happen in this country from a community standpoint the leadership should come from the top and it hasn't come from the top. we have been divided with so many attacks and so polarized, democrats are going to deliver red meat in the same way the president. heather: is one of the big reasons donald trump was elected into office because ultimately people thought that work was not being done in washington dc the way it needed to be done, they thought bringing in an outsider, he said i will come in and clean up all that and get rid of all that and get some work done but we see work is not getting done. the latest debate over the tax reform issue is keeping work from being done. >> there is a real policy debate to be had in terms of this talk -- tax debate. we should go forward with this but democrats should be explaining to voters why taxes are bad. they are playing to the cheap
