are protesting and getting paid. is that true? >> oh, he's saying to look into it, and i totally support him on that because we know that the political left is very organized and well funded. we saw that during health care reform. we'll see it during tax reform. we certainly saw it during the election. i think they spent what? 2.2billion by some accounts. they had much more money but we had much more staff. the most brilliant that i've ever seen and also a message. a very empowering and positive, optimistic message for people that included many of the measures that he's implementing now as president. so should examine what's really going on here. again, what is the point? in other words, are you -- are we close on health care reform? because this is a country that needs to be governed now, and you have a president and a vice president and a cabinet working very hard every single

like that, can there be any doubt of the agenda of that channel and the media in general? here's to discuss so much more for the media research center brittany hues. brittany, that was a very telling question that the reporter asked deborah. >> yeah. at this point does anybody even question whether or not the media has a bias? you can't get more blatant than this. first of all, i'm not sure who made her the reporter for the democracy. but when a reporter jumps in like this with a leading question and pretty much parrots what a protest is saying and flat out accuses the president of being a danger to the democracy and agrees with that and then says is this a way to get our message across? you know, at that point you might as well put down the microphone, pick up a picket sign and go running into the march you're because you're becoming part of the story. this is basic journalism 101. you don't do this. but of course we've learned over the past few months that

the media isn't actually interested in reporting the news, they would rather be part of the news and create that narrative. so as much as i'm not surprised by this, it is a pretty brazen display, and i think it goes to show why a majority of americans don't trust the media. exactly reasons like this. and rather than stop doing this, rather than, you know, say that. okay. we're just going out and report the news and let citizens decide, the media continues to double down on this and push these types of narratives, and we end up seeing problems like this. brian: you feel the tea party was covered the same way? >> no, absolutely not they weren't. about eight years ago, the tea party around tax day was also holding rallies. the tea party held hundreds of rallies all across the country, you may or may not remember this depending on the way it was covered. but back then, the media took the slant that these were just a bunch of right wing crazy allies held by people that were in the camp for corporations and lobbyists. they accused it of actually -- they could you say fox news of

kind of perpetuating these rallies and that they weren't even -- they were completely discredited. and they -- the media painted these rallies about people ticked off about the election. now eight years later, you have protesters going out and agreeing with them, pushing a completely different narrative. you see it all the time. brian: to their defense, this tax day protest was bigger than most. you know, there were in many, many cities, and they say this all germinated in vermont through social media. >> well, and they were decent side depending on where you looked. but it still doesn't change the fact that the media covers certain events a certain way depending on whether or not they're pushed by conservatives or held by left-wing propagandists. for example, you saw it in january, the women's march that created wall-to-wall coverage, even days were spent, one week later, hundreds of thousands of

north korea, the president sent his vice president overseas, has four stops in asia. what is the message he wants to sent to out of you are a adversaries? >> in the world, you pray for peace. my father has a backbone and the state of this country comes first and quite frankly, the safety of our allies comes first. he praise for peace, but he will show leadership, and that's something that hasn't occurred in the past, and you saw that quite frankly in syria and afghanistan, and he will take action if he needs to take action but, again, you pray for peace. you don't want there to be desperate destruction and turmoil around the world. but, again, you have to have a massive backbone when it comes to dealing with awful, awful dictators that don't like us, don't like our way of life, and he will protect america, make no mistake about it. he will protect our country. ainsley: vice president says running out of patience. if he does launch another missile, what's our response? >> i don't know i'm very fortunate that i'm not the person who has to make that

call, and it's a tough call, and it's the daunting nature of the commander-in-chief. you have to make these calls where there is no right or wrong answers. it's the better of two really bads. but my father will protect this country, he will keep this nation safe, and he has done an amazing job. i'm so proud of him. i'm so proud of everything he has accomplished. he's an incredible man. ainsley: if you watch the mainstream media, that's not the message they're talking about. how do you handle that? >> it's hard. my father's my best friend. i love him to death. he's done such a remarkable thing, and he's here for the right reason. he didn't need to do this. you and i have talked about this all the time. he didn't need to shoulder the responsibility that he has every day in that building. but he did it because he wants to put america back on the proper force again. you've seen what he's done with jobs, you've seen what he's done with manufacturing, illegal immigration and how low the numbers are. you've seen what he's doing with regulations, slashing regulations across the board. businesses are coming back to america. the dow jones is up 12% this year alone. we've created almost a million

ainsley: i mean, for all the ladies watching with a baby, she's in her second trimester. how are you feeling? >> i feel good, i feel great, i've been able to work out and do a lot of what i'm doing, we're just blessed to be here and feel good and be healthy. ainsley: what was easter like for you all knowing you were going to be parents? >> it was really special. my family got to come down to florida as well, so we had a nice, big group and just thinking about all of these big milestones coming up next year. next year, we'll have our son out here. and although i don't think he'll be able to walk yet, i think it will be so special. >> we'll get him out here. he'll be three months old, but we're just going to -- ainsley: sick of winning, aren't you? as a mom, you're already praying for your child, but when you hold that baby, all of your hopes ask dreams, she's from north korea, and we've talked about this. both of us, this is amazing what god has done in our lives. your father-in-law is the president of the united states. what does your mom think of that? because she was holding you, i'm sure she would have loved to know this was going to
