people, he's going to, you know, make sure that what -- what some courts have ruled to be overreach with the trump administration is actually going to become policy but i want to point out two things, number one, this is a personnel matter, much like the director of communications, you know, mr. scaramucci, family susan lucci, it doesn't matter what the president's day-to-day administrators are, the reason we have checks and balances is to make sure that policy happens as the american people the representatives want it. clayton: a but to that was dhs targeting illegal immigrants coming across the border that that guy has now the inner
6:48 am
circle, the ear of the president more closely? >> how about enforcing the law. barbara lee can call it targeting but americans call it laws that exist. illegal aliens are breaking the law and general kelly, instituting the will of the american voters when they voted in november and he's going to be in the white house instituting the president trump's agenda. this is a good thing for america. clayton: will democrats work with this president to get infrastructure through now that you have general kelly in there who can reach across the aisle and maybe reach out to democrats and get some things working? will democrats do it? >> absolutely, general kelly, and i want to thank the man for his service and he lost a son in the war. general kelly is absolutely somebody who demands and deserves the respect of every american and as long as we are working toward making this a better country for everyone, all

of our citizens, all of our voters, i don't see why there would be any difficulty in general kelly getting assistance. clayton: brian, are you hardened by that? >> if he was approved by the u.s. senate, largest margin of any of the nominee that is president trump put forward, i think it's a good thing. you look at president trump wanted to be his president and will work hard or the his president, he wants to be bipartisan, he doesn't come with the 30-year partisan battles that exist in this town. he comes with a fresh perspective and i think that's great for the country. clayton: ryan and jamila, great to see you this morning. >> thank you. clayton: summer is heating up, that means mosquitoes are out in full force. things you can make your backyard bug free and keep your family safe. chances are, the last time you got a home loan,

6:54 am
mosquitoes to breed. anything that you see, birdbath, get rid of the excess water. abby: what about a pool? >> same thing. this is a great example. a lot of people have kids playing but when you leave it alone get rid of the water, turn it over, that's a major breeding ground for mosquitoes. abby: the sand box. >> most people have this, kids are playing, look at all the water it's holding. you want to, again, turn these over. turn them over and get rid of the water, on their side or get rid of them completely. abby: what do you have? pete: looks like my yard right now. why what's do i do? >> this is toss. this is where mosquitoes will go because this is what's going to hold water. underneath it's probably holding water, damp and moist,
6:55 am
mosquitoes will gravitate toward this but they are actually breeding here. pete: pick up rakes later. >> good to see you. clay lay i always have this problem, i put the tarp on my lawn furniture. >> you're not the only one. this happens all of the time whether it's on furniture, this will happen, water will collect, so again, visually walking around your yard, if you tighten that side -- clayton: straps underneath. that's why they are there and the water rolls right off. abby: go ahead. >> you've been waiting for the gutter section. >> this is meant to get rid of water, that's the whole point but what happens a lot of times even the old creases is enough area for water. this is on the ground.
6:56 am
enough area for water to collect, you might not realize for mosquitoes to breathe. this is my counterpart. this is a great example of mosquito squad's technicians, licensed and specifically train to treat your yard. that's -- abby: great job this morning day 13. if only this were as easy as saving $600 when you switch to progressive. winds stirring. too treacherous for a selfie. foxandfriends.com. >> buy, everyone. happy saturday. [cheers and applause] neil: welcome, everybody, live looking at the implications on what was shaking down in washington and what was not shaking up markets that much. as you know by now, john kelly, the homeland security secretary will be moving to white house chief of staff. the president has been busy tweeting this morning. we will have the fall-out from all of this as well as the agenda and what it means for the president. he has been, of course, changes he would like to see in congress right now to avoid the kind of thing that always happens, the simple majority vote, whether he get into all of that.
