senate plan eliminates the federal deductions for state and local taxes. the house only partially repeals them and still allowing $10,000 for property taxes. high tax states like new york and california have a lot at stake and the senate leaves it at 7 compared to the house which is four. both cut the corporate tax rate 35% to 20% but the senate the laser for one year taking effect in 2019 and doubling the exemption of the estate tax but the house entirely repeals it after six years while the senate plan does not. democrats who oppose the house plan are jumping on the differences. chuck schumer, one of those high tax states, had this to say. >> republicans telling house republicans there will be no compromise on state and local deductibility. it is full repeal or bust. >> reporter: display those differences republican leaders

here. sadly this one does not have an engine. >> not for this purpose, no. these cars are amazing. our drivers are great. mafing going 230 plus miles an hour arranged like a super speedway and having 32 other cars there like indy 500. they do that for hours on end and, you know. rob: it's built for speed. as we get a closer look at it, you can see the way it's built, it's almost wheels. it's all wheels and engine. not a lot to protect the driver. you've got to have guts. your family has a lot guts to get into that thing and go as fast as they go. have you ever driven a car? >> i personally have not driven an indycar. it's not of interest to me. i'm more business focused. rob: you don't want to be danica patrick. >> no. i love danica. that's not my thing. i'm on the business end and love to support. there are so many cinergys and the intensity within the racing world translates from
