that don't work. we cannot defend that anymore. we are $20 trillion in debt. we are going to spend money,

we are going to spend a lot of money. we are not going to spend ton programs that cannot show they actually deliver the promises that we have made to people. clayton: there you go. what do you make about that. >> i think he was unprepared for that question. look, the trump administration has proposed cuts to community block grants which do fund a tiny amount of that money goes to meals on wheels. but most of the federal funds for meals on wheels comes from the older american's act the trump administration has not proposed any cuts to the older american's act. it is actually a myth that meals on wheels is being cut. it's not true. meals on wheels even says. this look, we have not heard any of cuts. so, begin, this is more hysteria from the left, this narrative fits in with this whole trump's a monster, he doesn't care about children or the elderly. really the press ran with this headline yesterday when there is absolutely no truth to it. clayton: julie gunlock keeping thanks for joining us this morning. >> thanks for having me.

been talking about this for a while. other attacks have occurred. last month at cpac president trump addressed france and paris. and the new reality there. here is what the president said just last month. >> take a look at what's happened to france. take a look at noich and paris. i have a friend. he is a very, very substantial guy. he loves the city of lights. he loves paris. for years every year during the summer he would go to paris. it was automatic with his wife and his family. i hadn't seen him in a while. and i said jim, let me ask you a question. how is paris doing? paris? i don't go there anymore. paris is no longer paris. pete: so the president took a lot of criticism for that comment. paris is no longer paris. sandra: earlier we had on his former campaign manager corey lewandowski. we asked him about all of this. he said furthermore this is why trump's travel ban needs

to be in place. >> this is all the more reason why eight u.s. code 1182, which is the u.s. code which allows the president to preclude people from comin into the country who want to commit harm to us has to be fully in effect. and two federal judges who who are legislating from the bench continue to prevent the united states from making sure that their own interests are at stake here. what i don't understand is, look, we see a taste attack in paris today. you know, what we want to make sure and what the president wants to make sure is a that people coming from yemen and libya, and somalia have proper background checks before they come to our country and potentially do us harm. it's nothing is more important to the president than keeping our people safe. and these two federal judges who put a stay on his executive order, you know, i think it's a shame what they've done and we cannot allow terrorism to come to our shores. clayton: the trump administration not backing down on extreme vetting order which has now been blocked by hawaiian judge and another federal judge saying they are going to go after this and

appeal. this the president says this is a watered down bill. i didn't want to put this one forward. i want to go back to the original one again. pete: the president meeting with german chancellor angela merkel. luke at france. you look at belgium. you look at germany. these are countries where they let in floods of people from places with a lot of instability. with views that are different, maybe less tolerant than the societies they are interesting into. using a lot of welfare benefits. they are not demanding as much assimilation and allegiance as you want. that changes the fabric of your country. president trump is simply saying we want to know who is coming here. we want to know if you live america. we're going to put a pause in place until you have a documentation system that tells us how are. we have a preview. it's called france. it's called the former city of lights that has these terrorist attacks and has been fundamentally changed from within. that's the depth of the policy discussion. folks criticized him saying paris isn't paris. they missed whole thing. will your country be able to preserve what it really is. sandra: this goes back to donald trump fulfilling his

campaign promises saying he is going to make america safe again. he says this travel ban is the step in the right direction of doing that. clayton: one of these new steps we are hearing about is the deploying of judges, these immigration judges heading to 12 u.s. cities trying to speed up deportations. pete: think about that. refugee ban being challenged in court restriction who would be coming here from what countries. looking to immigration enforcement, continually talks about the wall will be built and those committing crimes here illegally. part of what mexico has been trying to do this whole time is gunk up the works by challenging all of those deportations which means they get clogged in court. the trump administration, again, to their credit, the doj is saying not so fast. we are going to deploy judges from places where there isn't a backlog to where they are and expedited the deportations of people. that was announced yesterday as well. we are going to enforce our laws. clayton: kind of like fiber in your diet. pete: something else.

nomination in july of last year. and the second or third paragraph would always contain a statement saying there is no evidence or there are no proven connections. and then the rest of the story would be speculation about what there was. even going to december, president obama saying there was no connection, there is no evidence. into january the same thing. and even the latest rounds of february and march, the press puts in a sentence or two there is no evidence but hey, let's speculate anyway. that's because they view themselves as part of the resistance and part of the democrats to oppose the president. pete: we will put up a fox news poll shows just 44% of americans have great deal or some confidence in the media again, a good portion of that number. >> that's too many. pete: yeah, exactly. some competence nit media is there any way. do you vision any scenario in which the media starts to be honest broker and starts to have passion against cut against trump you could get some semblance of fair reporting. >> probably not.

have you got to keep in mind most of the news rooms in the country have news screens how many people are on their website at the given moment whether it's "the washington times" or the "new york post" they know scandal stories get big traffic. they view every story about donald trump as a scandal and they watch the web traffic come in. as they are moving their business models that way, they are more and more focused on trying to play up a scandal whether or not there is any. pete: of course. there is ongoing discussion also about the wiretapping side of this discussion. they are all over that the failing "new york times" this morning has more on whether or not the wiretapping was true or not true. do you see any bit more evidence of that not being true than, say, there's evidence of russian collusion? it seems that there's -- it's apples to oranges here. >> yeah. you know, it doesn't seem like there is any evidence at all that trump tower was wiretapped. but we do know that people who work for donald trump had existing business ties to russians. we know that the national security apparatus does when they come into contact with people like that. they look into them.

it seems most plausible that the people that were around donald trump were talking to russians about their preexisting business relationships not about the trump campaign. the media is not reporting that side of it. yeah, was there national security probe? probably. so did they find anything? obviously not. but, the media is ignoring the on i couldn't believobviously n. pete: i love the word passion by sean spicer. he stands behind the podium and imrop answers questions. this is the question we should be talking about. what would be the story that. thateric erickson would be talking about. what's going on with north korea north korea. south china. north korea seems like it can be emboldened saber. rex tillerson is there. they are spending more time focusing on the fact that rex tillerson went to china and asia without a lot of reporters with him. that's their focus as opposed

been upheld in court in the first place. clayton: defense attorney and harvard law professor emeritus allen dershowitz joins us for this. great to see you this morning. these judges overstep their bounds? >> i think they did. the idea of focusing so heavily on campaign rhetoric and essentially saying, look, if obama had issued the very same order with it would be constitutional. but if trump issues it it's unconstitutional because he said some things about muslims in the run-up to the campaign or rudy giuliani said some things and other people said some things. that's not the way the law is supposed to operate. and finally, the trump justice department is getting smart. they are appealing this not to the ninth circuit where they are likely to get an adverse ruling. they are appealing it to the fourth circuit. the fourth circuit is a much more conservative court. and much more likely to uphold the travel ban and then if the case goes to the supreme court and ties 4 to 4, trump wins. pete: professor, what you are

saying in studying the constitution what candidate trump said about a so-called muslim ban or whatever, that you are sort of psycho analyzing him as a candidate and applying it to their constitutional theory. is there precedent for that? >> well, i actually said that this wasn't constitutional analysis. it was psycho analysis. there is precedent in extreme cases where legislators in an in enacting a statute say things that you can look to the legislative intent. i have never heard of a case where the rhetoric of a candidate, ambiguous rhetoric to be sure. because i do not believe this is a muslim ban. focusing on a country like iran. the greatest exporter of terrorism. not only no vetting. it sends terrorists out in order to kill americans. iran has so much blood on its hands of americans and american allies to exclude a country like iran from the list would be absurd. and the list, although for a different purpose, was

originally designed by president obama. so how can you say that the inclusion of the six country dries on the list was motivated by what mr. trump said when he was candidate trump. that's just not good legal analysis. and here i'm putting my reputation on the line. i predict if the case gets to the supreme court, the supreme court will uphold the major provisions of this ban. sandra: all right. professor, as pete mentioned at the top, you're a life-long democrat and a very lengthy "new york times" piece, bernie sanders was asked about the future of the democratic party. and what the party stands for, his response certain live there are some people in the democratic party who want to maintain the status quo. they would rather go down with the titanic so long as they have first class seats. clayton: ouch. sandra: i would ask you what does the party stand for? >> well, it certainly doesn't stand for sanders. sanders, first of all, was never a democrat. he was an independent and a socialist.

he is not the mainstream of the democratic party. and if the democratic party moves left towards sanders, toward keith els, it's doomed. it has to regain the support from middle americans in the rust belt states, traditional democrats. you want to call that status quo, fine. i call it the vibrant center. i want to return america to the center where good conservatives and good liberals, centerrists can argue with each other and get the radicals, the extreme leftists like sanders marginalized along with the extreme rightist like the alt right. let's bring the debate back to the center. call that the status quo, hey, america is great with the status quo. the democratic party won often with the status quo. let's not turn the democratic party into the british labor party which is now dead in the water. the democrats have to move to the center not to the left. sandra: well, fellow democrats would see otherwise. a fox news poll revealed 61%

[laughter] i want to say something slightly serious and that is, you know, our country seems so divided right now. i do not believe that we can let political divides harden into personal divides. and we can't just ignore or turn a cold shoulder to someone because they disagree with us politically. we have got to keep trying to listen to each other. sandra: hmmm. pete: is this a new hillary clinton ready to listen? >> maybe. i'm skeptical because i covered both her and bernie sanders. i'm thinking back. put aside donald trump for a moment. back in those primaries that got pretty rough. the last thing she was talking about was unity with bernie sanders and his forces. it got nasty and personal and it was negative. and then a lot of those bernie folks probably either stayed home or some of them working class voters went with donald

trump. when she is talking about bringing people together she didn't do it in the democratic primaries. then fast forward to that final debate with donald trump that chris wallace moderated. remember when he asked about will you accept the election results? hillary clinton was so judgmental about how donald trump, it was horrifying for our democracy that donald trump didn't seem like he would accept the election results if he lost. then she loses, and she basically hasn't accepted the results since that minute. and what has she done in the last 50, 60 days to try to bring the country together? just name one thing. you can't. clayton: maybe that speech is the first salvo. we will see. i want to ask you about, this ed. this is the story i'm most fascinated about this morning. what's going on with the secret service. >> unbelievable. clayton: unbelievable. now we have learned that a laptop was stolen from the secret service that had plans to trump tower, floor plans to trump tower in there. and now we're also learning more about the white house jumper that jumped over the

fence last week. and apparently he was in the white house for 15 minutes? >> that's the most. sandra: roaming the grounds of it. >> most remarkable thing i have ever heard about secret service. i want to press everything i say covering the white house for 10 years i got to know a lot of secret service. uniformed officers, agents, officials. i have got great respect for them. they protect the president. they protect the staff, the family. and a lot of them do amazing professional work. however, you look at the laptop first of all, plans to trump tower. this is serious stuff. they say there is encryption in the laptop so they will be able to destroy that remotely and presumably people will not get those plans. we certainly hope they don't get them to try to do harm. i'm told as well by secret service source that the laptop was like sort of a street crime. this was not russia or china or someone getting the laptop. it was a street crime. someone didn't even know it was a secret service laptop and on and unlikely to be able to do something. we will see. what sandra mentioned about roaming around is the worst thing i have heard.

there are multiple alarms and buzzers and sensors that are supposed to go off. you have multiple layers of security that failed. first of all this intruder gets over the fence. how is that possible after all the fence jumpers we have heard about in recent years and they told us, of the public again and again we have fixed it, we have fixed it. then he gets over the fence somehow. doesn't set off buzzers, alarms, there are supposed to be uniformed officers all over the place. he wanders around for 15 minutes. the president, by the way, is upstairs sleeping presumably, and the guy is rattling the door trying to get in. and he had a backpack, thank god he didn't have -- i don't want to name. so potential things he could have done to wreak havoc. he got that close to the president? give me a break. sandra: actively looking for that missing laptop that clayton talked about that disappeared from a secret service officer outside of her brooklyn home. >> i'm told they are also, that stolen as well were some

sandra: you have in wausau. do you have good coverage up there. >> yeah. i thought you would be shaking without your phone you can't check it out. clayton: we don't know what to do with ourselves. i have got to ask you though. you heard the president saying all of those nos will be yeses. have you switched your voight. do you think all of those other nos will switch to yes? >> you have to take a step back. this is the one opportunity that we are going to have to repeal and replace obamacare. and legislation is never perfect. you never get everything that you want because have you 435 house members and 100 senators. you all have to come together and get a package that works. perfection can't be the enemy of the good. so i'm a yes. because a no would be a guarantee that you have obamacare in perpetuity. the president came out and said i have got the study committee. i'm a member of that group. a conservative group in the house with some tweaks they will be on board. they will vote for obamacare repeal and replace. one of the problems is the free doom caucus where have

you 18 to 24 men and women in that group. they are saying they are going to be a no. donald trump is going to have to kick up his negotiating skills. the art of the deal, and bring those guys. in we can't pass this bill without them. sandra: i was going to ask you, congressman, how is he doing on that, the messaging on this, the selling of this? you just heard him say he is 100 percent behind the bill. is he doing what it's going to take to get everybody to come around? >> well, i'm not going to criticize the president. i will tell you i think he has had a soft approach so far. he has started now to just engage in the process. but he is going to have to be far more involved. he has to signal to the rest of america, to the rest of conservatives that he supports this package. and, you know, if you have a member of congress or senator no in direct opposition to donald trump. if he more publicly going to go to a rally in, i believe, in kentucky, this coming week, this is going to come up for a vote on thursday. so, he can apply a lot of pressure with rallies.

but, also, if he fires up the dewitter machine and starts putting pressure on members of congress to get to yes, i think he will. i think we have to recognize, too, there is a lot of the people who are nos on this healthcare repeal and replace, they were never supporters of donald trump. we have to bring them into the fold and get a package that works. one quick point. if we don't get this done, then you don't get tax reform done. you don't get repeal and replace of dodd frank. you basically stop the whole trump agenda. in the first -- before the first 100 days are even over. we can't let that happen. so critics say he shouldn't have done this first. what do you think? >> i think he had to do it first. because you want to get rid of the obamacare taxes before you do tax reform. i think this was key to get healthcare first, tax second. we can still make it happen but donald has tone gauge hard in the next week. sandra: congressman sean duffy. thank you for joining us. back to my phone, guys. see you later. sandra: yeah. clayton: bill o'reilly is coming up next.

so much of our economy is based on psychology. if you feel better about your future, your neighbor's future, you are more likely to go out and spend. >> great to feel better about it but after a number of months the fundamental don't change, people start feeling badly again. >> the fundamentals are increasingly looking better. look at the last jobs report, but if in 200,000 jobs. the unemployment numbers showing impressive gains and more people are going to work, gdp, everyone would like to see it coming in stronger. there's a chance it will, fundamentals need to improve. it will be important here, economic policy. less regulation. sandra: the number of people that are quitting, looking for better work because they believe it is out there at a 15 year high, the highest it has been

since february 2001. >> it tells you people, there's not a lot of safety nets compared to other times in history so they are saying to themselves things are good enough that i can take a chance, i can move on to another job, they are paying more money across the street. >> if you throw the graphic backup it is a telling indicator, 2011, 2010, people quitting their jobs, the indication is this risk. >> there is some interesting things to watch, this is one indicator, the other is the unemployment rate will start to go up a little bit as the economy improves and as more jobs come back online and the reason is more people start going out working, look at the labor force participation rate. we have started to see more people get back into this workforce. that is a good sign.
