to polls and vote, it is a pain in the butt, tuesday morning in november. do you think that we have gotten this far, this violent restoreically because you have to -- because you have to say the world will end if you don't vote for me? >> i think this is a combination of things, announce other things we have become desensitized to certain things. i do think. >> a double standard if you are more traditional and conservative, things you believe in, people feel comfortable at making fun of you or categorizing you in some way. the same people find it their duty to main standard. and have a level of standards and decor umthey -- they display at all-time, either under pressure or inflammatory rhetoric, i think that plays into it. i think that media has changed.

rob: fox news alert, police in london releasing pictures and video of aftermath of london tower fire, interior burned out, this was a 24 story building, 120 apartment, 58 are presumed dead of the people who lived there. that number is expected to go up the exterior insulation may have been in violation of housing codes, the material may have fueled flames which overwhelmed

fire safety devices. we'll bring you more on this story as it comes in. >> sad one, bodies of 7 missing u.s. navy sailors have been found, divers finding their bodies in flooded compartment in the uss fitzgerald one day after the navy ship slammed into a ship in the sea of japan. reporter: the 7 navy sailors are now presumed dead. the commander of 7th fleet said you could not seeing tent of the -- extent of the damage of the guided missile destroyer. he said water flow was tremendous after the impact not leaving much time. those included two areas, the sleeping spaces for over 100 crew members. >> it was a significant impact on the side of the ship.

and you congress see most of the damage, the damage is mostly under the water line, it is a large gash. near the keel of the ship, the water flow was tremendous. and so, there was not a lot of time. in those spaces that were open to the sea. reporter: this happened about 60 miles off of the coast of japan in early morning, most of the crew of the sleeping it took 16 hours for the crew managed to get ship back to home port. a number of sailors were injured, three had to be airlifted. and they included the commander officer who was in his state room. rob: you would think there would be a way to save guard against it. reporter: u.s. and japanese officials say it is still too early to say what cause the, the cars cargo ship appeared to have made a u-turn.

rob: congress has a few more weeks before its annual august recess. there are still a lot of items on its to do list. one of them is health care bill. senate majority leader said we could see a vote witn the next few weeks, being optimistic. more from washington. reporter: good evening congress has a hefty to do list, one of the big items is the healthcare. senate republicans would like to vote for before july 4, legislation is not done yet, democrats say for starters they need to see it.

martians on mars or here walking among us. if you still obstruct, that is obstruction. that seems to be question that robert mueller is asking as special counsel. what we're seeing the president doing this and questioning this, is because it is all about the base. if they discredit everything in or the investigators before anything really big comes out. it helps protect the president from republicans walking away. if the base is with the president, then republican are less likely to stand up to him, and say yes, we should go to a disciplinary action if it ever reaches that level, which it did you not look like it will be. rob: will they be able to say it sounds like the president, was frustrated?

but still no investigation into collusion? does that speak volumes to what is going? >> i think that investigation, again, special counsel goes out and follows evidence where it leads, they are trying to hunt down and find out whether or not there was collusion. i hope if they prove there is none, they make this public, and put this issue to bed. but you see president come out fire james comey for varying circumstances, depending on what you ask, you legally have to follow that and find out what is going on, if we actual ge gout and look at ha happened to general flynn with his dealings, it is clear he most likely has broken the law in several actions, and already under investigation by fbi for separate matters, with business relations with turkey and illegal lobbiesing. we're fudge -- we're pardon me, we're create a false
