on sunday morning when people woke up in mississippi and alabama, officials in both states, 100,000 people were without power. here in mississippi, mississippi power yesterday evening said they still had 22,000 customers without power but the time they woke up this morning, all customers had power back on. alabama, heather, 36,000 people were without power yesterday, we expect to get an update from them in an about an hour on how many people are out with power, heather? heather: thank you so much, ellison. >> you bet. heather: commander in chief's attack comes after the tennessee republican called the trump cabinet, people that help separate our country from chaos. senator corker not stopping there writing on twitter.

friends first". strictest immigration reform from any administration, ever. here now to react democratic strategists chuck rocha and tam bring bruce, thank you for joining us very early this morning. appreciate it. thank you, first 4:00 a.m. show. we are going to make sure everybody wakes up early. let's talk about this new immigration plan that he has on tap, anyway, we can bring this up, a number of changes in the proposal, 70, in fact, but here are the main things, 27 different suggestions on border security, 39 imfriew. interior enforcement and four major changes to legal immigration system? >> first of all, when he was initially talking about the cremor esm -- extract, when they were talking with legislation with nancy pelosi or chuck schumer, there seemed to be in wall, this is going to be an amnesty. what they are reflecting on is

heather: you're watching "fox & friends first", major evacuation underway as massive fires rip through napa, california. adam housely joins us on the phone live from los angeles with the very latest, adam. >> yeah, i just got back from napa late last night so it's a bit of su surprise that's going on. it's pretty brutal situation. there's no other way of explaining it. fire major fires, i just got a text from one of friends that i grew up there that's a firefighter that says no structure protection, they are basically trying to save lives. to give people an idea, i'm from the valley, born and raised, firefighters all the way around.

the busiest time of the year and napa valley area also sonoma county as well. thousands of people there. if anybody has been to napa on vacation, they come to the point at the top of the valley, silverado trial and highway 29. the biggest threat is silverado threat. whiners are in major trouble. more so, if those whiners are in trouble, hundreds and hundreds of homes that the fire will have to get through, homes are more important and families and lives are more important than that. we have been told, an area called soda canyon, people are

trapped and hiding in vineyards because vineyards are going to green and they won't burn as easily and people are literally walking out trying to escape this fire. the situation is rough, it's 40-miles-per-hour winds. we had a wet winter and hot and dry summer and people will tell you, i've covered a lot of fires, the fire conditions are light right now and in the bay area, north bay area where napa is located, people in san francisco can see the glow in the distance which is 40 miles but they also can smell the smoke in san francisco. heather: as you're talking, adam, we are showing video and also people are posting pictures on twitter, social media and they're talking about how they could smell it all the way to san francisco.

>> well, my family is evacuated. my brother and sister-in-law got out. it's hard to explain. they are not next to hillside. they are probably 2 miles from the hillside and you have to come through vineyards and home. they've evacuated. my dad is still in -- he has several friends that are there. they are still trying to put fires, he's in the country, a friend grabbed tractor and literally bulldozed in the back of the house, the plants down and fencing down and they have been there 30 years, they are trying to keep the fire from getting to the plants because that's what happens. rough situation in napa, guys. heather: adam housely, thank you so much for joining us. one to have them, the one raging in napa county, it's about 200 acres on atlas peak at this point. evacuations underway.

we have in schools is that individuals are allowed to protest as long as it's not disruptive and so we know that india has been doing this since ninth grade and emily previously provided, the court did go to religious beliefs but said it goes beyond that as well. an individual who was in school cannot be prevented from moving forward with first amendment rights. >> she is back in school now? >> she is back, yes, in fact, the school allowed her to come become and requested a meeting actually with her parents because previously had a policy that any student could sit for national anthem. i would like to touch on a federal case in which court ruled, it's so disunity, the courts have ruled out a privilege action, ie,
