horrific act. the last night vigil was held for the victims. kelly was dressed like you said in black tactical gear wearing a ballistic vest when he arrived at valero gas station near baptist church, at news conference last night, officials say he crossed the street to the church and began firing a ar-assault type rifle according to military, kelly was in air force until 2014 but he was court marshaled in 2012 for assaulting his wife and child and received a bad conduct discharge from the air force. kelly worked as a security guard for a texas water park this past summer according to resume under his name that appears online. investigatorrors say kelly didn't appear to be connected to any organized terror groups as well. as for this community, less than 400 people total, the challenge now is coming together as almost every corner of this town is

humanity? >> it questions humanity under the circumstances but we are beginning to get a clearer picture of who this guy is or was. it is no doubt about it that he himself for what i understand that may have had relatives that attended the church in question, comes across the street and shoots individuals, this happen where you would least expect, rob, and jackie, and that's in small town america. rob: when i took a look at the photos when the name came out, you can almost see, there has to be some kind of sickness for people to do something like this, i think that goes without saying, but in one picture in particular, it reminds me of the the photo of the kid that did the newtown massacre, there

something has to be done about mental ill innocence the country at this point? >> absolutely. when you see something, say something and when you're in small town america, you see someone like this guy who i understand was considered an atheist or doing online atheist reviews and he may have been well firing a gun, you take that combination and you would believe that someone in small town america would take that to law enforcement so they can take the individual out. jackie: thank goodness for citizen who chased off this guy f it wasn't for him, who knows how many people would have died. he chased him off with the rifle. >> absolutely, jackie, i'm glad that you mentioned the hero. it's my understanding and certainly unconfirmed but that this is the same individual who

shot this guy, kelly gets in the vehicle, the person who shot him got in his vehicle along with another person, they chased this guy down, the guy kelly veered off the highway and at the time and crashed and at that time they came up to the vehicle and they found him to be dead, so this guy from all indication was a hero. rob: you were a law enforcement officer, i want to go back to preventing things like this from happening. you said if you see something like this, you have to say something, you know somebody who thinks is weird and has a got of guns, if you go to a police officer they can't do anything at that point, he owned the gun legally, right? >> i'm a lawyer also and i can tell you that you're right about what you're saying, i don't know if you can say that someone who is mentally ill or under mental distress legally and lawfully own ad gun but i think that what would happen is that law

somewhat pronorth korea and also prochina which is beyond fascinating because north korea is probably the biggest threat to livelihood right now. >> right, the south korean electorate is divided between conservative who is support the united states down the line and the so-called progressives and president moon is a progressive, he's a korean nationalist. he believes korea should balance itself between the united states and china even though the u.s. is the only nation pledged to defend south korea and china is actually arming south koreans arch enemy which is north korea. this on the surface doesn't make sense. we put up with this because we do need to preserve stability in north asia but we should be having the very difficult discussions with the south korean leadership because actually they don't reflect a lot of the opinion in south korea itself because south korea is a good friend to the united states, it's just that the political establishment at this moment is not. jackie: last question, president trump is set to meet with russian president vladimir putin on thursday, those two, you

know, they had their first meeting back in july, it was supposed to be 30 minutes and ended up being two hours. they clearly have a lot to talk about. how do you think that meeting is going to go. >> i think president trump will try to separate putin from xi jinping. putin is a troublemaker in north asian. but nonetheless, putin has been supporting xi jinping down the line and we see the russian an chinese militaries exercising together in the south china sea so that is problematic for us. so president trump, i think, needs to sort of use coercive, we should be making sure that we will tell them that we will aggravate the problems for him if he doesn't help us on north korea. rob: right, don't stir the pot. the ever complex story of north korea and asia all put together. thank you so much gordon.

power, the power to compel is more deluded and each side can dig into their heels and refuse to oblige and someone like goodell which is so high up, it's highly unlikely the judge will approve that evidentiary will be deposed here. if five is the average, the judge will not approve anyone. rob: what's so interesting about that, in my opinion, it wouldn't take collusion from nobody to want this guy right now. you know, who wants to touch a quarterback that's controversial. they could all independently think i don't want this guy, they don't have to get together and make the decision. he's not tom brady, he's not going to change the team that dramatically, who wants to touch somebody who might cost them a lot of their fan base? >> exactly. now the media is covering the fact that these gentlemen have been asked to be deposed.
