keeping an eye on these people making sure they don't get their hands on more deadly weapons? >> it does. the rise in lone wolf attacks in the us, the uk and elsewhere speak to that somewhat. it also speaks to the fact that groups like isis and al qaeda are calling for these attacks more than they are setting up big coordinated attacks that can be intercepted more easily by intelligence agencies. a little bit more supply of these lone wolf vehicle borne attackers but also doing a good job clamping down with demand. abby: this is the fourth type of attack where you have a vehicle plowing through it is people, the fourth time we have seen this in the past year. what can we do about that? seems this is the new way terrorists try to kill innocent people despite literally taking their car and running down the street, driving over people, how do you stop that from happening?
