the president had an executive order that he released this week and it was basically more or less making coordinated and timely decision when they had infrastructure projects. so often you run up against a lot of red tape. you praise that executive order. tell me why. >> well, executive order for infrastructure is fantastic in my opinion because it starts to set the table for when legislation does get passed. we will have time to get the permitting process improved in taking care of. i think coordinated, predictable, transparent are excellent concepts. the coordinated element, elite agency to help be a concierge for permitting so to speak. sharp upcoming project through the agencies involved in this complex projects. very critical.

elizabeth: that being said, this is not the first administration of president to do it. they have made this type of move to make things happen in a timely manner. what makes this different? >> at the cabinet level and within the agencies there's a lot of desire, and a lot of business leaders a part of this process. a lot of people in the agencies want to make this happen. at the end of the day, all we are really going to results and deliver 600,000 to 700,000 jobs in the construction industry. for every million dollars of infrastructures and come a great about six by seven to 7.1 jobs. this is a big significant price. >> that being said, what you really want to see is legislative action. what do you want to see? executive orders are excellent as far as freeing up the red tape in opening up the highways here no pun intended. you really need to see congress

local news outlets reporting jerry lewis, the legendary entertainer has passed away at 91 years old. lewis died at home around 915 this morning. his career spanned 45 years. in his early days he collaborated with dean martin before launching a solo movie career later in life the voice of muscular dystrophy annual telethon, which he hosted all the way up until 2010, a cause near and dear to jerry lewis' heart. elizabeth: very sad news for family members out there. born in 1926, would've seen in entertainment and he was one of the unique entertainers from a very early time transcendent radio, television, the internet. what a remarkable career in
