in 2012. the congressman is a bob of pennsylvania. two of his top political aides were charged with hiding the payment. brady and his two political aides try to conceal payments from the congressman's campaign to get challenger jimmy moore to drop out. all of this coming too late due to a search warrant affidavit due to the case. brady has said that the payment to the campaign was legal, documented, and carried out by lower-level figures. the congressman is not commenting at this point. his lawyers are trying to convince the justice department that he hasn't done anything wrong because the search warrant is digging for documents they turned over months ago. the attorney says brady is not a target. part of the claim on the brady side is the money paid to more.

>> bottom line, the obama administration in 2014-2015, at 17,000 times when a jurisdiction was asked to hold someone come out they purposely as a matter of policy release them before the 48 hours. that's the policy. that's essentially what these jurisdictions do. for them, whenever an illegal alien is made to leave the country, that is a tragedy and that's the outrage here. i should point out to your listeners, the vast majority of jurisdictions don't do this. the ones they're trying to take money away from are the ones the obama administration say are so bad. this isn't something trump invented.

the way they haven't gotten these answers? >> the sheriff's office may have the answers, but they put certain policies and procedures that they have to follow. mgm is a private entity and if they want to share some information with the public that would give some answers to these victims, i think they're free to do so. the clark county sheriff's department -- we don't have any issue >> mark: there was a court order in which mgm was ordered by a judge not to destroy

evidence including video evidence, the key card records which record when a guy goes into his hotel room and goes out. are you concerned that mgm may destroy evidence? >> i'm not concerned about those particular items being destroyed at this point. what i'm concerned about is their communication as the event unfolded and what i'm really concerned about is after 9/11 and major terrorist events, these big hotels, they have to have discussions amongst themselves as to what could happen on their property. going all the way back to the columbine shooting. the nature of the threat has changed. i'm concerned that those emails
