tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  January 6, 2018 9:00pm-10:00pm PST

9:00 pm
sunlight their bodies wake up and they start moving around. i'm watters and this is my world. judge jeanine: president trump takes reporters questions on steve bannon, russia collusion, north korea and more. welcome to "justice" i'm jeanine pirro. president trump at camp david with republican leadership. here are some highlights from his us in conference this morning including the president's message for author michael wolff and anyone who questions his fitness for the oval office. >> i went to the best colleges. i was a very excellent students.
9:01 pm
i came out and made billions of dollars. and went to television and for 10 years was a tremendous success. ran for president one time and won, and i hear this guy who does not know me, doesn't know me at all, did not interview me. he said he interview made for three hours in the white house. it didn't exist. way was heartened by, because i talk about fake news and the fake news media really was the fact that so many of the people i talk about in terms of fake news actually came to the defendants of this great administration and even myself because they know the author and they know he's a fraud. i never interviewed with him in the white house. he was never in the oval office. we didn't have an interview. and i did a quick interview with him a long time ago having to do with an article.
9:02 pm
i don't know this man. i guess sloppy steve brought him into the white house a long time ago and that's why sloppy steve is looking for a job. >> there has been no collusion, no crime. in theory everybody tells me i'm not under investigation. there has been no collusion, there has been no crime. it's sort of like when you have done nothing wrong, let's be open. honestly it's very, very bad for our country. it's make our country look foolish. this is a country that i don't want looking foolish. it's not going to look foolish as long as i'm here. jesse judge jeanine: i don't want to
9:03 pm
focus on lies and made up stories, i wanted to focus on the truth. here is my opening statement. it's our first show of 2018. but if you have been with "justice" for any of the past six years you know there is one topic that gets my goat. so we begin with the gift that keeps on giving, hillary clinton. and the organized criminal enterprise parading as a 501c3 charity known as the clinton foundation that is now officially under federal criminal investigation. the largest unprosecuted charity fraud in american history is about to see some com. she covered for her sexual predator husband and sexual predator supporters in hollywood
9:04 pm
business to face a real investigation. not a matter like loretta lynch and jim taupie like to call the work of the hard-working men and women of the fbi. not a review. but a hard charging investigation with a prosecutor bent on truth and justice. never in the history of his country has a candidate for any office bent the law as much as hillary clinton nor has anyone lied, contradicted herself or run as a less honest and trustworthy candidate in american history. the department of justice sources tell me today that this investigation has actually been ongoing, and attorney general jeff sessions directed that sufficient resources be given to the case left dormant during the obama administration. so is this about politics?
9:05 pm
ask yourself. how do two people who start with nothing, who work in government most of of their lives without a business, without a product, without a website amass hundreds of millions of dollars that we know of. what was this clinton foundation, what was this clinton foundation global initiative? and why so many intersections between the state department and contribution to the foundation. a lot of questions remain unanswered. if you watched this show, you know how angry i am about the state department's approval of the sale of 20% of our uranium to a russian company. uranium is essential to make molly-99 used for nuclear imaging that we now buy from
9:06 pm
other countries. the department of energy won't put money in their budget to allow for the creation of molly-99 that mills of americans like me or others that have cancer or other health issues need to get better. the clintons gave half a million dollars speaking fee to bill and $30 million which of course the clintons didn't disclose. for those of you who sit there and say well with it was the committee on foreign investments in the united states cfius that approved the sale to the russian company of our american uranium. i have got news for you. the state department is the big dog in this decision and 7 of the 9 cfius members are connected to the clinton foundation. put those puppies under oath watch them squirm.
9:07 pm
why was a guy who builds steel pipes in iran do business with them. the clinton foundation received received millions from him with an additional pledge of $24 million. why? 316,000 people die in haiti. bill and hillary rush there and within hours promote a phone system by a man who becomes the biggest player of mobile phones in hate he. that man dennis o'brien contributes millions to the clinton foundation. the clintons' influence peddling was on a global scale with bill as the middleman. cash went directly into bill's
9:08 pm
pockets and to hillary. adeerngd expert in analyzing forensic record. there has been no real audit of this foundation. there is also no explanation of payments to members of the clinton foundation for the services and reimbursement of expenses by donors to the foundation. if you are wondering what that means, think money laundering. i ask, how many of you have ever seen a hospital wing or a medical center with the name the clinton wing or the hillary clinton center for women's medical health? none. because there are none.
9:09 pm
they said they were work on a drug for aid. the clinton foundation was promoting the use of adulterated aids drugs when rod rosenstein was a u.s. attorney in maryland. he wanted to give a $500 million penalty against the manufacturer of the drug but nothing against the clintons. why did he fail to require the clinton foundation to explain how the clinton global initiative university was organized. tax filings for six years do not explain what bill clinton did for $18 million paid to him as a part time chancellor while he held roles at the clinton foundation? why? because it's all the same players who we know rigged the
9:10 pm
investigation of hillary's email case. from all those naysayers who say this is nothing more than a deflection from the mueller investigation, i have got a tip for you. keep your mouths shout shut. this as dirtdy as it gets. mueller was the made of the fbi for all the years the clinton foundation was protected and jim comey was the deputy attorney general for all those years. if we learned anything in the last six months, jim comey rigged the investigation for his friend hillary and made sure bob mueller was appointed so they could cover their own butts while trying to point the finger at the president who has done nothing but improve our economy, our safety, our security, and our independence. that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page, twitter and
9:11 pm
instagram, hashtag judge jeanine. joining me congressman jim jordan and mark meadows. they penned a joint op-ed saying it's time for attorney general jeff sessions to go. all right, guys. congressman jordan, do you still think sessions has to go? >> i think we have seen some changes. the fact that they are investigating the clinton foundation, they are looking at the uranium one issue. hats off to mark meadows, mark gates and chairman nunes for putting pressure on the justice department. sometimes my dad would have a little attitude adjustment meeting with my brother and i and oftentimes after those meeting we had a change in behavior. because of the push from congress i believe we are seeing some change.
9:12 pm
if that continues, great. but if it doesn't we may have to change who is serving as attorney general. we called fear special counsel to look at all the things we talked about in your opening statement. judge jeanine: i'm impressed right now. i want to give him the benefit of the doubt. but i'm ready to go back at him, fit isn't the case. but congressman meadows, i have from a source in the fbi that they -- a memo went out on the fbi network that asked for agents who were willing to work on this case who have experience in white collar crime and corruption. that in addition to the november 13 letter of the attorney general where he says though he's looking to have high-up people assess whether it needs to be looked at web also said $he would add whatever necessary
9:13 pm
resources are needed. i think we know the obama administration dropped the ball. how about you? are you indliend give jeff sessions the benefit of the doubt or are you still holding out? >> i'm willing to aloud him on this particular move, judge. if he's going to look into uranium one and look into the clinton foundation, that's what the american people want. that's what you and i want. but there are still some troubling things. jim was talking about that. the fact that there continue to be leaks. there continues to be a lack of sufficient evidence. this is a memo from the 2nd of march. 2nd of may. when you look at the bottom of it it's all deleted. on that particular memo it's where they talk about being grossly negligent. when they changed all that back in may.
9:14 pm
yet this is the kind of documents that the house oversight is getting, fully redacted and they act like they are complying. i'm sure attorney general sessions wouldn't say that's a good thing. get us documents unredacted so the american people can make their decision. judge jeanine: congressman jordan, why is it the "new york times," fall fitton and a lot of these organizations -- i give fitton all the credit in the world, they have access that you in the judiciary committees can't get. >> they oftentimes go through the court. we are -- we haven't seen much difference until this week between this attorney general and the holder administration and lynch administration. so that's got to change. stop the leaks. appoint a special counsel, and
9:15 pm
answer our questions. when attorney general sessions was in front of the judiciary committee i asked him straight up, were you paid reimbursing him at the same time clint on campaign and the dnc were paying christopher steele. they would not answer that question. that's a fundamental question. if they took that dossier and used it as the basis to secure fisa warrants that's so wrong. jenna: how do we find out if that dossier or peter strzok was the one asking for the warrant? >> you know, chairman anyone's has done a good job. we reached an agreement this week for more documents to come. jim and i have been here before where they promised documents then they don't deliver. so the deadline really is
9:16 pm
january 15 for tour committee, for the judiciary and chairman nunes says documents are coming in in is a short leash on that. if the attorney general is willing to be transparent, we'll applaud him. jim and i will come back and say thank you, attorney general sessions. lady justice has a blindfold, no one is above the law and it's time we get to the bottom of it. judge jeanine: the american public and my viewers are not willing to wait much longer. but you doves to you and your committees. the new book that says the trump white house is dysfunctional. dr. sebastian gorka joins me live in just a moment. stay with us. i wanted to know who i am and where i came from.
9:17 pm
i did my ancestrydna and i couldn't wait to get my pie chart. the most shocking result was that i'm 26% native american. i had no idea. just to know this is what i'm made of, this is where my ancestors came from. and i absolutely want to know more about my native american heritage. it's opened up a whole new world for me. discover the story only your dna can tell. order your kit now at ancestrydna.com.
9:18 pm
9:19 pm
9:20 pm
judge jeanine: continued outrage today over the new book by michael wolff. dr. sebastian gorka joins me with reaction.
9:21 pm
you worked in the white house. did you ever see that guy with the president? >> i never saw him with the president. i saw him once in rya reince's office waiting to speak to steve. i knew this oily creep was not to be trusted. judge jeanine: i wasn't going to dean open on this it's so ridiculous. that trump's family thinks he's not clear head or melania cried and trump wasn't shire was going to win. i have known him for 30 years and he thought he was going to win. >> anyone living in a cave would know this man always goes in to win. the idea he didn't want to win and it was a publicity stunt, the whole thing is a crock of
9:22 pm
garbage. some of my sources tell me jeff sessions isn't at open about the hillary clinton foundation. last night you had a back and forth with geraldo. is the lady justice blindfolded for a reason? all americans should be equal under the law. this woman has committed felonies. it goes without saying. >> it does not go without saying. you cannot make a statement like that. >> the director of the fbi said she had 108 classified emails on
9:23 pm
her private server. that's a felony, geraldo. judge jeanine: as a judge, i'm going to rule on that. dr. gorka, you are absolutely right, and my friends geraldo who i love is wrong. when you have classified information, that's a felony. i'm impressed, you are not a lawyer and he is. pie found out thursday's a lawyer, i'm not but i served twice in federal government defense department and white house. intent is irrelevant. if you leave your briefcase with classified information by accident on the metro, you committed a felony, and she did it willfully with her home brewed server. that's why she needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. judge jeanine: her motive was to hide from the american public the fact she was wheeling and
9:24 pm
dealing through the state department. first she deletes 33,000 emails. then she bleach bit. annen she takes a hammer. there is a picture of we trying to break a blackberry or iphone. we hear about this official investigation. there is a little fire at her house in chappaqua. am i too sceptical? >> anything is possible with this organized crime gang called the clintons. but let's make one thing clear. this has to be investigated preferably by fbi acts from offices that have nothing to do with the swamp. you know what happened under obama, they politicized the fbi and doj. i proudy trained hundreds and thousands of analysts and agents. but we saw fbi agents destroyed
9:25 pm
clinton's laptops. that's corruption. judge jeanine: it's corruption and obstruction. the point that you made is so important. this has to be handled by the field offices and not headquarters. that's where the corruption starts brewing. strzok and mccabe are still there. thanks for being with us. ludicrous attacks against the president's mental fitness. i'm going to talk about that next with the panel. the fireworks start next. don't change the channel. smooth, easy strokes.
9:26 pm

when you're raising a child... just a little pinch. ...be soft. when you're doing it alone, be strong. thanks, dad. life takes softness and strength, which is why we make angel soft with a balance of both.
9:29 pm
9:30 pm
[♪] marianne: live from "america's news headquarters," i'm marianne rafferty. cleveland browns fans gathered outside the stadium hoping to humiliate the team's owners for the poor showing this year. a counter protest of diehard fans formed earlier in the day to support the team. and also collected donations for the st. jude's children's hospital. a flight returned to boston after an unusual odor. i'm marianne rafferty. now back to "justice with judge jeanine."
9:31 pm
i'm marianne rafferty. now back to "justice with judge jeanine." >> he's speak so lightly about threats regarding the nuclear button. judge jeanine: trump about the media, the 2018 edition has begun. the press corps is in full attack. dan bongino and david goodfriend join me now. what do you think of the fact that here we are in 2018. all the good things that should happen and have happened in terms of people wishing each other cheer and prosperity. they are talking about the president being nuts. >> if i were and advisor to the president, i would say to him it's probably not a good idea to go out publicly to say i'm sane
9:32 pm
and smart. just ignore it. this is probably the first time in american history a president has publicly tried to argue he is in fact sane. just say nothing, mr. president. the more you talk, the more you sound insane. he's digging this hole for himself in an odd way. but the people who voted for president trump recognize he's the same guy today as was when he ran. they made a judge to the vote for him and that's democracy. i don't think it's productive to be an armchair physician. but the president is making his own worst argument. jean are said i'm sane, i went to the best schools and made billions and i had a tv show that was a success. he's a builder from queens. how many times do i have to say
9:33 pm
this. this guy is a warrior. he's a fighter. when are people going to wage and realize if you hit his guy, he's going to kneecap you. he doesn't care. i hear your arguments. i get it. this is not the first time the senility of a president has been questioned. what do they have in question. donald trump, george w. bush and ronald reagan. they all happen to be republicans. how does that happen? judge jeanine: you can't deny the to be market is at record highs and they say it may end up at 30,000 before the end of the first term. you know what i find fascinating is the black unemployment rate now, and this president is suppose to be a racist is one of the lowest it's ever been. if you look at the top of that it shows 2017.
9:34 pm
we have a black president and it was horrific. now this president is suppose to be a racist and he's improving with african-americans who voted for him because they had nothing to lose. >> when president obama said the stock market tripled under his watch. donald trump said that doesn't matter. the minute he becomes president, donald trump says it matters. judge jeanine: you don't agree black unemployment is the lowest rate in history? msnbc said it. >> donald trump changes his opinion based on what benefits him. i think it's great the unemployment rate is low.
9:35 pm
i'm glad stock market is up. i just hope it helps everybody, not just the donald trumps of the world. he can argue both ways. >> this is an indisputable statistic. barack obama based on gdp growth had the worst recovery record from a recession in modern american history. how did the stock market do under obama? >> the stock market did great. i brought up gdp growth. what do you do? you do a liberal debate tactic 101. >> it was the judge's question. i just answered it. >> i just answered it. the stock market did quite well under barack obama.
9:36 pm
i don't measure economic performance that way. judge jeanine: everybody is worried about donald trump being crazy. what is crazy is barack obama saying in december that donald trump and this administration is preparatory to world war ii killing mills and donald trump is wase adolph hitler. to me that's bonkers. and barack obama should be anamed of himself. >> it's almost as bonker as donald trump saying barack obama is not a citizen. judge jeanine: if you seen a long form? let me ask you. answer my question. don't you think it's bonners for barack obama -- bonkers for barack obama to compare donald
9:37 pm
trump to adolph hitler? >> when his supporters say jews will not replace us in a march that's pretty frightening. >> i don't understand why we have liberals on the show. they never answer a question ever. i asked david about gdp growth. it's my turn. the way this works, you talk, i talk. i shut up when you talk. maybe you should clam up now. the judge throws out to you, donald trump has done great things for israel, he recognized their legitimate capital and you answer a question about some looney tune group of supporters some maniacs that every sane person called out. this is why i hate debating people like you. you always go to a different question. the question the judge asked will make you look silly.
9:38 pm
what's the name guy i'm up against? i'm sorry i forgot your name. judge jeanine: dan. >> the question is when barack obama compared donald trump to adolph hitler. when you see his supporters say jews will not replace us. >> i'm going to throw up. >> your air sickness bag can be found under your seat. judge jeanine: the on nutty thing that came out of a president's mouth is what barack obama said about trump. the president says he's the reason north and south korea are talk. does my next guest agreed? colonel david hunt is standing by. judge jeanine: president trump says his tough stance is the reason north and south korea are talk and he's willing to meet with kim jong-un. welcome colonel david hunt. the president says but for him north and south korea wouldn't be meeting. how do you interpret that? >> nothing has worked with north korea in administration after administration. the new president likes to polka stick in people's eye and it's getting people attention including north korea. the issue is always going to be
9:44 pm
seoul. i think it' as much to do with the president saying what he's saying outside of the bigger button issue as it is with the olympics coming up. i think that's a good reason for the north and south to be talking. judge jeanine: i think you would agree that everything that happened in terms of bill clinton giving money to kim jong-un's far it or grandfather, the democrat approach hasn't helped, and going toe to toe with this bozo might make a difference. i want to move to a iran and the protesters in iran it appears not on has the president dweetd the u.s. is watching. but the u.n. ambassador -- the u.n. ambassador nikki haley is
9:45 pm
saying the u.s. is there in the event that iran claims to foment unrest is nonsense. >> the issue with iran is the protest about money and budgets. the issue of whether -- what they say is less important than what we do. i don't think any president or u.n. secretary is going to change that. active covert operations and other means are the only way we'll be able to help them. rhetoric won't do the trick. judge jeanine: do you think this is fomented by the fact that people in iran believe the money
9:46 pm
we gave them, $150 billion plus $40. >$400 million would assist them their terrorist activities? >> the issue about the budget is clear. people on the street are upset with the way this budget came out. the $150 million is a political football. the big issue is they are back on the streets where they haven't been since join, and that one -- haven't been since 2009 and that didn't work too well. judge jeanine: from meryl streep and joy behar you will hear the most of outrageous things i most of outrageous things i heard this depend silhouette active fit briefs, feature a thin design for complete comfort. they say "move it or lose it" and at my age, i'm moving more than ever.
