skies. >> reporter: a schoolteacher says she was humiliated after united airlines evicted her from her seat and she wants that apology, this started last week when jeanmarie simon boarded a plane in houston for washington dc, she claims the airline denied her first-class seat and gave it to take with representative sheila jackson lee. united says they thought simon had canceled her flight and that congresswoman was first on the list for an upgrade in the first-class cabin. to make it up to her simon was rebooked and given a $500 travel voucher. earlier reports indicated the airline apologized but simon says that is not the story. she posted this on facebook overnight, i have received no written apology from united. a representative at a call center responding to a complaint form i filled out online personally apologized. simon believes she may have been bumped off of that flight of the congresswoman could get special
