dangerous condition you will abuse drugs and a hell that suspicion relegated more to industries or public safety at stake, railroad workers or armed officers or the like. governor walker is not alone. the last year he and 11 other governors petition the federal government for clarification and approval for these programs was the administration has yet to respond. rob: let's broaden this for the whole country. in 2016, the us foodstamp statistics, 44 million participants. we are talking about serious money in this country. if you want my tax dollars to pay for your food and other kinds of welfare you should be held accountable for your actions and should be drug tested and that argument hasn't gone far. a lot of people said that is unfair. is that unfair?
