they have to pay. we've begun a dramatic effort to eliminate job killing federal regulations like nobody has ever seen before. slash, slash. we are going to protect the environment, we are going to t protect people's safeties, but let me tell you, the regulation business has become a terrible business, and we're going toe bring it down to where it shoul be. ♪ >> we sacrificed our own middle-class to finance the growth of foreign countries. but those days, ladies and gentlemen of kentucky, are over. is that okay? those days are over! it's crazy.

of people who gave us our big win in november deserve. and what all americans who want a better future want and deserve. ♪ >> the media can attack me. but where i draw the line is when they attack you, which is what they do. when they attack the decency of our supporters. you are honest, hardworking, taxpaying, and by the way, you are overtaxed. but were going to your taxes down. you are taxpaying americans who love our nation, obey our laws, and care for our people.

it is time to expose the crooked media and to challenge the media for their role in formenting divisions, and yes, by the way, and yes, by the way, they are trying to take away our history and our heritage, you see that. and i don't believe they are going to change, and that is why i do this. the only people giving a platform to these hate groups is the media itself and the fake news. oh, that's so funny. look back there. the live red lights, they are turning those suckers off fast. they are turning those lights off fast! like cnn. cnn does not want its falling viewership to watch what i am saying tonight. i mean, the advantage i have is that we do have a big voice. and you know, they are always a saying, like, twitter or social

media, if i did not have social media, i would not be able to get the word out. i probably wouldn't be standing here, right? i probably wouldn't be standing here right now. if i don't have social media, i probably would not be standing here. and do you ever notice that when i put out a tweet or a couple of tweets -- "he is an a twitter storm." i don't do twitter storms. you know, you put out a little tweet. "i am going to be with the veterans today." they say, "donald trump is in a twitterstorm." these are sick people. you know what i don't understand? you would think that they would want to make our country great again, and i honestly believe they don't. i honestly believe they don't. if you want to discover the source of the division in our country, look no further than the fake news and the crooked media. ♪

do you guys want to start with good news? you don't get a lot of good news in the media. >> president trump: you don't get so much. >> sean: the market is up 25% since you won. no one in the media brings it up so i will bring it up. $5.2 billion in wealth created, the lowest wealth created in 16 years, the best labor participation rate in seven years, and the best, the lowest number of people on food stamps is seven years. >> president trump: that's right. it's going really well. i am loving it. i am doing a job for the people and people are seeing that and i am so proud of the $5.2 trillion of increase in the stock market. if you look at the stock market, that is one element, but then we have many other elements. the country, we took it over, 20 trillion, as you know, the last eight years, they borrowed more than we did in the wholero history of our country. they borrowed more than $10 trillion. yet we picked up 5.2 trillion in

the stock market, possibly picked up the whole thing in terms of the first nine months, in terms of value. you can say in one sense, we are really increasing value and may be in essence, we are reducing debt. but we are very honored by it in very, very happy by what is happening on wall street. to speed when you came back to pennsylvania, i know you have in michigan, ohio, north carolina come because a lot of people still need opportunity in jobs. you will be talking at length about your economic plan. let's talk about a. >> president trump: first of all, it's a massive tax cuts. it's a reform but it's a massive tax cut. [cheers and applause] you know, when we first introduced her to, for years, they talked about tax reform. i said the problem with the word reform, no one knows what it means because reform can mean you will raise taxes. this is the largest tax cut in the history of our country.

it is incredible. it will put people to work, so right now, sean, we are the highest taxed nation inwo the world and we are going to be down in the lower wrong in terms of taxes. >> sean: there was a lot of coverage of your phrase, they reported in the media, cryptic phrase, "the calm before the storm." it seemed related to rocket man, his term. kim jong un. in terms of him having icbm capabilities, nuclear capabilities, firing missiles over japan, our ally, threatening guam, and potentially may be being able to reach the united states, continental united states with a nuclear weapon, at some point, this is going to come to a head. what was the calm before the storm? >> president trump: began to let this go on. you just can't. you can say what you want, they should have been handled 25 years ago, ten years ago, five years ago, it should've been

handled by numerous -- not just obama, but certainly president obama should have taken care of it. now it's at a point where it's very, very far advanced. something has to be done. we can't allow this to happen. now china has been very helpful, i think, i think. you know, who knows. they seem to be very helpful. they cut off banking journal of korea, that is something they have never done before. theyey cut down fuel, a lot of things. we are going to see what happens but we cannot allow this to happen. this should have been taking care of long ago. clinton gave them billions of dollars, give them lots of other things, and before the contract was dry, they were already starting again with the missiles and with the nuclear, frankly, so we are in a position, we are very strong. i am t building up the military like nobody has ever seen. we are close to $800 billion. i don't know if you know, but our military was totally, really

depleted. if you look around and you see what's going on, you take a look at what we are buying right now with the jet fighters and all of the equipment we are buying, and you know, it is two things really. it iss jobs and is far less important, but we build the greatest military equipment inhe the world. we have missiles that can knock out a missile in the air 97% ofs the time. if you send two of them, it will get knocked down. >> sean: is it fair to say if he keeps firing missiles, that is going to end? >> president trump: i don't want to say anything. i am just telling you -- i don't want to talk about it. all these people, they talk -- [cheers and applause] i remember with mosul. i uses all the time with mosul. we are going to be attacking mosul in four months. we are attacking mosul in three months. i say, why do they keep saying it? attack, do it, don't do it, whatever, but they kept talking about it. by the way, it turned out to be hell on wheels. it was hard, they were so

totally prepared. i'm not saying i'm doing anything and it not saying i'm not. but we shouldn't be talking about it. >> sean: calm before the storm, you are not going to talk about that either. >> president trump: i don't talk about it. [cheers and applause] >> sean: it was interesting, bill clinton, when he made the deal with kim jong un's father, kim jong il, he actually said, this is a good deal for the american people. it was not. it seems the same mistake was made with president obama and the uranian deal. there is reports he will decertify this. you can also pull out of it. john bolton suggesting you pull out completely. why decertify and not just scrap it? >> president trump: you can do both. i know exactly what i'm going to do but i can't give it away tonight but i'm going to be announcing it very soon. >> sean: whyhy not? >> president trump: but i will. it's no secret. i think it was one of the most incompetently drawn deals i've ever seen. $150 billion given.

we got nothing. we got nothing. they got up after nuclear weapons very quickly. and think of this one, $1.7 billion in cash. this is cash out of your pocket. you know how many airplane loads that must be? did you ever see a million dollars like a promotion where they have a million dollars and $100 bills? this is $1.7 billion. he would almost say, who would be authorized to do it, and you may never see them again, the people that deliver it. just plain loads. this is the worst deal. we got nothing for nothing. so i'm not giving anything away but i've been saying this for a long time. you have people dancing and screaming in the streets of a ran. i have to tell you, the people are possibly staged because i happen to believe the people of iran are great people, and they want freedom, and they want to be friendly with us. i really believe that. but they are dancing in the streets and they are singing "death to america" and carrying

out theirir negotiating a deal, and giving up every single point. you go in, you want this, you're not having it, done, done, done. whether it is countrywide or other outside, there is none. we will see what happens, a lot of people are guessing, but maybe there is not so much guessing. it was incompetently drawn deal -- >> sean: you want out of this deal? >> president trump: it's a very bad deal. i'm not saying anything different tonighten that i have been saying for two years. it's that horrible, horrible embarrassment to our country. it out of weakness, when actually we had great strength. >> sean: coming up, this was the first show on cable, the sit down with president trump, once he got intoo the white house. we will play you some of the white highlights for my first interview with the president as we continue our special edition of "hannity" ." constipated?

the week, in the oval office, and the thing that really stood out to me, you seemed to be enjoying yourself and very focused on all of the promises you made in the campaign. is it your intention to keep every promise? >> president trump: well, i'm going to keep as many as i can. you know, politics is tough, sometimes you make a promise and for some reason you can't because you have opposition on the other side that raises their hand and they make it impossible. but i will keep a lot of them and i kept a lot of them already. everybody's talking abouthi it. we're going to do things that i said we're going to do, and were going to take care of a lot of people that were mistreated by government for many, many years, and that is really how i won the election in the first place, sean, you know that better than probably anybody probably anybody. >> sean: the media, a little bit of a contentious start, if you will, with them. i have seen now "the new york times," cnn, nbc, they have used the words lawyer to describe you as it relates to

crowd size -- >> president trump: these are very hostile people. they are very angry people. >> sean: they colluded against you in the campaign. >> president d trump: they are very dishonest people. the media is very dishonest. i've been saying it. i state openly. to be when i say journalism is dead, so we agree. >> president trump: not dead but they are very dishonest people. look, you have some very honest ones. but i get stories that are so false and so dishonest -- >> sean: martin luther king's post. >> president trump: they said martin luther king's post was taken out of the oval office by me. >> sean: it's there. >> president trump: there is a very serious charge. they are not saying that it was taken out, they are saying i'm a racist. that is what they are saying. but the very serious charge. then it turned out that the most -- in fact, i got very angry. i said who took it out? it wasn't there, and they said it was never moved. it was in the same exact spot, it was never moved. i said, how could they say it? a reporter said it was taken>> out.s but that is a very, very serious

charge because that is a racist charge. then when it was revealed that they were wrong, nobody even talks about it. it was a headline, massive story, "trump takes -- "i would never do that. first of all, i have great respect for dr. martin luther king so i would never do that. but when it was revealed that it wasd wrong, what i'm saying, sean, is this. the media, much of the media, not all of it, is very, very dishonest. honestly, it is fake news. it's fake. >> sean: let me ask you, energy -- and you know this, it is the lifeblood of our economy. we are dependent on foreign nations, many of whom do not likeen us. we have more shale, we have new technology, we have hydrocracking, natural gas, we are the middle east of natural gas. how important our goal is it that you wantnt this country to move toward energy independence? can you do it in four years? >> president trump: i think you can do it in a lot less than that.

it's very important. they stop you environmentally. they use the environment to stop a lot of good things, not only energy, buildings, factories, plants.p they use it to stop things. it is like a roadblock, but that is not going to happen anymore. by the way, i am an environmentalist, okay? i believe strongly in the environment and i'm going to protect the environment. but you don't have to have a man that wants to build a factory or a person or a company wait ten years going through approvals at the end of the 10-year, get rejected. >> sean: you mentioned the forgotten man a lot, both during the campaign -- >> president trump: and woman. >> sean: and woman. and then it the inaugural speech and you mentioned it last night. i gave you statistics, their very first interview i did with you, 95 million americans out of the labor force, 50 million and property, 44 million americans on food stamps -- >> sean: i've never heard you say that, sean.. >> sean: i say it every night.

but explain, by getting rid of regulations, energy independence, jobs that will be created, 15% reduction -- from the highest corporate tax rate to the lowest corporate tax rate in the industrialized world, and repatriating trillions, how does that help and impact those people i talk about all the time? >> president trump: we will have jobs. we will have good jobs. we don't have good jobs anymore. we will have good jobs. thisov is the oval office. it's a great statue of abraham lincoln. >> sean: there is the bust. >> president trump: the bust of martin luther king. which was falsely reported -- falsely reported that i was taken out of the office. when out was -- when i arrived, it was taken out. these are lying people. these are bad people. as martin luther king is here,
