if you want to talk about racial inequities, whatever your point of view is, just don't do it during the national anthem. i did not need to see a poll but i understand where you're coming from. it's not without merit. let's go and talk to horace about that. horace, we can't have this continue to go on. the fans are ticked off and others are upset. so do you agree roger goodellre will get a hold of this when the owners meet this weekend? >> first of all, good for jerry jones.es i am pleased to see that owners understand that offending our flag in this way should not be condoned. shouldn't be condoned by the owner, by any league or by any players. good for jerry jones. as for this idea that it's okay to offend the american people, we get the right to also choose whether we are going to watch something that we don't like. leo talked about these boycotts in the past during the civil rights era, where people

were able to say, i don't like what you are doing. i won't participate. in overwhelming numbers, we are watching the american people say we don't like what you are doing and we will not participate. that's as american as apple pie. >>ri brian: before you talk, i've got to read the rest of the letter. just in case our audience didn't. he doesn't just say stand. he said he's actually trying to be positive and says this -- "we will include in our conversation elements that in season platforms will exist to promote core issues that they say matters most and promote positive change in our country." rather than split the country about disrespecting the flag, that's how i view it and you view it differently, they will work on the programs necessaryry to make the country better. do you like that? >> i like that, brian, but what makes this country unique and great? we allow dissent. this is peaceful dissent.

"new yorker magazine," a major article talking about several women going to record and on the record to discuss sexual harassment and in some cases, sexual assault by weinstein over the course of many years. a big question remains. why has liberal hollywood in many cases stayed silent for so long about weinstein? because he is so powerful and can make or break careers? is that still the same situation? joining us now, antonio sabato jr.

actor and congressional candidate. there are 20 different women with sexual harassment some of these names are bigger than we will ever see on the big screen. allegations, three of which said they were raped. b some of these names are as bigots we would see on the big screen or in "people" magazine. how could someone get away with this for so long? >> power. and people not talking about it when they should have. i'm open to say it -- i've known harvey for many, many years. i knew he was a slime known, and i know he is a slime now. these women have been attacked. 1 out of 3 women in the world is getting sexually harassed every single day. in hollywood especially. i grew up watching movies back in the day, classic films. actors stood up for what was right. if there was something wrong with a director or producer, they would stay stand up and say, this is wrong, i won't work with them. they have to wait for this moment. for someone like george clooney to come out? i wish george clooney would keep coming out. and talk about these people. there's more than harvey weinstein out there, peoplee attacking women and really t getting -- they are deciding their future. to do what they want.

that's why i am in politics. i want to fight for the american people. i am working extremely hard for it. >> brian: it's an all or nothing career you guys go through. one minute you're making $18,00: a year as as waitress. barely making ends meet. you have three or four roommates. then you get the big movie and if you have the talent, you become a multimillionaire. setting your family up for generations. in comes the major hollywood producer who says i see talent with you. meet me by the bar. yeah, follow up to my room.. should i sacrifice my self-esteem? this is a scenario we thought was in the movies but it's still happening today, apparently. >> it's happening today. with all of the technology we have, the truth will prevail. it's not just producers. it's casting directors, head of the studios. the list goes on and on. people don't want to talkis abot the truth. being sexually harassed by your boss coming up to come out and say it but they won't because

they want to get the next job, the next partt and all that. hopefully this will change and we have to keep fighting for what is right. >> brian: the other thing that comes out, by the way, he's such a huge political donor. all over democratic causes. over a million dollars to the clinton foundations, $56,000 here. big supporter of the obamas. their daughter malia interned for him. at the question is, who knew and when did they know? is it possible not to know? i want you to hear seth macfarlane and the comment he made and what it did mean then, it was a laugh line. people on the outside didn't know what itid meant. now it means a lot. listen. >> congratulations, you five ladies no longer have to pretend to be attracted to harveys, weinstein. is right on what he said today. previous administrations in both parties trying to pay off the regime and tried all kinds of different things and north korea basically kept steaming, closer and closer to getting these nuclear weapons. they can reach american shores. we are at this point right now. why they believe inside the white house behind me that we are not inching closer to world war iii is that they know that when you look at the president's speech before the u.n. general assembly, he got a criticism from the rhetoric and talking about rocket man, kim jong un. giving him that moniker. they believe inside the white house that talking tough with kim jong un is all he responds to, number one. number two, the president actually is backing it up with diplomacy because if you look at what happened at the u.n. before this speech, the u.s. worked with china and russia to get the toughest u.n. sanctions ever against the north korean regime. they are not really working just

yet because north korea is still making all kinds of noise, brian. the fact of the matter is, everyone in the world knows that china is the key to all of this. they haven't ratcheted up even more sanctions to really inflict economic pain on north korea but the white house believes that the president took an important first step by getting china and russia on board with those initial sanctions. the toughest we've ever seen. >> brian: we will find out b more about that when the president goes to china. in a couple weeks in november. and we know the secretary of state had lunch with the president today. hopefully they will be able to make ends meet. i want to talk about iran real quick. where is the president at? towards decertifying the iran t nuclear deal. he wants to follow through on that promise. the big thing is what comes next. there doesn't seem to be much appetite on capitol hill.

for new sanctions on iran. there is a lot of lawmakers who want to see the deal continue even though it's unclearnt if is working at all. this is an example where the president seems to want to take on the establishment in his own party. you mentioned barb corker and others, who were part of the iran nuclear deal. it was initiated by the obama administration but it with senior republicans like the chairman of the former relations committee that helped smooth this path. if he decertifies it, which is p where he is leaning now, the question is going to be what comes next. the president is going to need bob corker and other senators he's been feuding with thehe pickup the pieces and make sure that in the interim, iran does not get closer to getting nuclear weapons themselves. you've got these two big national security challenges and diplomacy will be the key in the days ahead. >> brian: and condoleezza rice said, i hate the deal, i don't like the deal, i never would've signed it, but we are better off keeping the deal unless there is a blatant violation. a lot going on and she

recommended that rex tillerson, as secretary of state for this president, and she seems to be supportive. ed henry, thanks so much. great job as usual. now, for a reaction to what the president has done with north korea and where we are former counterterrorism advisor to vice president dick cheney, and fox news contributor, michael waltz. welcome back. >> thanks, brian. >> brian: the president is going to be going over to north korea -- not to ounorth korea, south korea. he's going to be walking the dmz line. what symbolism could be coming our way in threeal weeks? what is the message there if he in fact does this? >> it sends a message to the 30,000 troops. that we have in south korea, whose lives are sitting on the line. the 25,000 soldiers and airmen and women that we have in japan. and not to mention the ones that we have in guam, commander-in-chief is leading from thehe front. and he's no longer going to

accept the same old, same old that we've had for theo last 30 years as the north korean regime has strung us along and is on the brink of having an icbm that can strike the united states. >> brian: i understand the first place he's going to go is china and they don't want this whole thing to be about north korea. they wanted to be about trade deals and economic ties. and the relationship is one of the goals. the way to do that is to show some substantial gains and pushes in terms of the sanctions they promised when it comes to the banking system.es do you think, having said that, we will see something in the next couple of weeks? >> the chinese are very good at reacting when there's a lot of tension on north korea. when there's a lot of focus on it and there's a lot of pressure. they agreed to the u.n. sanctions, which they've done before. importantly at the u.n. and i think in direct response to the president's tough rhetoric, they ordered their banking system to stop doing business with the north korean regime.

the chinese are also very good and once attention shifts, to kind of letting this same old same old go back into place and letting their buffer state continue to be a problem for us. the president has to keep their feet to the fire. importantly, before the idpresident's trip, the chinese communist party has their every five year leadership conference, and that is very important for him to regain and re-hold power and to see some of his people and plays. we will be watching that very closely. >> brian: you are a war fighter bycl trade. you know that so is james mattis. he is now secretary of defense. how important was it for him to say to be ready, to be it says a lot. it's exactly what the president has been saying. just not as succinctly. >> one of the things the obama administration never fullyth grasped is in order for diplomacy to be effective, you have to have a credible threat

of military force when our diplomats are sitting down.. it has to be credible. our military has to be ready. and our opponents have to know that the president has the will to employ that military force. that's what makes diplomacy effective and that's what makes our economic sanctions really fight. it forces folks to enforce those sanctions. they don't want it to be employed. mattis knows that. this president knows that. i'm fine with the tough talk. we can't have more of the same old, same old. >> brian: i know it's complicated conversation, but knowing that you don't love the iranian deal, knowing the alternative is to get out, would you be advising the president to get out or would you do what mattis and mcmaster are doing, stay in? >> we need to hit all of those other areas. ballistic missiles, terrorism. a

sieber, all of the other things that are left out of the deal, that is why it is affordable deal. the cat is out of the bag in i terms of already giving them the money. the thing is, we need to enforce the hell out of it. as soon as i ran violates it,as which they will, getting into the military sites, which we have to ask permission for, then the europeans, the russians and everyone else are forced to put sanctions back in place. this president has no good choices because it was such a horrible deal. >>si brian: it was. and only a third ofbe the senate approved it. including key democrats who voted against it, they knew they only needed about 40 senators to stay yes to it, thanks to bob corker.tz michael waltz, thanks so much. >> thanks, brian. >> brian: coming up straight ahead, can congress still strike a deal on daca? after the president struck his 70-point plan and gave it some air and sunlight. we'll be back in a moment to

the real problem for donald trump is donald trump. he has inflicted more problems for himself, when you go after a senator like corker. who you've got on your team. we only have a two vote margin in the senate. now you've got at least four republicans on any day who won't vote for you, going after republican senators up for reelection. and could lose to democrats. there would be more democrats. i am good with that. >> brian: we could do a donald trump segment and point out everything that he said that he is going to do and is doing. we will see how it turns out in a couple years. when we start looking at reelection. she's formed an organization called "onward together." i remember jimmy carter started building houses, al gore went to the private sector. mitt romney legitimately disappeared. why won't hillary clinton follow the pattern? >> i would like to point out tformer presidents, the presidet i served, president george w. bush and his dad, they simply went back to texas and lived their. lives. yes, they opine from time to time but george w. bush spends
