>> president trump calls it a beautiful committee. let's talk about salt. state and local taxes. that primarily affected new york, new jersey and california. those are democrat states. is the federal government saying boo on you, you have all these illegals living in your state, you have all of these government program, we are not going to let you benefit from anything, you are going to have to pay for all these programs? >> i call salt the soiate of the overtaxed masses. what this does is people like us new yorkers, new jersey, california, the high tax states, because we are able to write this off against our federal income taxes it decreases the amount of pain you feel. i urge the conference committee to get rid of this deduction and make it so people in new york, new jersey and california feel the full impact of these taxes.
