on this important overseas trip for the president, aside from trade, is there anything also stands out to that will be helpful for america moving forward and if anything what have you seen so far that concerns you? >> i think something will be helpful outside of western europe and the east coast and west coast, he is a very popular person. the japanese think of him very highly, they have a good relationship with him. they legibly say they have the best relationship with this president than any. the south korean have held him in high interest is more of a liberal leader. there is still, they are close with the president. vietnam had open arms. it was on the 50th anniversary of the vietnam city did a little bit about that. and then he called estate plus plus dinner in classic donald trump way. this shows that a lot of the work that there is interest in, his enemies are fearful from his friends want to be close with him and he has gotten a very good treatment from the american war for american president.>> rhythmic of the

is been more detrimental to our democracy. and they need to move on. try to find someplace where you can work with this group which is not a friend but does not have to be an enemy. >> okay looking at the last part of the trip before the president comes back to america, what do you think we are going to see? what do you hope to see? with what is left of the trip? >> we are probably going to see a lot of questions about russian meddling no matter where he goes. because i know some of the reporters on the trip are having a great time but the same thoughts are here in d.c. and new york and that is what they are really interested in. the president's main goal here is going to be to sharp his alliances for india and australia and japan and south korea to isolate north korea and hammer out some kind of a trade deal because that is something he really campaigned on. maybe he was first republican in years to campaign on that and a major level and he will want to get some kind of deal that helps bring drums back to

killed four us soldiers in niger. one of the soldiers may have been captured and executed instead of dying in the initial ambush. this is according to the washington post. two villages found sergeant ladavid johnson with his hands tied and with a gaping wound to the back of his head. the deadly attack happened last month a son of a remote village. it is believed to have been orchestrated by militants linked to the islamic state. >> korea lashing out at the president accusing him of begging for a nuclear war. this is mr. trump meet with vladimir putin and other world leaders in vietnam and called both china and russia to pressure north korea to end the nuclear program. let's discuss with jim walsh and international security -- >> good to see you "f". >> sevent kim jong-un vision does like our president very much. >> well! he is not like any president very much. he called the president obama

all sorts of terrible things and it is continued with president trump. in some ways, i think that you can say this was a fairly verbally extreme but nevertheless a fairly modest reaction. none of the president spoke for the south korean legislature and said some pretty tough things about north korea all of which were true and likely has human rights problems and all of the other things of the president mentioned. and north koreans could have responded with a missile test, they could have done next, white rose and really all that were angry words. i think all in all, the trip was successful. he was able to reassure our south korean allies and that has been a problem for him in the past. so that was a real achievement i think. in the north koreans really didn't say very much. specific, they warned the regime not to measure restraint as weakness saying he will be a fatal mistake elation. to some that might sound like a threat. >> is that some other pretty

harsh things. he talked about kim's grandfather and what is hell on earth, not a paradise. normally we start invoking the names of the leaders, they get really touchy about that. and they are super touchy about human rights but he went there anyway. so again, i think he was able to be honest but the most important thing in the speech was reconnecting with our south korean allies, there is no solving this problem. if one talks about china but there's no solving this problem unless south korean, rli in the us are on the same page. i thought that was important. chrissy urged him to abandon the new progress of this before that the us offers a path to a better future. is any indication that north korea is listening to us? >> i think notoriously actively trying to figure out what's going on. you remember a month ago that north korean officials were trying to talk to republicans to better understand the president's perspective. there were two meetings gone and i think there were important here, whatever was

said in speech of the president is giving secretary tillerson the room to pursue negotiations. so we are quietly talking to the north koreans in the background. i think that makes sense. hold your enemies closer so they do not make mistakes. continue to talk to them but also use the leverage you have. >> and we heard from north korea's foreign minister saying that the resume was considered shooting down american bombers. is that a legitimate threat? and what would happen if that happened? >> i think if the north koreans shot down years airplane, that would be the mexican set everything on fire.i think they know that by the way. but you are absolutely right. i think lester is the one here, as a security studies i am not really in favor of a lot lester i am in favor of say what you mean and mean what you say. the problem with lester is that it is hard for your adversary to know when you are serious and when you're not. and that goes both ways here. it is tough for us to judge

northway statement and sometimes it is hard for them to judge our statements. but i'm hoping the back door discussions are a way to communicate directly in ways that will not muddy the waters. >> one of the stated goals of the president's trip to asia was to unify pyongyang's neighbors. against the kim jong-un regime. and try and convince north korea to abandon the nuclear program. i'm wondering if you think that the president has gotten any closer to accomplishing that goal? >> we will not know until the coming days and months only see words translated into action or not.but i do take it as positive that he rekindled what seemed to be personal relations with president xi jinping of china, the president of japan also. i do not think warm personal relations everything but certainly helpful. they can be helpful and will see if he can turn some of that into policy on the ground. but we will not know for a little while yet. >> and no big surprises under the stress as far as you're

concerned? >> no. in some ways the surprise was that everyone stayed on script, everyone did a good job. there is no real major fallout, nothing blew up. i think in always very favorable trip. if anything the news this week was not asia where the leaders were meeting but in the middle east where the world was going to hell as saudi arabia is engaged in all sorts of dramatic actions this week. while that was happening, things were pretty calm and collected in asia. >> we appreciate your time this saturday thank you very much. >> thinking.>> is almost hard to keep up at this point. but another celebrity facing fallout from allegations of sexual misconduct. how comedian louis ck is responding under five women come forward with accusations against him. plus, republicans are pitching tax reform as a break for the middle class but is the message getting across to middle-class voters? new part numbers, head. >> take this tough vote and get

do you like nuts? >> a small texas community pausing to remember. memorial services being held in sutherland springs for the 26 victims of the first baptist church shooting. casey is live with more on this. what an overwhelming day underway there. i've been reading about how even people that working at the cemetery are overwhelmed. having such a large event to try and orchestrate through these days. it must be very sad day there. >> lori it is a saturday so people are off of work and off of school. this is the busiest that we have seen since we have been out here over the last several days. i mean literally hundreds of people have been coming out to

the memorial set up behind me on the church property. and you talk about the cemetery, this is a very small community. the cemetery in sutherland springs is literally just up the road, just beyond the church. we 26 people were killed at the hands of a madman. it will be the final resting place for some of the victims. in fact, the first two will be buried there this afternoon. richard and teresa rodriguez following their funerals. the couple had just retired. they leave behind 17 grandchildren, three grandchildren and 11 siblings. but in the midst of such sorrow, this community has also seen extraordinary strength and heroism. most people know now that stephen williford, the neighbor who heard the shooting last sunday grabbed his own gun, chased the suspect and fired back at him.

back to you. >> a hero indeed. thank you for the report. >> republicans may be having trouble selling tax reform to the public. gop leaders say the bills moving through congress will mostly help middle-class families but a lot of americans apparently are not buying that. a new poll finding about one in three americans, 32 percent, believe the bill will benefit the wealthy the most. that is compared to 14 percent think all americans will benefit. another 14 percent believe corporations will gain the most. jessica is a democratic strategist and fox news contributor. beverly is the president of a media group. welcome. beverly, we have seen that the polls can be wrong. what do we read from this one? >> i think we'll have to wait and see what happens but i do think americans want tax reform. republicans just have to do a better job in talking about it. i think they always have this tendency of being too technical

when talking about legislation and when you are talking of something as complex as a 30-year-old tax code, it is a complicated issue. but what they need to focus on are really two main things. what does this mean for the average person and lowering their taxes? for a middle-class american. and if they don't that they will let democrats tell the narrative that this is for the wealthy which is not factual but something that will resonate with americans. >> i'm guessing that you agree with the people who said that they think this bill will not benefit the middle class mostly benefit the wealthy. >> ashley. ashley comic-con agrees with me as well. he went out and said that the ceos will be the ones that benefit the most from this proposal. i take that but i would counter with the actual facts here which is that this will benefit people like donald trump. you have the estate tax, lowering the rates, lowering -- golf club owners, 600 million

over the next 10 years. this not for the average american. we see that this will go away by 2023. that is not what americans want. and there smarter than the gop things are just like with healthcare within the new the proposals coming out the americans would not give them more choices and not going to lower the premium. >> is that there that this bill is weighted for the wealthy and not the middle class? >> not all. and i can even says a small business owner that i can see firsthand how hard it is to pay taxes in this country. when it comes to being a small business owner. because we think of corporation i do not think republicans do a good job mentioning the corporations are. they are small business owners. when you have businesses across the country 80 percent of them, over 80 percent are small businesses hiring people 50 employees or less.

these are the people really struggling and when you lowering the tax rate they hire more people which means more jobs and more economic growth. >> for small business associations don't like this bill. >> actually great is supposed to help the people employed 50 or fewer people that need the tax cut that is what the republicans have been running on since the dawn of time. we know the trickle down does not work. in 20 say about the fact the small business associations are not into this? questions talk about the president's promise. it is that there will be tax really for the middle class. it was simply for the close, for the economy and not add to the debt or deficit. do we see the signs that this bill, the bills will do that and accomplish those goals? >> i think both focus on revenue we are focusing on the wrong thing. we lower taxes for people to get more economic growth back into the country. but there is another side of this. when we taking a look at the tax code which is really a

patchwork of the loophole of deductions, we dig into complications.the republicans spell this out. essentially what we have this country is that the rest of america needs to bail out blue states of california, new york city because their state charges the citizens so much. so we do need to get rid of the loopholes and deductions for that means certain individuals in the states may pay more but that is a sign that the government, taxing citizens too much. >> do think that this will president's goals? >> no, absolutely not! what is it 1.7 trillion added? that is not at all what he promised. he promised a big whopping middle-class tax cut. every change what i went with, gary collinson who will benefit most? ceos. also had record corporate profit that continued into the trump administration. wise and that money trickling down? because people don't do that. they keep it for themselves. give middle class and lower class americans a legitimate tax. look at payroll taxes. the child tax credit.

are qualified to speak in veteran's behalf. while there many things to help the veterans we need more. what do you think is the most pressing issue that needs to be addressed right now? >> i think the most pressing issue is about transition of the military. the army has what they call critical skills program. about six months before they get out of the service to start training people to get out of the service before they ever get out. i think the other thing is is just like new day, new day get involved with family members and veterans before they get on the service, to help them prepare to get out of the service to find employment.>> veterans have such strong desire to get back into public service once home. the leader of the roadblocks that need to be taken down. talk to us about that part. what more can be done to help the veterans on that front? getting back into it.

>> i think the big things to educate the civilian sector about veterans bring to their job, no veterans are well organized, committed to the job, they know how to get the job done, they bring investments of leadership. think we need to educate our civilian employees, our civilian companies about what a veteran brings to the market. new day understands that. those are they focused on the veterans. >> there are other programs as well. i did a story recently in a company called acp.they mentor to get them back up and running in the public sector. i'm wondering if you can share with us some success stories that you have seen with new day usa. >> is a new day, you name it. they go down to the baltimore mission and help the homeless. they go down i think two or three times a month. you also have an educational program for service members that were killed in combat to send them to college.

there a lot of things that they sponsor, but new day is one of those companies that does not say a lot about what they do they just do it.and i think there a lot of us talk about taking care of veterans and quite frankly that's all they do is talk. >> arguers have proven through the years to be extremely generous. when it comes to supporting veterans with time, money and commitment to the cause. so what can people do to help? i know of viewers watching right now are listening to this thinking i am on board, let me help!>> i tell you, i have a foundation that he run for myself that helps veterans. i think what you have to do is go online, find a good organization that is taking care of veterans and families. see what is in get involved with the process so they can help veterans out. i've been working with the american freedom foundation for about 14 years, new day has their programs and scholarship programs for i think one of
