on palm beach. he did tweet several things this morning. he tweeted about the terror attack in egypt. he tweeted he would have a phone call to discussion regional matters with turkey's president. he sent out another angry tweet against the nfl for the on-going national anthem co controversy. no tweet mentioned or reacted his former national security adviser, not one. no reaction nowhere did he comment on this apparent new development in the special prosecutors investigation. first reported, michael flynn's attorneys are said to be no longer sharing information with trump's legal team about robert mueller's probe and collusion with the trump campaign. this could mean flynn and his attorneys are cooperating with mueller or it could be meaning nothing. attorney jay secalo gave us this

reaction about an hour ago. saying this doesn't meaning anything about general flynn coop rating against the president. it's important to remember general flynn received security clearance under the previous administration. a business associate of flynn has reportedly become a subject of the special council probe in failure to disclose work on be half of foreign governments. it suggests they're honing in on an eye rainian-american who is a partner with the foreigner flynn intel group. questioning several witnesses about the lobbying work on be half of turkey. paul manafort the one time trump campaign chairman has been indicted by the special prosecutor. according to a new report manafort made 18 previously undisclosed trips to moscow working on be half of ukraine, even though at the time and

mueller russia probe. david, to you first on this. your reaction. >> another leak with no credible evidence to americans this investigation starting out as collusion between the trump campaign and the russians cost hillary clinton the election. we have no evidence but it's completely about pr. if we're talk about the trips paul manafort made to russia before he started the campaign let's talk about how many times hillary clinton as secretary of state made deals with the russians. how many times bill clinton talked to the russians. it's a pr stunt that continues to make americans think something happened when not one piece of credible evidence has been collected. >> say again. >> bill clinton went and collected money for it to the tune of 500 grand. i'm just saying. >> not just a pr stunt but a
9:07 am
special investigation. the danger is these investigations put pressure on people to say things to get their loved once off the hook. i will point to michael flynn's son. michael flynn's son, michael, his expressed concern in recent weeks that prosecutors will bring charges against his son. there lies the shadiness of the investigations. you put pressure on people to tell the special council things that did or didn't happen. >> allen told me this, his concern in all of this -- >> i saw that. >> -- is that, that is exactly what will happen. that people are forced into maybe saying things that are not entirely true. the prosecutors have anna tkpwepbd afplt their going for the jugular. the danger is that you're putting people in a position where they will make up anything. >> michael flynn has made things up before. he's not really trust worthy . we know he lied. he said the meetings with the
9:08 am
russians were holiday meetings, they were talking about sanction. very different things, obviously. a sanctions card with sanctions cards and holiday ones, there is no confusion. he lied of. >> let me add to that before we move on, jessica. he lied to vice president pence and was alerted by those people in the justice department, sally yates said that flynn is lying. he might be a target for extortion from the russians. that was the reason he got fired from the white house after serving i think 24 days. >> yes, absolutely. i appreciate what you're saying. this is a pr stunt. i disagree here. we have seen two indictments and paul manafort and gates. then we have pop papadopoulos
9:09 am
admitting to lying about his connections. michael flynn is a target his son as well. we know he has worked as a foreign agent, his son is involved, they have lied. kat pointed that out. i can't, i don't understand how you can say this is a pr stunt. we don't know if he's cooperating -- >> we don't know if it has to do with donald trump himself. >> what evidence do we have this will lead to collusion between the trump campaign and the russians. to date no evidence has been presented. >> the problem is this guy's credibility. does he have the credibility for anyone to take him seriously at this point. >> final world. i will point out the manafort indictment had nothing to do the 2016 elections. meantime donald trump jr. under scrutiny for a meeting with a russian lawyer and wiki leaks firing back at critics.
9:10 am
after posting what he called the entire chain of private messages exchanged with wikileaks. the president's son saying quote. "keep coming at me guys." >> think donald jr. is taking a page from his father's playbook. it's raising his speaking fee it's appears. he says i won't act guilty . >> that's exactly what he should be. in ordein other words a problemh roy moore is getting out in front of the accusations. you have to get out front or you look guilty. i give him credit. he's poking the bird to a certain extent. don't do that unless you're innocent. he's claiming he's innocent. >> or he wants to you think he's innocent. he is taking a page from his father's playbook. we know he's under
9:11 am
investigation. we know there could be indictments. maybe just dirty deals before they even got to washington. maybe russians. mueller is looking at the full breath of what they have done over how many years. >> not focusing on -- >> what if his dad is writing his tweets. that's how much they are the same. i love the boat -lz because my dad liked the beetles. i get how that happens. i think we're being shut up. in society we need to shut up more. especially if you're under investigation. most lawyers would say, tweet about something else. >> they're coming at him hard. back to the pr stunt there. is a element of public relations in this too. when you have the drips and drabs coming out week wise painting you as guilty -- >> donald jr. didn't give us his
9:12 am
amendment right because he's the son of the president. >> i'm not saying he doesn't have the right i am saying it might be better -- >> the legal strategy is for lawyers to talk about. >> lawyers do say that. >> i'm old enough to remember the children of president regan credit criticized because they were against what the president was for. now this son is advocating for his father and the media criticizes him for being an advocate. the best thing he could do, the white house to do is spend donald trump jr. to montana, indiana and put pressure on democrats that should vote for tax cuts. getting the pressure on them to vote for tax cuts. >> let me add one thing. he's appealing to the president's space. he is a very vocal advocate for his father. it comes down to, it's a family thing. if you see your dad being
9:13 am
attacked over and over and over again. people say things that are often not true, wouldn't you be angry about it and want to get out and defend your dad and your family and your name. i think it's personal. it's coming down to. >> it's something you can understand emotionally. why you want to do that. sometimes were your emotions lead you isn't the best thing to do legally. >> i think that it's pretty simple. they come after his dad. they come after his family. he wants to have his say. he wants to say no this is bogus. bring it on. fine, keep trying. you won't get anywhere. i don't have a problem with him saying. that. >> when we get the final results as it were from bob mueller we will know once and for all for this.pugh on jr. tweeted with wikileaks. -- >> a child of a politician --
9:14 am
>> he's the child of a billionaire businessman who had -- >> -- adult child. >> very adult child. someone in his late 30s working with his father for a long time, been around the block. i believe he should of known better. he gets caught and spews this out on the internet and says i'm being transparent. kat saying the strategy of tweeting and tweeting is for base rallying say it's fake news. a could be speur see against us. bob mueller is not leading a conspiracy against the trump family. >> well, that's based on opinion. if had you a special council looking at things way outside of his preview, meaning medaling in the national election by russia last year. again these people will fall on charges that had nothing to do with it. nothing to do with -- and pugh
9:15 am
on jr.'s speaking fees are going through the roof. >> urgent talks to keep the federal government up and running. new details on the meeting with congressional leaders next week. what democrats want. who will be blamed if from is a shut down. plus the final count down to a special election in alabama that the country is watching. roy moore stepping up attacks against the republican establishment. whether that strategy is working. >> i definitely believe the establishment is trying to stop roy moore.

>> we're bringing you news of a incident in london to tell but at the oxford circuit subway station. british police are responding to a incident described as a customer incident by some. they were tweeting friday that officers were on the scene. there are reports of shots fired. witnesses on social media report people running into nearby shops and pubs. running for cover out of the oxford street tube station there in london.
9:20 am
again we will bring you more details as we get them. london clearly on high alert after the city has experienced two terror incidents this year. two terror a ta*bgs tacks. most recently june 3rd when people were killed on london bridge when a van ran into them. oxford, police responding to a incident at the subway station. we will bring you more information as we get it. >> president trump gearing up to ear big week ahead. he's skeusing what he's want ago tom phreurbed by the end of the year. first on the list, tax reform. the senate voting on their bill next week with senators undecided. also on the docket a voting of a government shut down as democrats and republicans disagree on how to protect the dreamers. the president mentioning welfare reform could be on the agenda. we have a busy end of year,
9:21 am
david. >> we do have a busy end of the year. first and for most getting taxes cut. we cut taxes we will see more jobs, wages go up, particularly with this tax cut and how it's crafted. it will help the middle class. one, good policy. two, the single most important thing republicans can do. >> i don't love it that much. i'm glad you do. i like the corporate side. i don't like the individual side. i don't think it does a lot for the middle class. the reality is, as you say, half of americans don't pay any federal income tax at. announcer: the reality is the wealthiest or highest earning part of the population has the majority of the burden. the top ten percent pays 71% of all taxes. so on the individual side i think they could of done a lot more. stphrao think about how tr>> tht
9:22 am
this is. >> if there was a democrat in office we wouldn't be tacking about tax cuts it would be tax increases. >> that's true. we may in 2018 be talking -- hate to be the bearer of bad news. they may not agree at all. the undecided. no democrats will support this. >> will you need republicans on republicans on republicans to support this. we're not seeing that now. we haven't seen that with obamacare repeal. that little thing didn't work out. i love tax cuts. i think they're great for the economy i don't believe in taxation. like to spend my money the way god intended. i don't feel optimistic. >> there is more to be taken care of by the end of the year dealing with the dreamers which nancy pelosi says is upmost important. >> yes. that's her requirement.
9:23 am
>> i said her requirement. that's of upmost importance to her dealing with 7 behind thousand peopl7 behindthousand n 140 million people. i don't suggest dreamers don't pay taxes. don't tweet me nasty tweets about. that i can't wait for this meeting with trump and the top four. >> to be a fly on the wall. >> i feel trump will throw mcconnel and ryan under the bus. >> chuck and nancy are his long time fans. mitch and paul are new guy that's don't support him the way he feels they should. will he go with the usual suspects here. that's how we got the tweet, don't worry kids here, dreamers, you are safe. the democrats want a clean dreamers bill. some republicans want the bill. you don't wet tkpw*elt democrats for the bill for what trish
9:24 am
brought up and there are senators on the fence wit. >> this are people calling themselves republicans and they're not. >> you won't get a single democrat until republicans get to 51. then the democrats will vote in 18. >> no. >> no. >> let's take you back to london. i want to bring in desmond hall from london reporting on a incident at the oxford circus subway station there. police responding to reports of shots fired. benjamin hall, what can you tell us? >> there is a major police operation under way. we don't know the exact details. we know at quarter to 5:00 at oxford circus. the busiest shopping road in london. it's black friday. people making their way home. reports of shots fired. police in the statement have said they responded as if it was a terror related incident.
9:25 am
we do not know at this moment whether it was or not. we know hundreds of people have been evacuated out of the station and into shops. they were urged by police to get in any building. police have moved from shops in the area and moved upstairs. that is about as much as we know at this moment. the trains are passing through the tube stops. that makes us believe there is no longer as incident down there. we don't know at the moment. again a huge police operation in the busies busiest part of londt the moment. we have reports of shots fired but there is little else to give you at the moment. that's what the police are saying to us. the transport police have come out and said they respond today customer incident. that is a vague terminology. we don't know what that means yet. clearly on this day of the year. black friday, one of the busiest
9:26 am
streets in london they take no chances. a huge operation under way at the moment. we see people comforting each other some panicked during the incident happened. screaming out and running down the street. shoes discarded along the way. clearly initial panic as if this incident started to kick off. no other details beyond. that watching the armed police move into the buildings they're taking no chance, going shop to shop. whether they're looking for something specific or just clearing we don't know. about a quarter to five in the evening, quart tore midday in the u.s. the police responding to shots fire, they said. if it was a terror incident, london has scene so many terror incidents this last year they take no chances anymore. there are roaming armed police in london waiting at all hours of the day to respond to incidents like this. incredible quick response.
9:27 am
we don't know at the moment what that was. we know police have responded to reports of gunfire and the transport police say they were responding to a customer incident. again the busiest shopping streets in london. business days and busiest times. when we have more details we will let you know. >> benjamin, this is da gen mcdown. you got into this a little bit. we should remind our viewers the people of london are clearly on edge after experiencing two terror a ta*bgsz tacks this year. the first march, march 22nd a driver moeed down pedestrians on westminster bridge. 5 dead, 4 49 injured. in june a similar terrorist attack on london bridge, they were stabbing people at a nearby market. 8 dead, 48 injured. you were talking about this, benjamin, what kind of
9:28 am
heightened police presence have you seen living in and around the city? talk about the mood of londoners knowing this, that they could be a target again, particularly this time of year. >> that is right isis reached out to targetters and suggests those attacks. they encourage followers to get in a car and mow down people. oxford circus has brought in blocks to keep that from happening. we have seen that across london. the need to protect pedestrians. that being said this is the time of year isis would seek to attack. they're focusing on the christmas holiday. the berlin attack, last christmas there. this is the time of year people are nervous.
9:29 am
you feel it on the streets of london. if a car back fires or a incident in a shopping center or a fight, people panic and run. they know what has happened in the past. they have seen how bad it gets. london is feeling on edge at the moment. a day like today, a place like oxford circus you will feel it more. >> benjamin, this is trish regan here. the city is on high alert given the previous attacks we have seen this year. i realize there is little information now. do we have any idea if the police were shooting at the suspect or suspect shooting at individuals? any idea what may of transpired. >> not at the moment. we only have reports of shots fired. no confirmation there were or weren't and they responded to those. as i gather the police have not shot as a spus pebgt or fired a weapon. they are heavily armed. we have seen the images of them
9:30 am
entering certain shots taking no chances. knew details to give you. they're responding as if this was a terror related incident. they just don't take any chances. >> were there any warnings going into this weekend? did the police put out any kind of extra warning for people in london? >> no, we have no reports specific to london. we reported about isis propaganda. certainly we have seen propaganda in general targeting this festive season. >> benjamin, we have to be careful when we report the initial details. just after the most recent terror attack here in new york city with that terrorist driving a rental van into a crowd of people on a bike path in lower
9:31 am
manhattan killing 8 people. again i remember the initial reports oust that was it was a road rage incident, or there were reports of shots fired. indeed it was police firing at the terrorist. so we report what is out there but again these are developing details. benjamin, have you seen any change in the number of people coming to london in how just londoners and people in britain behave in the wake of the two earlier terror attacks? >> you know i can't speak to how many tourists are coming over. i know people have decided not to come to europe in general. people in the states say it's a concern, why risk that. in london, itself, there is a resilient. london is talked about with the clear of the second world war and being bombed by the goer
9:32 am
mans regularly. there is an act of resilient of people getting back to the streets to show solidarity and they won't coward to these events. londoners haven't hidden at home or taken themselves off the streets. if anything london is always at it has been. think it has affected tourism and other countries have felt that in a pretty big way. today, particularly oxford street and oxford circus will be incredibly busy. it's a major thoroughfare of london. we know hundreds and hundreds were evacuated when the incident began. you are right to say there are conflicting reports early on often you get the same reports from multiple people. five or six people will report a incident. then the media will say five or six different things are going on. you're right. everyone has to be cautious at this early stage. we know police are responding as if it was a terrorist incident.
9:33 am
>> benjamin, stay there. i will let you do news gathering. benjamin hall, we will come back to you. joining us now is a fox international news and analyst. what is your reaction to the news reports out of london and oxford street and the oxford circus tube station there? >> well, you know images are speaking now. we're in the aftermath of what appears to be a violent incident. shots fired. there is a background. the background is about there has been in the past many incidents, many terror attacks in london. it's not out of the blue. at the same time one has to be careful and wait thoroughly and patiently to a certificate this is an act of terror or this could be violence, not related to terror. the next hours will be absolutely informative in terms
9:34 am
of what the uk authorities will tell us. when you see the deployment of armed guards and you listen to the comments by experts, both in london, europe and here, you have the feeling this is, it looks like a terror activity. we can not make that judgment at this point in time. >> walid, thank you for calling in. walid phares. i want to jump to sky reporting on this incident. >> -- oxford circus closed due to this on going incident. adele, the london fire brigades and ambulance and police on the scene. >> that's right. yes, they closed the station, a direct line along the same street, oxford street, oxford circus and to the en ham court
9:35 am
road. it seems they're widening their, the police are widening their perimeter on this looking for this source perhaps of the gun shots that were reported to them as bein be being fired at aroun. there are fire brigade on the street and police department. they're keeping in touch with metropolitan police. no casualties apart from one woman saying a woman sustained minor injuries when leaving oxford circus station. no reports of casualties at this stage which is good news at this stage. of course the police will be trying to find out the source of the gun shots. >> yes, what we originally heard from the metropolitan police in a statement a short time ago
9:36 am
they were called basically to a number of reports of shots fired. we haven't had it confirmed at this stage by the police or any other security services. there were definitely shots fired. police were called to reports of shots on oxford street and also underground in the tube station. we spoke to an eye witness, bryce on the phone, he was in the oxford circus tube station. he said there was an announcement asking police to a particular platform. he witnessed people screaming and rushing for the exits. the exits roughly where you're looking at on the screen. the area is pretty much completely cleared. a image of john lewis next to the oxford circus tube station, all traffic stopped and nobody there. the lights reflecting it's black friday. the advice from the net was to stay inside and find shelter within shops.
9:37 am
significantly in the pictures we saw about 15 minutes ago there were armed police in nearest to a tube station. we don't know why they were locked inside those maybe thinking there were reports in there that they needed to check out. the pictures you look at now the emergency services outside oxford circus, they're all in attendance there. going west our policing experts on the phone with us. graham, it's exactly an hour since the call was made. what will the police be doing right now? >> we can hear graham -- okay. i'm sorry we missed the start of. that feel free to begin again. >> yes, as you said about an hour since the call first came. in they're trying to move some
9:38 am
people away and establish normality to london. they're checking the oxford circus tube station. the reports of gun shots they're trying to establish where the gun shots took place. terror related or a criminality taking place. the shop keepers have concern about the stores and people in the stores. you can see a huge police work in place. they're looking to restore normality in parts of london. it's a confusing on going incident with large numbers of people and accounts of witnesses coming forward, hopefully, to tell them what happened and where it happened and if there are suspects now. conducting a search going on and establish natural cause of the incident. >> okay. graham, thank you for now. do stay with us. if you are just joining us here is what has happened. the police about an hour ago were called to a incident at
9:39 am
oxford circus tube station. they say there were reports of gunfire outside of oxford street station and underground inside the tube station. they responded as if it was a terror related incident with armed and unarmed officers. they advised people to go into a building and stay inside on oxford street. you are looking at live pictures of oxford street. people fairly calmly walking around. no rush or panic to go inside buildings. the police obviously there. if there was a huge amount of panic they would usher people into the buildings quickly. it looks fairly orderly and people walking away from the scene quite calmly. at this stage police have only had reports of one minor casualty. a woman around oxford street tube station. nothing else in terms of casualties to report at this stage. and adele, as we said a few
9:40 am
times this is probably one of the busiest shopping days of the year on a extremely busy street. >> yes, that's right. more people then possibly normal. black friday is placed on this date for a reason. usually because it's the last pay check that people traditionally have before christmas. you know beginning of a long shopping weekend. of course that rush hour as well. all of the emergency services are on the scene of course. understandably -- >> that is report from sky news in london on this incident that happened on oxford street in oxford circus tube station in the heart of london on one of the business nest if not the busiest shopping days of the year. police responding to calls, a number of reports of shots fired, gunfire to oxford street and the oxford circus subway
9:41 am
station. the police responding as if it was a terrorist incident. armed and unarmed officers. i want to bring in michael balbony. former new york state national security adviser. michael, always good to talk to you. we don't have more details of the incident. we do know the officers and police in london stand ready and are on high alert to respond to a potential terrorist alert. >> what strikes you is the time of day, rush hour there. as you mentioned the busiest shopping day of the year. the fact that anytime there are shots fired in a city like london who have strict rules about the possession of weapon that raises speculation as well. we're waiting for other information as to casualties at the scene. what makes this very difficult from the stand point of finding
9:42 am
out what is going on, it's underground. the british transport police. the agency responsible for this and the transport police, they're conducting a investigation. the fact that there are fire trucks on the scene raises there maybe other elements yet to learn. >> michael, what do you know about additional security measures in place. even operational changes for the police in london after the two terror attacks earlier this year? the most recent being in june. both involving vehicles running down incident people, running down pedestrians. injuring and killing many. how do you describe their preparations and maybe changing procedures? >> london has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to
9:43 am
surveillance, coordinating the response with special trained units. the incidents happened so quickly and so ran don there is no way to prevent them. the response time matters in these incidents. the now is what have they don in terms of the tube. the tube has been the center of attacks in the past. you know when you talk about explosives. gunfire obviously can happen anywhere you can get a gun in. no screening of weapons into the tube system, generally speaking. i know the british police have been conscience in terms of intelligence and surveillance ask coordinating with the response. >> michael it's trish regan here. you mention the british police and gathering of intelligence. my question is how much have they ramped that up. have they done so enough to prevent attacks?
9:44 am
we don't know too much right now about why the shots were fired. we don't know if it was the police having found or located someone they thought would be a threat. we don't know if someone fired the weapon, him or herself. we're just in a state where we're just learning little bits of information. i should point out this is the busiest train station in the uk. one woman has minor injuries now. in terms of intelligence gathering there in the u.k. and london, how would you rank that? i think probably some of the best in europe. the operational intelligence that they depend on has changed dramatically with social media. so much information comes across now from those posts on facebook from bystanders. the challenge for officials in and around security agencies is to get through the information and coordinate with what they
9:45 am
have on the ground. look at images on the camera and make sure to find a commonality of image as well as the events happening. obviously the best intelligence is from the people who are on the scene. in terms of locking up people or taking a look at peoples personal lives and intervening when they're about to do something. that is the most difficult and possibly, impossible to do in many situations where a individual decides to radicalize themselves. they have some training not going oversees. no security foot pwreupbt. trish, as you know from covering this for many years. the expectation is why can't we stop this. in a free society it's incredibly difficult. >> michael it's dagen mcdowell again, what do you know. we're not connecting the dots and saying it's a terrorist incident. we know london has been targeted twice by radical islamic
9:46 am
terrorists, this year, willing people with vehicles w vans. what do you know about the chatter among militants, among potential terrorist on-line around the holiday season. >> two things. we have talked about this for a while, dagen. the digital, this has gone from the physical where isis has lost ability to conduct operations teak tiffly in the united states to a great extent to digital. they're trying to spread the attacks. get people radicalized. enough to go operational. so, in this case it's not specific chatter it's the attack. we have seen that in the middle east spreading throughout europe. unfortunately london plays a
9:47 am
support due to it's support of the west and history of coming to the aid of the united states having wars in the middle east. there is no, i am not picking up any specific intelligence from a source saying this is the time. there is always a opportunity when people are gathered. as we saw in new york city, the halloween attack this. is a opportunity unfortunately continuing for the, for anyone do can mayhem with people gathered. >> dave michael, thank you for that. in niece and the attack there, bastil day. on the market. halloween attack here in new york city. and now we see, a incident at the to*bgs oxford circus tube station on oxford street. police responding as if it's a terrorist attack. michael, thank you for that. we want to take you back to sky
9:48 am
news and listen for details on the story. >> -- shots being fired in the station. now the genesis report those shots were or noises were, we don't know at this stage. suffice to say you can get bangs in a underground station from a multitude of things there. is a possibility it was benign in nature. on hearing a noise people panic and perceive it did to be something else. the important thing confirming now from the british police they have found no evidence of shots being fired. no sign of injured people or suspects at this stage. it's a very good thing in terms of the on going incident. they will still have other areas
9:49 am
