complaints and in california, the disney animation head and longtime democratic governor john lassiter is taking a leave of absence after acknowledging his own "missteps." it must come as a shock to those who still fancy democrats the "party of women." roy moore is starting to look kind of lonely on the political right and speaking of roy moore, president trump waited for the first time today on the allegations against him. >> i can tell you one thing for sure, we don't need a liberal person in there, a democrat. he denies it. if you look at what is really going on and you look at all of the things that have happened over the last 48 hours, he totally denies it. he says it didn't happen. you have to listen to him also. he said 40 years ago, this did not happen.

in 2012. the congressman is a bob of pennsylvania. two of his top political aides were charged with hiding the payment. brady and his two political aides try to conceal payments from the congressman's campaign to get challenger jimmy moore to drop out. all of this coming too late due to a search warrant affidavit due to the case. brady has said that the payment to the campaign was legal, documented, and carried out by lower-level figures. the congressman is not commenting at this point. his lawyers are trying to convince the justice department that he hasn't done anything wrong because the search warrant is digging for documents they turned over months ago. the attorney says brady is not a target. part of the claim on the brady side is the money paid to more.

>> mark: a san francisco judge has blocked the trump administration from doing a crackdown on sanctuary cities. william h ulrich who is become a backup president at this point says the administration's efforts to block cities from receiving federal grants is unconstitutional. francisco hernandez is an immigration attorney. francisco, who is this guy? >> he's a federal judge. they are vetted, there's nothing weird about him. quite frankly, it's always been a funding issue.

you feel they're not being forthcoming about what happened. >> they're absolutely not being forthcoming. the 911 call as to when law enforcement was notified there was an active shooter on the premises, they haven't released the call. it we don't know how long the shooting was going on before the first call for help was made. i think that could go a long way for explaining to some of my clients as to how this event unfolded. the mgm has to show to us what their policies and procedures were for an active shooter. >> mark: are you frustrated in

the way they haven't gotten these answers? >> the sheriff's office may have the answers, but they put certain policies and procedures that they have to follow. mgm is a private entity and if they want to share some information with the public that would give some answers to these victims, i think they're free to do so. the clark county sheriff's department -- we don't have any issue >> mark: there was a court order in which mgm was ordered by a judge not to destroy

evidence including video evidence, the key card records which record when a guy goes into his hotel room and goes out. are you concerned that mgm may destroy evidence? >> i'm not concerned about those particular items being destroyed at this point. what i'm concerned about is their communication as the event unfolded and what i'm really concerned about is after 9/11 and major terrorist events, these big hotels, they have to have discussions amongst themselves as to what could happen on their property. going all the way back to the columbine shooting. the nature of the threat has changed. i'm concerned that those emails
