9:06 pm
>> please if you can contribute. $10 will be build to your cell phone and it's helping us get food, water, the medical supplies that we need. judge jeanine: money and you together is a dangerous thing. you have little to show for its, especially in haiti. money is enticing, though, isn't it? be careful, hillary. be very, very careful. you pulled the wool over jim comey's eyes once and you got the president some say you are a nice lady. don't be so sure you are going to get away with your new game. you are a loser, hillary. face it. face it and get back in the woods. the yours truly, an irredeemable deplorable. tell me what you think on my fab

he's in the white house. he had job numbers. 211,000 new jobs reported. took a step towards repealing and replacing obamacare and showing his house and senate can work together. he has had bilateral meetings. school choice in d.c. payments towards the wall. the democrats didn't get what they wanted to see. so he had a big week. her problems did not happen on october 28, 2016. her problems started june 16, 2016. she had a chance to find a message. what this man did over 2,600 counties. he flipped 200-plus counties

that went for obama in 2012 and trump in 2016. he won six states president obama won. i went on tv every day saying how we were going to win. you look at the 60s states, the obama state, wisconsin, pennsylvania, ohio, florida, michigan and pennsylvania-iowa. those six state, she never cracked 50% and stay there. judge jeanine: we don't even need to go there. she just needs to stop it. when you lose an election you stop and move on. >> we are in the white house and we don't like talking about it. reneed to remind ourselves just how stunning a defeat it was. people are annoyed she is back in the scene.
9:10 pm
it's a tax reminder the democrats have no game. tom perez is there the head of the dnc chair. is it hillary clinton who won't go away and saying she is going to start a political action committee. judge jeanine: why would people give this woman money? >> i'm not sure they will. this party needs to fill their bench. they have a very thin bench. name a democratic governor you think is viable for president. name a centrist regional moderate democ the president couldn't get a single vote on healthcare. they are myopic and not reasonable. this is the thing i want to tell you. the republican party is working together. the white house, the house, the senate, the state legislatures.
9:11 pm
the democratic party is a collection of ad hoc protesters. they left you a their garbage behind in washington, d.c. when they were protesting. there is no cohesive or coherent message. the message can't be you are terrible, we are not you. judge jeanine: how did the president get the freedom caucus, the tuesday group to come together and what are the chances of this passing in the senate or is the senate going to start all over? >> in a word, leadership. the president showed patience and vigilance. he worked the phones. they held personal meetings. he asked, what will get you to yes? he's always open to other people's ideas and inputs.
9:12 pm
there are dozens of numbers who don't belong to the freedom caucus or the tuesday group. this an ideologically diverse party. the republicans have members who represent strong democratic districts hillary won. he's a deal maker. and ahas been forging great personal relationships. judge jeanine: how long do you think it will take for the senate to come together. >> leader mcconnell and the president have a great relationship and they speak regularly. the senate started working on their bill before the house even passed their version. everyone knows this will take some time and we know obamacare will no longer be the law of the land. deductibles went up in 41 states in some places.
9:13 pm
judge jeanine: what do you say to people who say 24 million will lose insurance. that's not true. i wish the newscasters would report the news and not try to prognosticate. there is $8 billion on top of $100 billion. those who don't have continuous coverage, and the states that opt out. there are different layers of protection. it enables the more moderate numbers to come over. judge jeanine: thanks so much for being with us this evening. joining me to talk about hillary clinton's emergence from the woods and her resistance pack dinesh d sousa. what i would like to find out from you, having written "hillary's america" and produced
9:14 pm
it. do you feel when you see her coming back, that she's looking to recreate "hillary's america" again? and what are the chances of that? >> you are dealing with characters who have no ability to change and innovate. they are now what they always have been. with hillary, she represents a kind of unification of two strains in the democratic party. one is the gang sister strain. piling on the money. using the government as a weapon against your opponent. feathering your nest. on the other side the ideological socialist strain that seeks to centralize power. when she was in the government she was able to draw money because she could both intimidate her opponents and also offer carrots to foreign
9:15 pm
governments and foreign entities. judge jeanine: she doesn't have that power anymore. >> exactly. that's why i think her reentry into politics is so intriguing. she won't be able to cajole money out of people who will be reluctant to give. judge jeanine: if tom perez is not stepping up to the plate or getting booed by the bernie sanders supporters, and bernie sanders should call himself a socialist, he doesn't think he's a democrat. is there a vacuum so hillary does come back? >> i think hillary and obama have become huge hill stones for the democratic party. you can see the debris the democratic party generated. the loss of governorships and the rout of the house and senate. they are planning on conning
9:16 pm
their hard-core supporters that they remain the totem of the party and the leftist cause. judge jeanine: if she doesn't have access to sell and doesn't have the ability to do any of the stuff she did when she was in power. do you think the american people are sucker enough to give her money? >> i don't think the american people are. the real question is can she tap into the large engines of money and power on the left. the left has been routed from the government. but they remain dominant in academia and media and hollywood. there is cultural power and a great deal of money, george soros and so on. so can the children tons still have their greasy magic to get money out of those people? judge jeanine: i would suspect given the women who are marching
9:17 pm
on the day after the inauguration, you ask what you are marching for or against, it's a generic we are not happy, let's get behind her. but let's talk about socialism. venezuela. the protests in venezuela and what is happening over there because people are revolting because they want food and they want medical care. do you see a connection between the message of hugo chavez. his ability to raise money and the trauma going on in venezuela now? >> my wife is from venezuela, so i learned a lot about that country through her. the truth of it is venezuela represents a realization of everything bernie sanders and elizabeth warren talk about. they want to bring the top 1% to heel, they have done that in venezuela. and the bottom line is that a once prosperous oil rich country
9:18 pm
has been reduced to starvation and ruin. when hugo chavez died his net worth was $1 billion. sow oh was a -- so he was a gangster using government power to accumulate a great deal of private wealth for himself. judge jeanine: thanks so much for all you have done. and pollster lee wear the is on deck. but next president trump uses a national day of prayer to reach out to americans of faith. one of the most prom in the members of that community will talk about this week's important executive order. he's with us next. later. >> still in the woods, the desert. i don't want to hear about her anymore. judge jeanine: hillary is out of the woods, should she go back?

it gives nonprofit if free political speech. it gives us a right to take a position upon what candidates should be elected, opposed which ones shouldn't be. but it does not allow us to spend our money to promote candidates. that's a perfect balance and i'm so proud of the president forecrafting this. judge jeanine: i was so proud to see the president calling up the little sisters of the poor who went through so much from the obama administration and eric holder dragging them up to the the united states supreme court. that case is still -- he could have overturned that particular employer mandate. but what he did was, he directed the head of health and human services to remove at some point the requirement that people of religious beliefs be required to provide the contraceptive mandate. >> i think most of the laws that
