criminal charges against 18 penn state students and a fraternity over hazing death of 19 old tim piazza. he was a sophomore from new jersey that died after falling down a set of stairs during alcohol fueled pledge night. we have the story from the newsroom tonight. the first arraignment hearing was yesterday. what did we learn? >> fraternity members forced the sophomore pledge to run a drinking gauntlet and take an excessive amount of alcohol. that is according to

prosecutors is that after he fell multiple times, the so-called frat brothers then commented he looked like he was dead. but they still waited hours before calling 911. he died from a traumatic brain injury on february 4. to put it in perspective, his blood alcohol level was five times the state legal limit for drivers. grand jury reports as it was at this frat house where he fell twice and hit his head repeatedly. fraternity members tried to cover up what happened that night. even play down how badly they thought he was injured. but reports say the security camera footage shows prep members put a backpack with books on it to try and keep her from choking on his vomit. they poured liquid on him, slapped him and shook him. even trekking dressing before finally calling for help. his dad says this disregards moral values. >> in honor of our son and everything we can do to make sure no other parents have to go through pain and grief that
