and francisco hernandez. 70-point plan. 10,000 more immigration agents. 370 more immigration judges. 1,000 more immigration lawyers at the border to get this thing going quickly in an organized fashion. are you saying, is this a foundation for negotiation or a nonstarter for you? francisco? i hate when he ignores me. lars, you can hear me, right? we will get his earpiece handled. for you, are you surprised that nancy pelosi came back and saidd i can't even deal with this? >> i'm not surprised at all. on every issue they are handling right now, we are not going to talk about obamacare, anything. they don't want to do any business with this president. this president is doing exactly what the american people set at
10:42 pm
the set of instructions. they said we want a wall. we want the laws enforced. an awful lot of what donald trump is proposing is thready in the law. the wall is in the law. the immigration laws we have can be enforced. we need some more immigration agents.nf 370 judges. we have an absolutelye unconscionable backlog of asylum claims. that shouldeo be a sympathetic point for people who care about immigration. someone comes to this country and said this is a terrible place, i will die if you send me back there. we have a quarter million people who are sitting in this backlog. some of them, let'set get the backlog cleared up. >> brian: i was staggered to see this, francisco. we got youra audio figured out. this year already, we have had 4,000 unaccompanied minors surged through the border, which
10:43 pm
was apparently less than past years. we have that 70-point plan, is that a nonstarter for you or a foundation to start talking? >> look, it comes down to one point for president trump. can he build a wall or not? any statute, it doesn't matter. congress is scared of their own shadow. democrats and republicans. why do you even need seven or 7y points? let's get to talking about it. we need to define where this country is going as far as immigration is concerned. we are talking about dreamers. what do we define as dreamers? it's a nightmare. they were brought here through no fault of their own.f staying out of trouble, going to school, paying taxes. and we can't figure out what to do with them? let's wake up. >> brian: 800,000 here, which is significant. instead of saying, we will ignore you, let you through the system, at one point, try for citizenship, you have a lot of
10:44 pm
explaining to do, they wanted six months to work it out. you want the dreamers handled. i think president trump does too. what is something else that you hope is in play when they talk about this? >> let's talk about the elephant in the room. neither side wants to talk about it. temporary worker visas. president trump talked about a physical wall but there's nothing wrong with that, a philosophical wall.ut mexico has 50%, as much fault to do with illegal immigration is the united states. what are we going to do? if we get temporary work visas, let them go back, we rebuilt mexico. presumably, what mexico was supposed to do, all it did was create the world's richest person. let's sit down and talk about it. where do we want to go as a country? >> brian: as much as i know where you stand onn immigration, there's got to be something on both sides. there needs to be 60 votes. how many times have we been through thisis cycle? republicans and democrats keep talking atta each other. and nothing gets done. do you think president trump would lose some of his base if he green lights some compromise? lawrence, go ahead.
10:45 pm
>> honestly, i think he's going to be able to get some compromise. most of us don't want to b compromise because we've seen 30 years of compromise and we have seen where it has left us. a country with millions of illegal aliens, no respect for the law, and you have to start enforcing it. >> brian: let him talk, francisco. francisco, final thought real quick. >> we are giving them jobs. we are saying come, you are illegal. you are ugly. greasy mexicans. stay away. we are giving them a job. they are all working. you don't have an employment job, undocumented immigrants, let's talk about what they are doing for the american -- >> brian: francisco, i would not describe anyone and south america or central america that way. no one is. they want to get a hold of the situation. >> they are willing to earn it, absolutely.ea >> brian: just sign the guestbook. that's all we ask.
10:46 pm
>> let's create the guest book. >>%. 100%. >> brian: let's go to party city and get one. and a lot of pens and pencils. lawrence and francisco, thank you very much. if you've been praying for hillary clinton to quietly ride into the sunsett like al gore ad mitt romney, you will be sorely disappointed. will new comments from her actually help president trump? stay tuned. to the people you love, does psoriasis ever get in the way of a touching moment? if you have moderate to severe psoriasis, you can embrace the chance of completely clear skin with taltz. taltz is proven to give you a chance at completely clear skin. with taltz, up to 90% of patients had a significant improvement of their psoriasis plaques. in fact, 4 out of 10 even achieved completely clear skin. do not use if you are allergic to taltz.

>> brian: large sums of campaign donations from harvey weinstein large sums >> brian: despite receiving large sums of campaign donations from harvey weinstein and people like that, hillary clinton lostsh a presidentta trump last november. someone should tell her. she's taking every opportunity she can to remind everybody that you will still be healing you might be hearing from her apparently for all eternity. >> some of those people online and elsewhere who were saying we kind of wish she just wouldn't say anything more, we kind of hope she just disappears. have not been following me for the last 40 years, i can tell you that much. i am not going anywhere. other than right into the middle of the debate about the future. >> brian: great. joining us now with some reaction, matt schlapp.

chairman of the american conservative union in boston. one of my all-time favorite people, mary anne marsh, democratic strategists. first, matt. put on your political operative hat. republican perspective. are you glad about this or worried? because she's part of a political machine? >> we should be humble in politics. i think hillary clinton isld the gift that keeps on giving. husband isn hey, tedly saying to her maybe you should go away for a little bit and try to reemerge later. i actually think that the more hillary clinton relitigates the election of 2016, the better it is for my side. >> brian: how would you feel,it mary ann? more of a tim ryan or cory booker and less of someone like hillaryrv clinton? >> hillary clinton has every right in the world to be part of the current public debate and certainly about donald trump. the fact is, 3 million more people voted for her than trump and much of whicn she said about trump during the campaign has been born out.
10:52 pm
the real problem for donald trump is donald trump. he has inflicted more problems for himself, when you go after a senator like corker. who you've got on your team. we only have a two vote margin in the senate. now you've got at least four republicans on any day who won't vote for you, going after republican senators up for reelection. and could lose to democrats. there would be more democrats. i am good with that. >> brian: we could do a donald trump segment and point out everything that he said that he is going to do and is doing. we will see how it turns out in a couple years. when we start looking at reelection. she's formed an organization called "onward together." i remember jimmy carter started building houses, al gore went to the private sector. mitt romney legitimately disappeared. why won't hillary clinton follow the pattern? >> i would like to point out tformer presidents, the presidet i served, president george w. bush and his dad, they simply went back to texas and lived their. lives. yes, they opine from time to time but george w. bush spends

most of his time dealing with the wounded warriors. i think there's something nice about having your time in the arena andd respectfully fading away. i think hillary clinton, there's something about her that craves attention. mary ann, i'm fine with the attack that she has a voice and a point ofof view. i think she just understands it's not going over very well. >> brian: as someone who wants the democrats to do very well, is this the best way? g >> if you or any of the democrats already talking about 2020, you have ample opportunity to talk about all kinds of things and go to iowa or new hampshire or anywhere else. hillary clinton has time andin time again been proven right about what she said about donald trump. she said he would give -- >> brian: it doesn't matter. doesn't help the democrats. >> she would lose worse if the reelection happened today. >> guys, look.
10:54 pm
hillary clinton has a lot to say in the right to say it. the other striking thing i see right now is all the former presidents having emerged and showing themselves raising money for flood victims. seeing them at golf tournaments. you haven't seen the former president. and that's all in response to donald trump.u is not a coincidence we seeid fe former presidents raising money for flood victims. >> brian: why doesn't she do that? do something for somebody else. >> let me take you up on your offer. why don't we see hillary clinton raising money for flood victims? instead, we see her talking about her favorite subject. herself. >> brian: her book is going well. >> she's done plenty of terrible stuff, believe me. >> the clinton foundation, we've seen that one. >> not true at all and you know that, matt.. >> brian: very good. we have one more block. great to see you. meanwhile, more fox and -- i almost said fox & friends. more "fox news tonight." and just a moment. then, i'll talk about
