mo aziz is representing people from this. he joins us. you filed this lawsuit, what's the reason? >> the main reason is to find out how this event happened and unfolded and how the security breach was allowed to occur. there are several questions here. first how did he get access to the elevator and get 20 long guns into this room? why was his room not checked during the time he was able to barricade it, install security cameras, and then carry out his wishes toca attack? >> mark: most of these questions would appear to be for mgm who owned the mandalay bay hotel. are they the main target? you feel they're not being

forthcoming about what happened. >> they're absolutely not being forthcoming. the 911 call as to when law enforcement was notified there was an active shooter on the premises, they haven't released the call. we don't know how long the shooting was going on before the first call for help was made. i think that could go a long way for explaining to some of my clients as to how this event unfolded.ay and then went on for almost 12 minutes, over 12 minutes. the mgm has to show to us what their policies and procedures were for an active shooter. >> mark: this is obviously a criminal case as well. are you frustrated in the way they haven't gotten these answers?

>> the sheriff's office may have the answers, but they put certain policies and procedures that they have to follow. mgm is a private entity and if they want to share somef information with the public that would give some answers to these victims, i think they're free to do so. the clark county sheriff's department -- we don't have any issue with the sheriffs department and what they have done. we need to see with somebody bringing in multiple suitcases of materials and cameras -- >> mark: and accessing the freight elevator.

there was a court order in which mgm was ordered by a judge not to destroy evidence including video evidence, the key card records which record when a guy goes into his hotel room and goes out. are you concerned that mgm may destroy evidence? >> now that we have the order in place, i'm not concerned about those particular items being destroyed at this point. what i'm concerned about is their communication as the event unfolded and what i'm really concerned about is after 9/11 and major terrorist events, e these big hotels, they have to have discussions amongst themselves as to what could happen on their property. going all the way back to the columbine shooting. the nature of the threat has changed. i'm concerned that thosee emails

>> mark: the girl scouts are on a new threat to the well-being of girls and it's not cookie-induced obesity. instead, it's hugs. the organization is warning parents not to make their children hug or kiss family members over the holiday season. if they do, the girl scouts warned that they are training their daughters to be possible sexual harassment victims later in life. it's far safer to have the girls do a high five or a smile. a psychotherapist. she joins us. i found this story unutterably sad and depressing. there is a sense family life is tainted. rushing up to hug a beloved uncle is now a potentially dangerous situation.
