fix the infrastructure. i argue this, the key for the president's ultimate success tonight is in him keeping promises. that's what the american people elected him tond do. if he does that, the economy grows, if jobs are created, if he keeps america strong, everybody wins. and the president and even all those republicans who do not support him, they will benefit politically.l i want to show. you the numbers, 74% of americansam disapprove of congress' job performance. and look at the numbers for congressional leaders. a speaker of the house, paul ryan, well, he has the highest favorable approval rating. that is only at 35%. that's great. chuck schumer, mitch mcconnell, they are in the 20% pretty into the home state of kentucky, mitch mcconnell is at 18%. the lawmakers that want to tell the president what to do, i don't think so. another trap that democrats are trying to set us on taxes. listen to what the president said earlier today.

fail again and again. it will never work. this is the first major test that i would argue the trump presidency, and has the potential to make or break it. the president's plan is rock-solid. so the president actually building a wall, following up on the tax plan is so important. that's why the democrats do not wantmp him to succeed. if he does not get those things done, he will do lose his face. that would hurt him and the rest of the republican party that will be in shambles. democrats do not want him to succeed. so if the president wants to negotiate, what he said today about daca, that is fine. the president is great at negotiating. republicans, they pushed him into the arms of nancy pelosi and chuck schumer. they have failed the president at ay very high level. and as a result he has reached out to the democrats. this major campaign promise, i would argue, especially funding in the wall, cutting these taxes, all the tax plans that the president that i just mentioned, that he wants to put in place.
