10:01 pm
in the case of al franken, here is what we have. he admitted to some of it coming as we have irrefutable photographic evidence. let me explain, actress, model, radio host leeann tweeden has been on the show many times, coming together today with stunning allegations on al franken that he is now admitting to. and now apologizing for. according to tweeden, during a 2006 tour in afghanistan then citizen al franken had written a skit where he kissed tweeden and he wanted to rehearse a backstage, after tweeden refused, she described what allegedly happens next at a press conference earlier today. watch this. >> he just put his hand on the back ofed my head and he matched his face -- it happened so fast, and he mashed his lips againsten my face and he stuck his tongue in my mouth so fast, and all i can remember is that his lips were really wet and it was slimy
10:02 pm
and in my mind i called him fish lips the rest of the trip, because that is what it reminded me of, i don't know why, but he stuck his tongue down my mouth and i remember i pushed him off with my hands, and i remember that i almost punched him, because every time i see him now, my hands clenched into fists, and i'm sure that is why. i said, if you ever do that to me again, i'm not going to be so nice about it the second time. i was violated. i felt like he betrayed my trust, and obviously that is not what i wanted. >> sean: it gets worse from there, look at this photo while leaving from afghanistan tweeden fell asleep and franken proceeded as you can see there to grope her. tweeden says that she did not know what happened until she got back home and looked at pictures of the trip. she further detailed the incident as a -- at a news conference today. let's take a look. >> the photo of al doing this at

head when i took that picture, does not matter. if there is no excuse, look at it now and i feel disgusted with myself. it is not planning, it is completely inappropriate. franken is agreeing to a senate ethics investigation with mitch mcconnell first called for and then democrats like chuck schumer, claire mccaskill's quickly supported because they had no choice. an ethics investigation in my mind takes too long. and by the way, is it a delay tactic? also funny how republicans are giving franken -- are they getting him out of pass by calling for an investigation? leeann tweeden is weighing in and saying that it should go even further than that by having an outside investigation into the senator's inexcusable actions. what franken has admitted to which we have photographic evidence where they are and what he is accused of doing is pretty downright creepy. but sadly it is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to al franken. he thinks he will not here on on the other show, on the senate floor in 2010, he described his

10:07 pm
when we do not have a picture like in the case of leeann tweeden? how do people circle back to the truth? >> that is a great question coming at it as one as a journalist of 30 years i wrestle with every single day. you have to take these instances and these testimonials by different women coming at it this usually women, although in hollywood it is sometimes a man. and you have to look at the whole context in which the allegations are made. i wanted to give judge roy moore the benefit of the doubt because it was 40 years ago that he was accused of doing some inappropriate things. i think that the people of alabama are definitely going to make a judgment on what they think it's true and what is not true. i can only speak as to the truth that i experienced, which was a very aggressive and almost obsessive behavior that senator al franken displayed tour me when he was a writer and

performer on "politically incorrect." >> sean: like in the case with senator roy moore, these are allegations that need to be investigated by the senate ethics committee and we did reach out to senator franken and invite them on the show to tell his side of the story. you heard part of my interview with leeann tweeden and melanie morgan. we also invited those that had accused roy moore on the program. we have reached out to hillary clinton, nancy pelosi. so far they did not get back to us. when it comes to al franken, here's what you probably have not heard. hishe has a long history of mag all kinds of vicious, vile, completely out of line comments. he is also a massive hypocrite when it comes to sexual harassment. in 1995 he was working on "saturday night live" on a skit where he suggested drugging and raping leslie stahl from 60 minutes. he said i give the pills to leslie stahl, then when she is passed out i take her to the

boats, his own words. he writes to say that i was starry for writing a joke was to sell out my career, to sell out who i had been my entire life, and i was not sorry that i had written or pitched their joke at two in the morning. i was just doing my job. so i guess based on his own words from this point forward, we can only assume that any apology from senator grope will win votes inder to the future. examples of the despicable behavioren do not end there. during a roast of rob reiner he made jokes about infant rape. how sick do you have to make jokes about raping babies. auntie called republicans gay when they did not attend the lgbtq meeting. >> we had an employment nondiscrimination act.

so no republican showed up for the hearing. which i had never h seen beforei had been there for four or fiven months, and this is the first thatrt i had been and where a whole party did not show up, so i'm sort of last in line, and i think of saying like, i think that it is a shame that none of the gay members of the committee up.ed >> that was on one side? speak of the devil was saying down the joke, it will kill. >> sean: to top it all off there is this photo of 2000 of al franken groping joy behar on the red carpet. maybe they thought it was funny, but it makes a lot of people uncomfortable in light of the photo we saw with leeann tweeden. he does not even try to hide it. in two cases he is posing for the camera. it makes you wonder, are those of -- other photos of him doing the same thing. al frankenus is accused of gropg and kissing a woman, accusing

secret even though they're up in 2644 cases settled. also reports about what is being called a capitol hill creep list which warms people about which member of congress to avoid. and finally a quick update on the clinton day of reckoning. for years we have been shutting the light on the allegations of sexual misconduct by bill clinton and how hillary smeared all of those accusers and all of their friends did. they smeared, slandered, besmirched, we went into great detail in the opening monologue last night. broke down and all of its detail. we encourage you if you did not see it, you may want to, so after 30 years of covering for bill clinton, now the media is finallyed realizing, oh, wait a second, bill clinton, we enabled him. he is a sexual predator. look at some of these headlines, one from fox saying that bill clinton should have resigned, what he did to monica lewinsky was wrong and should have paid the price. "the new york times" says, what about bill clinton?

what about the sexual misconduct. we have to ask what took everyone in the liberal mainstream media so long, is it becausell they are democrats and theywa like the policies? they enable that abusive predatory behavior for decades. and by the way, as a result, many women suffered. we have a lot more to come tonight, coming up, reaction to the monologue and some on the left that are turning on the clintons paid and fake news cnn, your neck when they believe what they have done. they are so outdone themselves. i will explain thisve incredibly idiotic story that they call news, you don't wants. to miss e tape. a straight ahead. ♪ my name is jeff sheldon,

john and i have been working on this for months and months and months. another clarification in the story. they called him a lobbyist, who is not a lobbyist, he was a consultant which is very different. he was the one c that came to te u.s.am government and the justie department with this informatio information. >> sean: i'm guessing at the end of this, john, the fbi informant is going to be the hero that helps -- >> i don't know about hero, that is other people's decisions, white hats and black cats, but he will be an extraordinary witness, because he gathered so much information. there are videotapes where the russians are opening up briefcasesef full of cash. these are the people that we gave uranium to antinuclear fool fuel too. >> sean: this is before they signed out on uranium one, before the date they knew -- they knew that it was putin, they did it anyway. the russians must think that we are really dumb. >> that's funny that you would say that, because there was a

thought he would investigate when he wrapped up paul manafort and the others and gave them -- handed out the indictment. so we just do not know. i do not want to make any assumptions, but we do know -- what we do know is that the judiciary committee, other committees are looking at this very closely. we know that glenn simpson who is the owner of fusion gps testified and also talked about spreading the dossier to journalists. >> sean: what about jeff sessions testimony about a special counsel and breaching the standard? i can only hope that jeff sessions stands by his words and that he moves forward with that. >> sean: we are looking forward to the report on monday. think ofth her being with us. you will see the most insane, ridiculous, fake news by liberal cnn. you do not want to miss it next. ♪ or make me feel like i'm not really "there."
