veterans affairs under fire, being told to pay up after the va overpaid their benefits and this new bill aims to stop that. >> let me talk about overpayment to the government, the government is very aggressive, aggressively pursuing getting that money back but this happens in the military and they tell you what your paychecks because if you get overpaid table get it back. >> responsible if they mess up. >> when you think of these overpayments you have to realize different circumstances, people with posttraumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury, people who have been injured and getting overpaid. according to the ig with the va and government accountability office report, there has been an increase in the number of improper payments, people paid too much or too little or the wrong person paid, over 69%,
