worse. . >> thick fires burning across california, you can see the fires bearing down on us and we have been on the front lines. look at what we have been seeing. these flames have raced down the hillside fanned by the fierce winds through the course of the day eating everything in their path. the reason this is a concern is on this side of the highway you have a number of beach homes, you see how close these flames are, firefighters on the other side trying to do everything they can to protect this community. >> 190,000 residents remain in the area as firefighters work around the clock day and night trying to protect these communities and residents say they are safe now.

today. jillian: i saw the trailer, not sure i understand it. >> it is incredible. gavin del toro directed this movie, it takes place in 1960s baltimore. a government laboratory, they bring in this sea creature to experiment on and they fall in love. i know it sounds crazy. it is one of the most grounded films i have seen this year and the creature is played by doug jones, 90% of his body is prosthetics. this movie wasn't made for a lot of money but looks like a massive budget film and del toro did this old-school technique where a lot of scenes that take place underwater were not underwater at all.

watch this. >> relatively small budget looks like a $100 million film. >> we knew the opening scene, one shot, needed to make you feel you were underwater, we use an old technique, fill the stage with smoke, shoot at high speed, put everything on wires, actors, props, furniture, everything on wires and shoot it with fans so it moves like it is underwater and looks underwater and the actors are underwater and you add bubbles digitally. >> that blue my mind, the fact the actors are hanging on wires and pantomiming, the movie is incredible, i give it 4.5 out of 5, sally hawkins does a great

experienced, he thought at the time during the benghazi, aftermath of the benghazi attack that was odd that instruction was coming down because they identified within 48 hours they could tell through their use of different tools that this was a preplanned terrorist attack and yet you have this order saying do not refer to it as terrorism. that was consistent at the time with hillary and obama and what they were saying but the reason i want to talk about this is you have these other data points bubbling up and i wasn't sure the reason for it but looking at it i am concerned this was part of a larger medical bias problem in the bureau. when people exhibit certain things you can vote for whoever you want, listen to sean hannity or watch liberal news but if your actions are not explicable other than that that is the

problem. todd: there are connections with the clintons. go into detail on that to the extent you can. >> reporter: his wife was a state senate candidate in virginia, with support by terry mcauliffe talking about $700,000 worth of support, and mcauliffe is very close and has been for years with the clinton family. todd: talk to us about why in your opinion the benghazi attack wouldn't be called terrorism? >> the agent's opinion there are times you may not know but in this case they were able to determine this was something motivated by terrorism. and al qaeda attack effectively and most of the agents thought that was a slamdunk assessment. the issue is why would you not

call it what the evidence you are currently gathering suggest that it is? todd: where does this lead? we are in a situation the fbi has been called on the carpet, christopher ray defending the organization doing so with hands behind his back because he just started this new job quite frankly moment ago. where does this lead? >> he has a chance to right the ship and the way to do that is turn over information the intelligence committee and judiciary committee are asking about the genesis of the trump dossier which was funded by the democratic party, christopher steele was working to this, what happened is at some point the fbi was cognizant of the dossier. why did they do that? did they take christopher steele

for the dossier, and use the dossier to justify surveillance of trump associates with the pfizer court and the guy who was relieved of duty from mueller's investigation was the lead agent on hillary's case, questionable how that was handled in the lead agent on the so-called trump russia case. he had anti-trump texts, obviously something but we don't know if that was it. there may be more reasons why he was relieved of duty. was he involved with the dossier? did he bring that information to get surveillance? we need answers to that question. director ray did not provide those. devon nunez is pushing, speaker of the house speaking with attorney general rosenstein but we need to know if the fbi was using opposition party research

kids, doesn't have an ad agenda so they are not trying to sell something to your kids. most of these sites, auto radio, here is the deal to be aware of, why do we need these to begin with? the fact is these should not need to exist because social media sites should not be programmed the way they are. social media sites do not care about you. they don't want you to have meaningful information, they want you to have engaging information. jillian: can you set the controls? >> it is overwhelming for some parents. some tips that might help you out, put your thinking cap on when it comes to social media, talk to your kids, teach them why social media companies want to create this behavior and kids

are smart. that makes sense why they do that. learn the difference between what is meaningful and engaging content. something meaningful makes our lives better. tip number 3, know which sites you can trust, have your kids say talk about which ones you trust the most, let them know they don't have to believe everything that comes their way. jillian: it can be a battle. their friends are on the apps and want to join in. >> it is not always the friend who is making that decision was have a closer look, train your kids to be more skeptical and more than anything just teach your kids at the end of the day be really honest. did what i just did online in social media do anything that made my life better?
