sunlight their bodies wake up and they start moving around. i'm watters and this is my world. judge jeanine: president trump takes reporters questions on steve bannon, russia collusion, north korea and more. welcome to "justice" i'm jeanine pirro. president trump at camp david with republican leadership. here are some highlights from his us in conference this morning including the president's message for author michael wolff and anyone who questions his fitness for the oval office. >> i went to the best colleges. i was a very excellent students.
6:01 pm
i came out and made billions of dollars. and went to television and for 10 years was a tremendous success. ran for president one time and won, and i hear this guy who does not know me, doesn't know me at all, did not interview me. he said he interview made for three hours in the white house. it didn't exist. way was heartened by, because i talk about fake news and the fake news media really was the fact that so many of the people i talk about in terms of fake news actually came to the defendants of this great administration and even myself because they know the author and they know he's a fraud. i never interviewed with him in the white house. he was never in the oval office. we didn't have an interview. and i did a quick interview with him a long time ago having to do with an article.
6:02 pm
i don't know this man. i guess sloppy steve brought him into the white house a long time ago and that's why sloppy steve is looking for a job. >> there has been no collusion, no crime. in theory everybody tells me i'm not under investigation. there has been no collusion, there has been no crime. it's sort of like when you have done nothing wrong, let's be open. honestly it's very, very bad for our country. it's make our country look foolish. this is a country that i don't want looking foolish. it's not going to look foolish as long as i'm here. jesse judge jeanine: i don't want to focus on lies and made up
6:03 pm
stories, i wanted to focus on the truth. here is my opening statement. it's our first show of 2018. but if you have been with "justice" for any of the past six years you know there is one topic that gets my goat. so we begin with the gift that keeps on giving, hillary clinton. and the organized criminal enterprise parading as a 501c3 charity known as the clinton foundation that is now officially under federal criminal investigation. the largest unprosecuted charity fraud in american history is about to see some com. she covered for her sexual predator husband and sexual predator supporters in hollywood
6:04 pm
business to face a real investigation. not a matter like loretta lynch and jim taupie like to call the work of the hard-working men and women of the fbi. not a review. but a hard charging investigation with a prosecutor bent on truth and justice. never in the history of his country has a candidate for any office bent the law as much as hillary clinton nor has anyone lied, contradicted herself or run as a less honest and trustworthy candidate in american history. the department of justice sources tell me today that this investigation has actually been ongoing, and attorney general jeff sessions directed that sufficient resources be given to the case left dormant during the obama administration. so is this about politics?
6:05 pm
ask yourself. how do two people who start with nothing, who work in government most of of their lives without a business, without a product, without a website amass hundreds of millions of dollars that we know of. what was this clinton foundation, what was this clinton foundation global initiative? and why so many intersections between the state department and contribution to the foundation. a lot of questions remain unanswered. if you watched this show, you know how angry i am about the state department's approval of the sale of 20% of our uranium to a russian company. uranium is essential to make molly-99 used for nuclear imaging that we now buy from
6:06 pm
other countries. the department of energy won't put money in their budget to allow for the creation of molly-99 that mills of americans like me or others that have cancer or other health issues need to get better. the clintons gave half a million dollars speaking fee to bill and $30 million which of course the clintons didn't disclose. for those of you who sit there and say well with it was the committee on foreign investments in the united states cfius that approved the sale to the russian company of our american uranium. i have got news for you. the state department is the big dog in this decision and 7 of the 9 cfius members are connected to the clinton foundation. put those puppies under oath watch them squirm.
6:07 pm
why was a guy who builds steel pipes in iran do business with them. the clinton foundation received received millions from him with an additional pledge of $24 million. why? 316,000 people die in haiti. bill and hillary rush there and within hours promote a phone system by a man who becomes the biggest player of mobile phones in hate he. that man dennis o'brien contributes millions to the clinton foundation. the clintons' influence peddling was on a global scale with bill as the middleman. cash went directly into bill's

pockets and to hillary. adeerngd expert in analyzing forensic record. there has been no real audit of this foundation. there is also no explanation of payments to members of the clinton foundation for the services and reimbursement of expenses by donors to the foundation. if you are wondering what that means, think money laundering. i ask, how many of you have ever seen a hospital wing or a medical center with the name the clinton wing or the hillary clinton center for women's medical health? none. because there are none.
6:09 pm
they said they were work on a drug for aid. the clinton foundation was promoting the use of adulterated aids drugs when rod rosenstein was a u.s. attorney in maryland. he wanted to give a $500 million penalty against the manufacturer of the drug but nothing against the clintons. why did he fail to require the clinton foundation to explain how the clinton global initiative university was organized. tax filings for six years do not explain what bill clinton did for $18 million paid to him as a part time chancellor while he held roles at the clinton foundation? why? because it's all the same players who we know rigged the

investigation of hillary's email case. from all those naysayers who say this is nothing more than a deflection from the mueller investigation, i have got a tip for you. keep your mouths shout shut. this as dirtdy as it gets. mueller was the made of the fbi for all the years the clinton foundation was protected and jim comey was the deputy attorney general for all those years. if we learned anything in the last six months, jim comey rigged the investigation for his friend hillary and made sure bob mueller was appointed so they could cover their own butts while trying to point the finger at the president who has done nothing but improve our economy, our safety, our security, and our independence. that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page, twitter and

6:12 pm
but if it doesn't we may have to change who is serving as attorney general. we called fear special counsel to look at all the things we talked about in your opening statement. judge jeanine: i'm impressed right now. i want to give him the benefit of the doubt. but i'm ready to go back at him, fit isn't the case. but congressman meadows, i have from a source in the fbi that they -- a memo went out on the fbi network that asked for agents who were willing to work on this case who have experience in white collar crime and corruption. that in addition to the november 13 letter of the attorney general where he says though he's looking to have high-up people assess whether it needs to be looked at web also said $he would add whatever necessary
6:13 pm
resources are needed. i think we know the obama administration dropped the ball. how about you? are you indliend give jeff sessions the benefit of the doubt or are you still holding out? >> i'm willing to aloud him on this particular move, judge. if he's going to look into uranium one and look into the clinton foundation, that's what the american people want. that's what you and i want. but there are still some troubling things. jim was talking about that. the fact that there continue to be leaks. there continues to be a lack of sufficient evidence. this is a memo from the 2nd of march. 2nd of may. when you look at the bottom of it it's all deleted. on that particular memo it's where they talk about being grossly negligent. when they changed all that back in may.
6:14 pm
yet this is the kind of documents that the house oversight is getting, fully redacted and they act like they are complying. i'm sure attorney general sessions wouldn't say that's a good thing. get us documents unredacted so the american people can make their decision. judge jeanine: congressman jordan, why is it the "new york times," fall fitton and a lot of these organizations -- i give fitton all the credit in the world, they have access that you in the judiciary committees can't get. >> they oftentimes go through the court. we are -- we haven't seen much difference until this week between this attorney general and the holder administration and lynch administration. so that's got to change. stop the leaks. appoint a special counsel, and

answer our questions. when attorney general sessions was in front of the judiciary committee i asked him straight up, were you paid reimbursing him at the same time clint on campaign and the dnc were paying christopher steele. they would not answer that question. that's a fundamental question. if they took that dossier and used it as the basis to secure fisa warrants that's so wrong. jenna: how do we find out if that dossier or peter strzok was the one asking for the warrant? >> you know, chairman anyone's has done a good job. we reached an agreement this week for more documents to come. jim and i have been here before where they promised documents then they don't deliver. so the deadline really is january 15 for tour committee,
