is pretty awesome, the movie -- i know. it is amazing, they get crazier and crazier. i have a bigger one at home, a huge star wars one as well. this new one is directed by ryan johnson. of phenomenal filmmaker, let's get to the positives, the action is insane, it contains one of the greatest action scenes i have ever seen in a star wars film in the entire franchise, the cinematography, the action looks beautiful, performances are phenomenal. laura dern, adam driver, the score by john williams. on the negative side i think this film found it unnecessarily comedic tone. i did not like the direction they took luke skywalker. i won't spoil anything but at the end of episode vii, the left

film, there was a cliffhanger when ray is bringing luke the light saber and you want to know what happens next and in my opinion the thing that happens after that at the beginning of his new film wasn't the way i wanted it to play out. a little bit unnecessarily comedic in my opinion and the first act is a little bit slow. it is a good star wars film, i liked it but didn't love it. looking at the grand scheme, the empire strikes back, a new hope, the force awakens, return of the jedi, this film and rogue one. it is a solid film, 2 and half hours long, i want to see it again for a second opinion but wish it was a better star wars movie, i give up 3.5 out of 5. jillian: not a rave review, have a good weekend. rob: the white house and the press calling a truce on piegate
