life. it may impact within minutes. this is not a drill. if you are indoor stay indoors. if you are outdoors, seek immediate shelter in a building. >> just surreal. the hawaii and emergency management system tweeted this at 13 minutes later. no missile threat to hawaii. no explanation. the hawaii emergency management, after that it took them an additional 20 minutes to send a tweet that was a false alarm. once they sent it out were started getting around. >> attention to all units, it is just a drill. it is just a drill.

>> the police finding out it was just a drill. but it took 38 minutes from when the first push notification was sent so there was an inbound ballistic missile coming to hawaii from when the new message was sent out so there is no danger to the state of hawaii. the governor of hawaii and head of the emergency management wrapped up a press conference about half an hour ago. they said this was the result of human error. someone doing an internal drill at the wrong button on the screen which allowed for these messages to be sent. not only did they hit the wrong button upon to came up and they hit yes again. that's why everyone got the messages. >> there was no automated way to send a false alarm cancellation. we had to initiate a manual process. that is why it took a while to notify everyone. >> the consequence of this is bad. we work so hard to get this in place. again, this is a mistake. but don't let that stop us.

house in florida, an official release this short statement. the president has been briefed on the state of hawaii's emergency management exercise. this was purely a state exercise. the pacific command this statement came out from commander david. u.s. has detected no missile threat to hawaii. earlier message was sent in error. there will send out a correction message as soon as possible. this was the alert that first went out this morning. it is 7:00 a.m. hawaii time as people are getting their coffee. seek shelter this is not a drill.

changes. several of those countries, including britain have called on president trump not to change the agreement. he said the suggestion to amend the accord will attempt to undermine a solid multinational agreement. the iranian nuclear deal was agreed in 2015 after many months of tough talks. china and russia have also signed up to it. president trump has criticized the agreement and iran has accused the u.s. of not complying with it. iran has complained its nuclear program and says although it intends to stick to the deal as it stands, it might not do so if it's changed. yesterday, president trump extended the suspension of economic sanctions against iran which in terms are interned for them not to develop their nuclear program.
