i think he was involved with the dossier. we want to know what his role was, whether the fbi paid for the dossier, whether strzok was involved. we got answers for none of those. judge jeanine: given that you did not get answers and we have been asking questions for the better part of a year, the question now is, we don't want to keep with this every day, let's ask another question we want answered. let's talk about contempt. senator grassley, chair of the senate judiciary committee sent three letters to deputy attorney general rod rosenstein and rod rosenstein has not answered any of them. and the investigations of him by the d.o.j., by the inspector general, by the office of special counsel, eeoc. and what do you do to get answers from rosenstein? >> he's going to come before the

house judiciary committee wednesday. it's my belief if he's not willing to produce those answers and some of the information we have been asking about now for months, then congress needs to hold him in contempt. you can't just thumb your nose at the american people and not produce documents and witnesses congress is entitled to and think you will get away with it. judge jeanine: christopher wray did not answer a lot of questions including a question from jim jordan if peter strzok were the agent on the fisa warrant. if that is the case it's a disaster for this nation where the fbi is getting involved with a fake dossier opposing a political party. we didn't get an answer from christopher wray when he didn't have a legal reason not to tell

us who signed for the warrant. >> that's not classified. there is interesting information about what may be in that affidavit. but what he weren't even asking about that. we were asking, did he use information from the dossier. a very simple question. so devin nunes has been doing a great job. he warned the fbi director and rosenstein, the deputy attorney general that they are walking into a potential contempt of congress. i told the fbi director that myself. judge jeanine: wray -- christopher wray, head of the fbi refused to give you information. rosenstein i believe is going to refuse to give you information. are you, and do you have permission of the leadership, paul ryan, to hold rosenstein in contempt if he appears in congress and does not give you the answers you want?
