budget. >> senior citizen will lose perhaps the one nutritious meals they get. the wheels on wheels. >> this is an attempt to have ethnic cleansing in this nation. >> it's not an overstatement to say that some children will die because of this. jesse: children will die? the budget proposes things like requiring those on welfare to work and cutting out pork. is that so bad? joining me now is anton who worked on health and human services under president obama. you were responsible under president obama for the obamacare website? >> i was not responsible for the obamacare website. jesse: i wanted that out of the way. the budget kills children, you know that's a lie, don't you? >> no, it's know the a lie, it's actually a fundamental frame work of the program. a lot of programs for children

with disabilities and families with nutritional needs. if they don't get the health care or services they need, people die. jesse: so you're saying that president trump is purposely trying to kill children with his budget? you realize how crazy that sounds? >> it does sound crazy. what i am saying is that president trump and his team don't understand the federal budget and don't understand what these agencies do. they provide services for people in the middle of america, people who have needs. people in our country who have been left out of the process, who need support from the government and if you don't understand those programs, you'll make decisions that cut them and that will take away services and things that people need that are really important for their survival and their life. jesse: anton, it's funny to hear someone lecturing the president on the federal budget when president obama never submitted a balanced budget for the eight years he was president. one of the guys on the montage says this budget was ethnic cleansing. you don't agree with that, do you?

>> i actually don't agree with that. jesse: okay, good. >> the budget will disproportionately impact people in low income communities. jesse: okay. >> some communities people low income and maybe people of color. you can ka you will -- you can call it whatever you want to call it, it's devastating budget for americans who have been left out of the system. jesse: i'm glad you don't agree with the fact that it's ethnic cleansing. it does a huge disservice for those who were victims of ethnic cleansing in europe many, many years ago. the debt talk about the budget. we had a situation when president obama, who you worked for, almost 300 veterans died in va waiting lines, while some of the executives received bonuses. and you had four people in benghazi who died while they weren't protected.

and border patrol agencies, fast and furious when the previous president let gun walks into mexico. and looking back, i think a lot of the previous policies under the last president actually did kill people. >> so, you can cherry pick any kind of situation to say something did something. jesse: that's not cherry picking. it's real. >> you can go back to 2001 and saw almost 3,000 people died on 9/11 for the president before that. jesse: president obama knew the guns were closing the border to mexico and knew that there were problems at the va and didn't do anything about it. >> the same way that president trump and his administration and chosen to deny them in the budget to have that the care and services, to cut meals on wheels to seniors in america.

how are you going to impact, negatively impact the greatest generation in america. may get one or two nutritious meals. my grandma is 92, and these are services that americans need, but to make the decision to cut them out of the budget will devastate so many americans and so many families that it actually makes no sense to do it and they don't understand in the budget. jesse: growing up in philadelphia, i participated in the meals on wheels programs and delivered to older americans and i don't think they're actually going to cut that. i think that's a noble program, but that's beside the point, that's probably just a strong initial first bid and then he'll probably come back from there. let me ask you about some of the pork in the budget here. the epa, trump's cutting the epa. the epa spent $700,000 for a climate change musical. do you think that's a good use of taxpayer money, anton? >> i wouldn't necessarily spend

money on a music cal, but i would spend money on to make sure our rivers and lakes are clean and that climate is good. jesse: i agree. >> i can't talk about a music cal. jesse: so we agree. we agree, so the musical, let's get rid of the musical. let me go through some of these, they also sent $7 million on grasshopper research. now, you know, i know grasshoppers are a great insect, they also, you know, have shrimp running on treadmills to study those things, too. do you think that's a good use of taxpayer money? >> well, i'm not a scientist, so i can't answer that question, but i would advise that before you make a decision to cut a program to actually talk to somebody who knows the science behind it and what's the value of doing that. jesse: 7 million dollars is a grasshoppers, i'd rather put that money on meals on wheels. listen, i'm not saying some of these things aren't good things to invest money in. all i'm saying we're $20 trillion in debt. the last president went from 10

trillion to the $20 trillion and we can't afford some of these things. so let's prioritize the things that are important. how does that sound, anton? >> no, it sounds like we should prioritize, but it sounds like we should actually talk to people that know how these programs work and how the agencies work and don't make arbitrary decisions to just cut the programs that impact the poorest people in our communities. that actually makes no sense whatsoever. jesse: okay. >> there's nobody to manage their household in that way and i don't know why we're trying do the federal budget. jesse: people that manage their households actually have to work within a budget. the federal government does not so i think we all should try to act we're all part of one big family. anton, thank you for joining me. >> thank you for having me. jesse: "watters' world" exclusive. they say the best business happens on the golf course so i asked eric trump about his father's first trip overseas.

they're losers, they're cowards. i mean, they're scum of the earth. jesse: and the best thing to do to prove that they're losers, i believe, is to defeat them on the battlefield because no one wants to join a group that's losing. you want to join a winning team, wouldn't you agree with that? >> i agree with that 100%. and the problem is, the problem is, yes, under the weakness of the obama administration for the last eight years, we have seen them feel like they are the dominant player on this field when we could crush them at any second. we could demolish them, annihilate them from the face of the earth, but we've chosen not to. so i love the angle president trump is taking. i love the fierceness, the fierceness men like dakota and other soldiers you've shown here tonight, i love that. jesse: you do. >> that's what we've got to do. that's how my son was. he said all they respect is brute lethal force, period. they don't respect anything else. jesse: and your son died heroically fighting for our freedoms in afghanistan and we want to thank you very much for that sacrifice.

>> thank you. jesse: president obama, i think, bears some responsibility here. he retreated from iraq and let isis take over a third of that country. he sat by and did nothing, did not enforce the red line that he himself drew and oversaw humanitarian crisis in syria, and infecting now and pouring into europe. and toppled gadhafi in libya and the manchester bomber went there, it was a failed state, never won the peace, trained and came back. so, dakota, there has to be some accountability for some of these policies that have led to this death and destruction. >> i mean, that's moving. i mean, if you for one second think that under the obama-- the obama administration or that he doesn't have some responsibility for allowing them to grow, that makes no sense. there's no logic to think any other way. but, here is the deal. i mean, we still have federal judges who have no intel, no

back-briefing of anything, who are standing in the way of policies that-- executives orders put in place right now or trying to be, to be able to protect our country. i think that they need to be ready for the backlash if something happens because they're want to go get in the way of it due to politics and prove a point when there are security reasons behind it. jesse: karen, dakota makes a great point there. unfortunately it may take a horrific incident within the united states for some of these judges to wake up and say, we have to stop thinking about things in fantasy world and philosophical reasons for not enforcing a travel ban and say, listen, our job is to keep the country safe. >> right, if you overlook that job, what is your role anymore? because honestly, they've made it clear what they want from us, right? they want to destroy us. so if we don't turn around and destroy them and use every force that we have the capacity to use against them. then again, they see this as

victory, as dominating us. my son didn't give his life so these people could still be terrorizing his children today. for crying out loud when a child is afraid to become a concert, what did aaron die for? if we're allowing, these authorities and powers that be that pretend this isn't a real war and people aren't dying and completely block this, my gosh, somebody needs to grab them by the shoulder and shake them for a minute and wake them up. just like when we heard katy perry say, we need to hug it out with these people. they want to cut our heads off and watch the blood squirt from our throats. this is what they think of. these are people so barbaric that they burn people alive. you don't hug it out with them. we need to take brute lethal force and annihilate them. until we do that, it's going to continue. across over nation, it's going to continue. jesse: happy memorial day for both of you guys and thank you for your service and your sacrifice. >> thanks. >> thank you.

left wing. when i went to college in the bronze age. jesse: you look great, by the way, larry. fantastic. >> thank you. about two and a half democrats for every one republican in a typical history department. right now it's 10-1 for professors over 65 and 25-1 for professors underage 36 and worse in other areas like history, like socialology if you can find a republican at all. when it comes to commencement speakers that have to do with the political message, 4 or 5 to 1. jesse: forget about that. it's elizabeth warren, hillary clinton, oprah. i have yet to be invited to speak at commencement at my college. i don't expect that invitation will come soon. so, let's be specific. so your son comes back or daughter he comes back and very into the p.c. stuff. >> right. jesse: they don't know what bathroom to use.

they don't say, he or she, you know, they're very afraid of speaking accurately. they don't say islamic terrorism. what do you tell them about that? >> well, the good news is, in this day and age of social media, there are all sorts of resources to undo some of this indoctrination. there's something, a university set up by one of my friends, dennis prayiguer, the history o the democratic party, is america still racist, what about the minimum wage, that the parents can resource and show their kids in five easy digestible minutes to undo the indoctrination. the important thing to tell your kids, there are other sorts of other resources, conservative resources to undo some of this stuff and parents need to be proactive and kids need to be proactive and they have to learn defensively, recognize there's another point of view.

jesse: let's say you're the father of twins and the twins come back and they say, larry, or they say dad, they say dad, trump should be impeached. >> news to my girlfriend. jesse: we don't want to get into that. and trump needs to be impeached and have them watch the praguer video and "the five" at 9:00 maybe to brush up on facts? what do you do? >> well, there's plenty of resources, there's all sorts of conservative publications that put together the other side. a blog like "american thinker" and i did one on the stupidity of impeachment. 300 markets, follow me on twitter. there are other smart people that can give you an alternative point of view. jesse: it's about exposing these college students to maybe some alternative media so they're not completely brain washed for the rest of the nine months each other. larry, listen, i'm worried about these college kids, i'm very worried. you've seen me out in the
