where they're praying for the country.ot >> sean: amen, we are praying for those families. unfortunately that's all the time we have left this evening. we will always be fair and balanced, we are not the "destroy trump" media. we will be in vegas tomorrow. stay tuned, continuing covera . >> good evening, everyone. i'm brian kilmeade. we expect an update on the las vegas shooting. we'll tell you how it unfolded. we have new details coming out about the lone gunman that fired down on to a crowd over 22,000 at that musical vest festival. so let's get out to las vegas for more. >> what happened on the las vegas strip 24 hours ago. we'd like to update you on some key parts of our investigation.
10:01 pm
we're processing the crime scene and looking into the motive of the shooter. we've executed a search warrant at the home of stephen paddock in mesquite, nevada. they're come over information that will help to shed light on this horrible event. we've recovered 23 firearms at mandalay bay and 19 firearms at his home in mesquite. i want to emphasize that we believe that paddock is solely responsible for the heinous attack. we're aware of the rumors ls outside of the media and on social media that there was more than one assailant. we have no information or evidence to support that theory oruppo that rumor. we believe there was only one shooter and that was stephen paddock. we're doing a thorough investigation and only want to provide what is accurate to you. we'll only give information that we have vetted and know to be true. i will not be speaking or
10:02 pm
answering questions on issues that we do not have the facts yet. the latest estimate on the number of injured stands at 527 that the sheriff put out this afternoon. when have 59 deceased. our homicide detectives are working around the clock to process the scene as soon as we possibly can. we understand there are personal belongings that people need to retrieve from all the locations. once we come close to clearing that scene, we'll provide more information on how people can get their belongings. and we're coordinating that with the hotels and the venue so people can get their belongings back. the family resource center will play a role in that task. it's up and running at the las vegas convention center and we're asking families to
10:03 pm
physically go to that center. the hotline number has changed. 1-800-536-9488 is the new number. the number that we gave out previously, is no longer in use. however, if you are a local person from las vegas and looking for a loved one, please go down to the family resource center in person. that's the best way toso get assistance. i also want to comment on some steps that mgm resorts has taken. they're coordinating rooms at no cost at the bellagio for families that are coming into town. they're also coordinating travel through southwest airlines. they're coordinating crisis counsellors for people that worked as vendors, employees and
10:04 pm
guests and the american red cross has been given space over at circus circus to establish a headquarters for the local community until they get t some national assets in. we've had an overwhelming turnout of people standing in line to donate blood, but they cannot take anye more people right now. we're asking that you not go down there until at least tomorrow reafternoon, if not th next day. they have enough supply to last them for the foreseeable future. people are also donating food in large amounts metro does not have the ability to coordinate delivery and distribution. if you are going to donate food, do so with bottled water or sealed food to the red cross at 1771 east flamingo. there have been remarkable support from our community. we've been asked by concerned individuals from here and t far
10:05 pm
asking how they can help the gofundme page set up is the best mechanism to show your support to the victims. we do not anticipate having any further updates tonight. when wefu do have further updat tomorrow, we'll send out a press release notifying you that we'll be giving more information. the past 20 hours have been trying and we know we have a long way to go. i'm proud of the courage and resiliency displayed by our first responders onre this even i also want to appeal to you and the public and the media, we know of no known threats in the las vegas area. if we knew of any threat, we'd tell you that and we'd act upon that. please allow our department the ability to do what they do best -- investigate crime and keep you safe.
10:06 pm
with that, i will turn it over to the commissioner, who has a few words.ha >> i have a very few words i'd like to say, again, this -- we've had several of these and it's been a long, long day for a lot of us, but i just left mr. jim ern and a special thanks to two groups. we have our first responders. but for the fact of the great work done by the men and women of metro and security at mandalay bay, we would have lost hundreds if not thousands more lives. they were able to triangulate get people in there and save countless lives. we'll be eternally grateful for the work that you did, in conjunction with mgm. we set up the gofundme campaign. we've received in excess of 30,000 donations exceeding $2.2
10:07 pm
million. we set the goal at $500,000 and we got to $100,000 and one individual called and said, i will get you to your goal and i donated $400,000. that individual was anonymous until now. he said we could release his name. it was steven clubek. we ask you all to support our community and i would like to ask you next time you see one of our first responders, whether it be metro or fire or what have you, tell them thank you. we owe them an eternal debt of gratitude for what they did. i have other figures. congressman titus, i know they have ha few words to say. >> thank you very much. thisy horrendous act of evil happened in the heart of district 1, which i'm honored to represent. the wholeep day has revolved lv around that act. it's been police briefings and
10:08 pm
talking with the fbi, visiting hospitals, all the things that kind of are associated with an act of war. but we also heard stories of individual heroism, people helping others through the gate, over the fence, shielding their bodies, standing in line for blood, those are the kind of stories that we need to focus on. it's so appropriate that we've ended the day with an e ecumenil church service on the strip, where we gathered to grieve for the fallen. to thank our wonderful first responders who have done so much in coordination with each other and just to hold hands with family and friends, to cry, and recommit ourselves to do all that we can so this never happens again. >> um, it's been a long day, as
10:09 pm
you can imagine for everybody here. and like my colleagues and everyone here in southern nevada have to thank the first responders, our law enforcement, the medical community here, e.m.t.s, everybody who ran into the faceev of danger to save lives, many lives, that families now are concerned about those who have been injured. families now who are dealing with the loss of loved ones. i, too, had a niece there last night at the event. she was one of the lucky ones who made it home, but there are many who are still injured and who did not. and now it's time for all of our community to come together to bring comfort and relief to these families. i know for all of us, this week will be about those families, those who have been injured, and how we can do everything in this community to continue to support them as well as supporting the
10:10 pm
ongoing investigation that needs to take place independent. help them do their jobs. there will be plenty of time to second-guess and play politics, but right now is the time to come together as a community and support and comfort one another. >> i'm mark hutchison, lieutenant governor of the state of nevada. on behalf of the state of nevada, i want to thank everyone who has been thanked repeatedly and we'll continue to thank them over and over again, everyone who ran towards the bullets when everybody else was running away from the bullets those who met the victims at the the hospitals. i spent most of my day from the hospitals. i justam came from sunrise. sunrise took care of 214 of the victims. and performed over 90 emergency surgeries, just extraordinary efforts on behalf of our medical community. they happenedled -- handled
10:11 pm
this with bravery and competence. i told that you umc and spring valley both performed admirably. i spent b some time there as we. if you arrived at any of those facilities ofalive, you continu to be alive. i confirmed that this afternoon. it's just the best of the nevada spirit,, the best of our community. home, bornas been my and raised here, raised six children here. what we've seen today at the close of this day is the best and the highest tradition of las vegans and americans. we've heard stories about guardian angels that carried them out of harm's way or found vehicles and took them to the hospital. it'sit inspiring in a day that' been depressing and dark, it's inspiring to see whate america do for each other. to all those that have helped, i
10:12 pm
say god bless you and we'll get through it with our faith in god and the nevadan and american spirit. thank you. >> i'll take a small number of questions and then we'll end it for tonight. >> 23 guns, are they all rifles? >> like the sheriff explained earlier today and i explained moments ago, our information as the investigation continues can change. we put out the information that we have at that moment in time and sometimes the numbers will change. there are 23 firearms at mandalay bay and 19 out of his house. >> is it a homicide investigation or are detectives involved? is it putting a strain on your manpower? >> so i can tell you that it's a
10:13 pm
homicide investigation. and homicide is investigating that specific aspect of the crime. we have every resource available on our agency working and i can assure you that the sheriff has made aou point that way have resources both in the neighborhoods and around the community as well as the las vegas strip and downtown. that's not diminished. it's increased. one at a time. >> [question inaudible] >> i have not personally gone through the list of victims, so i cannot answer that question for you right now.te >> there are people in the world that are not trained what to do if gunfire happened. if jason aldean had managed to say to the crowd, take cover before he ran off stage, would it have saved lives? >> i don't know.
10:14 pm
i wasn't there. i don't know what jason aldean was thinking when he was on the stage. i do know that a common thing is when people hear gunfire, they run for cover. it's a human instinct. i don't know what he said before he left the stage. but the investigation will bring that out. >> how long did paddock shoot for? how long do you think it last ed? >> we're still putting that timeline together. >> can you give us a timeline of his movements? >> when t did he shoot the security guard and did he continue to shoot out the window? >> i know that he shot the security guard on the 32nd floor, but i don't know if he shot after that or not. >> do you know his movements 24 to 48 to 72 hours before? >> that's what our detectives and our partners are working on right now.
10:15 pm
it will be some time before we're able to give you that in i chronological order and with an amount of confidence that it's accurate. >> have you made any progress at all on his motives? did he send money to the philippines? >> like i said earlier, we're hunting down and tracing down every single clue that we can get in his background. until we confirm all of those thingsl that are floating arno in the media and in social media, i can't comment on that. >> two questions -- any timetable for when you will get the hard drives opened up, the ones found in mesquite. and did he specifically request thatat hotel room at mandalay b? >> no, we don't have a specific timeline. >> did he request that hotel room? >> i don't know that yet. >> did he have a computer in the room?
10:16 pm
>> we did see -- >> have you examined it? does it give you anything about motive? >> it's ongoing. >> after the raid in reno, can you tell us anything about what was taken there, any weapons, explosives, computers or clues? >> nothing that i can speak of and that scene is still being resolvedas as we speak. >> let me emphasize something to you that might help. i know that you are very eager to find out exactly what his motive was or what was going through his head or what he was doing up to two weeks ago. i promise you, the sheriff will provide that information when when have confirmed it. it doesn't t make sense for us put out information that's not accurate and isn't timely and reliable. so please have some patience with our agency and our partners to get you that information.
10:17 pm
i promise we'll provide it when the time comes. >> what time exactly did the room get breached? >> i don't have -- do you guys have that? no.ha we have a time log of everything we do and that's what the debt -- detectives will put together start to finish and including that timeline. we'll have more information on that tomorrow. i will take two more questionsable then we'll be done for the night. >> [question inaudible] >> they can go there for help and resources, okay? if they're looking for a loved one or friend and they're in town, they need to go there at the convention center. or the ones coming in, they can go there as well. they also have that 800 number they can call ahead of time if they need to find out a piece of information. in the back.
10:18 pm
>> you originally said northern nevada. can you confirm it was in reno? >> yes. [question inaudible] >> i can tell that you that's part of our investigation of determining just that. obviously every hotel has video. i'm sure we're going back and reviewing every ounce of that. >> do you expect to find more guns? is it possible that -- >> i would say in the areas we've been so far, i would say, no. but until we're done with the investigation, i'm not going to marry to that le number. last one. >> [question inaudible] >> not more than what the sheriff put out at 3:00. >> we got the guns out of the room or the suite. >> yes. >> you are confident you have
10:19 pm
all the guns? >> i'm confident in the number i gave you in what we've recovered. all right. that's it. thank you. >> very informative press conference at this late hour and it's remarkable how patient they've been and how forthright about what they know and don't know. theres been 23 firearms found at mandalay bay, 19 at his house. and 59 lost their lives. 527 injured. so generous with giving blood. saying, don't come down any more tonight. the raiders have donated $50,000 and this steven klubek donated $400,000. now let's go out to the mayor of las vegas, who has been quite busy and distressed, but wants to relay what is happening to
10:20 pm
your great city. i know you have been mayor since 2011. can you describe what today has been like for you? >> the act and insanity of a scumbag madman who has taken so selfishly 29 lives of beloved people from around the country, not just las vegas. it's been aee tragic time. how dare any human being do that. and we are not tolerant of any thought of that. it's been a very, very difficult time and, as you mentioned the numbers and we know how fabulous responders have been, our law enforcement. they were out there, of course, monitoring the crowd at that wonderful country western festival and kids in cowboy boots and just out having a grand time for the past three nights and then to have this happen last night. our trauma one unit, i know
10:21 pm
you've been speaking with them, incredible. all the hospitals, doctors pouring in, nurses. even our custodial staff to keep the floors clean and healthy as we bring in patient after patient on 0 a gurney, but the tragedy remains for all the people that don't know where their loved ones are. it's been k extremely difficult but we've heard around the country from mayors and governors and people and even from canada, just impressing their love and horror and how we're doing. but one single, crazed madman has turned this city upside down temporarily. it's a wonderful community of loving people. they've been waiting in line some of them for 5 and 6 hours to give blood. they've contributed, as you know, over $2 million to a fund to help families who have lost someone or haven't found them and help to pay for care.
10:22 pm
boyd group and southpoint, segal suites, just to mention a few, have donated free rooms for those who have no place to stay. so this has been a tremendous bonding for us all, as we come together and we just know the sadness adis, that there's probably a beautiful number of 59 new stars in the heavens and we're tragically spoken. >> when w i got up this morning it was 2, then it was 20. then it was 40, then over 50. and then 200 wounded. now up to 527 wounded. between you and your husband, you know the city as well as anybody. if i was to tell you that one individual would bring up 23 firearms into one hotel room, which was a suite, what would you have told me before yesterday? >> i would have said, that's totally impossible. but we're not about going and
10:23 pm
examining people's bags. we certainly know what's happening at the airport and since 9/11 and sandy hook and pulse nightclub, so many tragedies and so many created by the fewest number of people. it's intolerable. i would tell you this city is no different, but we're a resilient group, bonded group, and hughley diverse group that takes great pride in making sure that conventions and people and tourists have a good time. this convert was phenomenal. i went to the hospitals this morning andnd speaking to those that didn't have life-threatening injuries as they told month that they really were so stunned by it. they didn't know if it was fireworks or just some type of crackling of technology that's come through the performance. some of them said they had no
10:24 pm
idea it was one location that all the shots were ringing from. these are people that are just -- i can't tell you the bonding here and the resilience to a mad, crazed scumbag. it will not be tolerated. >> you ha of -- have a tremendous responsibility. we watched mayor giuliani rally. you have the same responsibility. let everyone know that this e cy will go back to normal and find out what this madman was up to before he perpetrated this horriblepe series of assassinations. mayor gogoodman, thanks so much. >> and you are so right. thank you. thank you for sharing with us. >> you got it. authorities are still searching for a motive for the shooter, stephen paddock. you have paddock's brother that spoke to the media from or and
10:25 pm
o -- orlando. did you have any reason for this? >> no. there's no reason for me not to tell you. >> was he hyped up about politics? >> nothing. >> no religious affiliation. no political affiliation. no. he just hung out. >> and no history of mental illness? >> not a bit. >> when ista the last time that you spoke to him? >> he texted me to ask about my mom after the hurricane and we didn't have power for five days. this is asteroids out of the sky. there's no -- there's just nothing. >> you can't say nothing because he has in his background a dad that was jailed, a bank robber, escaped from prison. at the age of 7 years old, it became clear to him.
10:26 pm
he's oldest in the family and showed no signs of as they say snapping. let's bring in dr. bobber, forensic psychiatrist. i'm putting together what the media is putting together with his background. we know hisow dads wi s widad w. he has a series of properties and a high-stakes gambler. he had major transactions either plus or minus a couple of weeks before this happen. can a major gambling win or loss cause someone to plot and plan an event like this? >> it's so difficult to make sense of this tragedy and it's very early in the investigation. maybe he had a colossal loss and maybe he was in debt. we know, like you said, he was well educated.
10:27 pm
he led what some might consider an unconventional lifestyle d,ca he had an absent father who was incarcerated. we can pull all these pieces together, but we'll never really know what was going through his mind. maybe when they get into the hard drives we'll see social media postings or some radical belief system. but until we have that information, it's difficult to make iesense. we know it was not a crime of impulse. we know he was planning it for a while and that he was very meticulous about it and maybe he kept a low profile. when i see his brother say he had no history of mental illness and he didn't see it coming, i know that from my clinical experience all families have secrets and maybe something was going on that he didn't want people to know about and he kept a low profile. >> and he's thousands of miles away from his brother. he had passed background checks. but he altered the guns to become automatic rifles, which
10:28 pm
was illegal. he had 23 different firearms. he set up cameras to be able to see when law enforcement was getting closer and was able to shoot a security guard. that those a calmness under pressure and he has no military pa background. where do you learn that? >> he was so calm and so meticulous, it points to a psycopathic personality, cunning, scheming. but he also was a gambler. maybe there was a mood disorder. we won't know that until they dig into his background. >> a crime of passion. had to be up close. use a knife, want to shoot that person and look them in the eye. this was a crime of cowardess. i want to shoot somebody 1,100 feet away that i have never met and i want to kill as many as
10:29 pm
possible but i don't want to see the blood or feel the pain. what does that tell you? >> there's been an uptick in these mass shootings in the last decade. we're seeing a wave of narcissism of people that commit these crimes to get some infamy or 15 minutes of fame. think that has a lot to do with it and maybe this guy felt so disillusioned and pushed aside that he needed to be recognized. >> he has a roommate, a girlfriend, who mysteriously is in japan, and the police are anxious to talk to her.
10:30 pm
what questions would you ask her? >> i would ask her what her last contact had been with him. what the mood of the conversation. what they spoke about. if there was any indication -- if he was depressed. if he was talking about anything that was morose or morbid. she probably is the best clue, besides social media, as to what his state of mind was before he did this. >> so his family saysa they're shocked. it's like anta asteroid droppin out of the sky. they're concerned about retribution. i can understand that. and concerned about the 90-year-old mother who lives down the block in orlando. right now,re all well have is questions and frustration as well as empathy for all those affected. doctor,ed thanks so much. i want to talk to you again as we find out more. straight ahead on this show, what can big cities do to protect against what happened in las vegas yesterday? back to examine that and so much more. remember that accident i got in with the pole, and i had to make a claim and all that? is that whole thing still dragging on? no, i took some pics with the app and... filed a claim, but... you know how they send you money to cover repairs and... they took forever to pay you, right? no, i got paid right away, but... at the very end of it all, my agent... wouldn't even call you back, right?
10:31 pm
10:34 pm
only from allstate. money managers are pretty much the same. all but while some push high commission investment products, fisher investments avoids them. some advisers have hidden and layered fees. fisher investments never does. and while some advisers are happy to earn commissions from you whether you do well or not, fisher investments fees are structured so we do better when you do better. maybe that's why most of our clients come from other money managers. fisher investments. clearly better money management. >> i know you want to know what happened in las vegas less than
10:35 pm
24 hours ago. it shows how vulnerable we are and makes you wonder if we should alter our lifestyles. gary mccarthy has held various titles. and here in studio, commissioner, first off, you know the police chief this morning that had to go through this horrible event and continue to inform the press how many people are wounded, how many people have lost their lives. i thought they did a remarkable job giving us more information that we're even used to. tell me about what goes through a police chief's mind at times like this? >> it's incredible stress. you want to get information out, but you can't give out everything. there are things that he cannot
10:36 pm
tell us right now. we don't know if they've looked at hard drives yet. i spoke to him via text right now giving him some support. it brings back so many events that i've been involved in, including 9/11 when he was 10 feet away from rudy giuliani when the south tower fell and he was talking to the vice president. we can't give you all the information until it's verified and some of it we can't give you anyway. >> you know what sheriff lomb d lombardo did. i don't know where the woman is. help me find these cars. it's not me against you. i'm dumb struck but what we've seen and we most of all want to find out why this guy did this. >> and what's happening here, you are not prejudicing the investigation.
10:37 pm
you let the investigation take you where it takes you. and not to point in certain directions. for him to reach out and say, you are absolutely right. it's not us versus them. i need your information, your help. that number of eyeballs, you get very, very important. >> and these offduty officers, not only do you have the instinct to act, but you had officers that were shy and you had them that according to eyewitnesses were protecting people, standing up while the gunfire was whizzing by everybody else. what training do you go through that makes you stand up in situations like that? >> well, we've all done crazy, stupid things that afterwards you say, i don't know why i did that. i was in a couple of scenarios
10:38 pm
where i actually had people grabbing me and pulling me to cover when i was directing people to do certain things in a live fire zone. so it's reaction. it's not training that tells you to get up and do that. it's taking charge. it's leadership. it's courage. that's what these cops are all about. >> how do we stop this? we have a guy on the 32nd floor shooting at people facing the other direction. we don't see him. he's 1,100 feet away. >> you take the lessons that the secret service has used and they have a lot more resources, but that's when you look at. what are the angles for fire? you strike that view. so you can't have that easy access to the crowd. can you sense when a bullet is fired? there are acoustic-sensing devices. is there counter sniper capabilities?
10:39 pm
people say, you can't do that. we require a lot of stuff when there are crowds this side. >> great point. the military uses it. real quick, would you like to see that at outdoor events now, able to spot where the shot comes from, laser will point it out and have somebody on guard, retired navy seal take out that target? >> i think unfortunately, we're reaching that point in this country. what makes us great is the freedoms that we have. we have to start changing the way we do business. if you have been to israel, it's completely different. they know they're at war. i don't think that america has figured out that we're at war. i'm not ready to dismiss the terrorism angle here until we find out for sure it's not the case. because it certainly was executed like a terrorism operation, even though this guy, paddock, doesn't fit the profile. >> he doesn't. 64-year-old guy with no history.
10:40 pm
they did claim responsibility from isis. we can go on another two hours. we'll find out more and have you both back. mike and gary, thank you. president trump and his administration tried to provide comfort to the nation. he spoke around 10:45 this morning. the president scheduled to visit on wednesday. and joining us from the white house with more is fox news chief national correspondent ed henry. ed, what's going on there now? >> the president just wrapped up a dinner a short time ago with republican lawmakers. undoubted undoubtedly, this was on the agenda, as well as the other legislative business. he was briefed by his chief of staff about the tragedy and sprung into action. he called the governor, the mayor, the president and the
10:41 pm
first lady leading a moment of silence on the south lawn. the president noted that he will head to las vegas on wednesday and try to comfort survivors and families of victims. earlier today, the president ordered flags at the white house and at federal sites to be lowered to half staff, as he spoke in the diplomatic reception room and offered words of comfort and healing. >> scripture teaches us the lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. we seek comfort in those words for we know that god lives in the hearts of those who grieve. to the wounded who are now recovering in hospitals, we're praying for your full and speedy recovery. and pledge to you our support from this day forward. >> a contrast to what hillary clinton did, where she seemed to politicize the tragedy.
10:42 pm
yes, she offered comfort to the families in one tweet and other tweets much different. some of her former campaign aides that the president had failed in his role in comforter in chief in terms of the crisis in puerto rico. "we wondered how trump would handle a crisis. never guess he would attack the victims." in this case, it was clinton who today tweeted, "the crowd fled at the sound of gunshots. imagine the deaths if the shoot her a silencer, which the n.r.a. wants to make easier to get." critics are saying that she doesn't quite have her facts right. "our grief is not enough. we can and must put politics aside, stand up to the n.r.a. and work together to prevent this from happening again." gabby giffords, who remember was shot while in office, held a
10:43 pm
news conference and said "the nation is counting on new gun laws." she was joined by her husband, mark kelly, and he went after the president and the n.r.a. >> need more than our president's prayers. we need his plans. does anybody actually believe that our gun laws are too strong? give me a break. >> now there was one democrat that put politics aside today sort of, congressman al green. he was planning to go ahead to try to start impeachment proceedings against president trump. he announced that he's putting that effort on hold but only temporarily, planning to bring it back soon. >> great job. and senator blumenthal also wants gun control. and it's illegal to have an automatic weapon or rifle to begin with.
10:44 pm
he bought it and changed it. ed henry from the white house. joining us now, we have bud sexton, former c.i.a. analyst and syndicated talkshow host. and brad blackman, former president with the george w. bush and george h.w. bush administrations. talking politics and i don't think you are surprised. >> i'm not surprised. and it's sad. we should listen to the white house and held a moment of silence. he expressed his condolences and then spoke comfort. those who own firearms are responsible, good, decent people. politics should not enter this dialogue at this stage. we should be worrying about the families of those lost and the victims still recovering and the
10:45 pm
city and state that needs to recover. >> so not only were politicians playing politics after the tragedy, so was cnn's reporter saying it was worth it to point out to keep in mind that there is a crossover between trump supporters and country music fans. so he showed empathy because a lot of the people voted for him, is that right? >> no. i think there's a lot of grasping on the left for motivation that will fit their preconceived, political notions. you see that with the gun control narrative and the ir responsible tweets from journalists and news organizations that are jumping ahead with things that are not supported yet. the gun control measures, including from hillary clinton noting a silencer issue when there was none used, goes to show you that they are trying to
10:46 pm
immediately politicize a tragedy and push for legislative change, i suppose, that wouldn't have prevented this attack. that's a consistent theme on the left here. instead of allowing us to come together and allow the president's words to be heeded by all americans, let law enforcement do their jobs, we have democrats, by in large, using this as an opportunity to push measures that wouldn't have prevented this or an attack in the future. >> they're banned, unless you bat it before 1986 and he has nothing on his record, except for a crazy father, which doesn't pop up on a background check. he doesn't have any violations. got the background check. bought the guns legally, but altered them illegally. then you have to ban youtube because they tell you on youtube how to make a semiautomatic an automatic. they should get clear on this and not just spout off. >> they can't help themselves.

democratic playbook is that you don't let a crisis go without exploitation. hillary clinton didn't have her facts right. he could not have bottle this gun as he used it legally. we have plenty of laws. lets enforce the laws we have before adding to the burdens of the decent people who have every right under the 2nd amendment to possess and hold guns. >> you are both going to maybe have a problem with my statement. to see steve scalise walk out and make a great speech. he brought everybody together. the president's remarks today, this morning, for the most part,
