what is your take away when you heard what went down yesterday? >> we are in the middle of this and don't know what donald trump junior said in front of the house but this is really unusual you would have a situation develop and this is a crisis for the fbi which usually faces a crisis every 15 years but this is different in that you have the same fbi agent on both these investigations, the clinton case and the mueller special -- until he was dismissed, mueller special counsel and none of these things happened in a vacuum. he was involved in the strategy, the planning, the implementing, michael flynn, the interview of hillary clinton and look out differently those turned out. one agent in completely different ways of approaching this doesn't make sense. i think if you look at the

clinton interview you can see why this is not an impartial investigation, and interview where you had as many people in the room on her side as you did fbi, that is not how the fbi conducted interviews with you or i would not have that situation. at the same time the same agent was involved in the flynn interview and he did not have an attorney. there is something unfair about the way that looks and one of many things about this investigation that is troublesome. i talked to a lot of former fbi agents and employees and they feel the same way and i hope we can get to the bottom of why this is occurring. rob: nobody wants to indict the entire fbi, a great organization that has kept american safe but it does appear there was a special treatment here especially for hillary clinton when you talk about a special team, a smaller team for hillary clinton to handle this, the

flynn investigation was done the way investigations should be done and hillary had a nice little deal, a special circumstance here. >> there is clearly a lot of department of justice involvement, attorneys in the hillary clinton interview. i have no proof because i wasn't there. but the way it looks, looks like doj attorneys carried the day and did all kinds of negotiations with hillary clinton's team and all of that before it took place. that is not the way you do an interview and you won't get the result if someone you are alleging to have done something is you are trying to bear down and get the facts you won't get it. what she is going to have happen is be totally protected by the fact so many people are sitting there and so many regulations these people are trying to do.
