mccain there because based on the past he voted against the bush tax cuts. i think he likes taxes high and military spending high. i don't know if you will get him but you can get the other ones but they will start to votearama where they can offer amendments. they can do that for a day or two and that is coming up. jillian: what changes will we see? >> there are things that could blow this up, some tough amendments. democrats will offer a lot of amendments that won't be germane and blame republicans, you won't consider this yet senate rules won't allow it to continue. they could solve this with one vote by bringing up the house bill but that would be too easy and republicans want to make taxes complicated. rob: they want to bring business back to america, corporations back to america

and major jobs back to america cutting to 20% corporate tax rate is the way to do that but a lot of people have a big problem with small business not getting the same, tell us how to break small business will give this current plan is it is versus corporations? >> johnson brings up good points and he will offer an amendment. a lot of people believe that would move it in the right direction. senator mike lee and marco rubio on the end of a scathing editorial from the wall street journal, would move up the corporate tax 20% to 22% to do refundable tax credits, some like wall street journal don't think that is good. if you don't pay taxes, why should you get paid? jillian: funding the government, how does it play out? >> it is a sleeper issue. december 8th the funding runs
