criminal charges against 18 penn state students and a fraternity over hazing death of 19 old tim piazza. he was a sophomore from new jersey that died after falling down a set of stairs during alcohol fueled pledge night. we have the story from the newsroom tonight. the first arraignment hearing was yesterday. what did we learn? >> fraternity members forced the sophomore pledge to run a drinking gauntlet and take an excessive amount of alcohol. that is according to prosecutors is that after he fell multiple times, the
