pursuing the enemy to their source. whether that is cyber or transnational actors or people like kim jung un and the russians as you said in the lead, in estonia and all the nations in the northeast portion of europe. the threats are real and have been ignored for a long time that is why everything seems to be coming to a head. i would see the north korean peninsula is number one, the information war going back and forth and when you look at usama bin laden trying to unify the transnational actors, and trying to destroy the united states or united states property, pursuing them to the source, isis reconvening in libya and we have got all the drones going after that. there are threats everywhere we are fighting but the new

talk to reporters, this wasn't worth the cost of alienating the united states, the palestinian throwing a temper tantrum, get back to acting like adults. jillian: it came out the us negotiated a $285 million cut in the un budget for the next year, how big a deal do you think that is? >> it is a big deal on its own, $285 billion here or there begins to add up, a big deal on its own but even more significantly this shows there hasn't been a backlash to the way the us approached our embassy in jerusalem. we heard everywhere, the us is going to be isolated but since the vote happened ambassador haley has shepherded through two different resolutions, one on north korea, one on foreign fighters, we got votes that were

15-0, they were unanimous, went the way we wanted and -- >> especially the north korea one, to see everybody together on that, $285 million but more so it does represent something. do you think the un has any respect for the sovereignty of his real? >> no. no way to say but overwhelmingly hostile to the israelis. 70% to 85% of resolutions any given year that condemn countries are condemning israel. taking a step back on the minutia of this resolution, doesn't sound right that 80% of the condemnations targeting israel and the world where we know what is happening in syria and yemen and the iranians are steamrolling across the region, one of the things we are seeing
