multiple children found starving, chained to beds and a home inme southern california. with the very latest on this horrific, developing story, trace gallagher. this is beyond heartbreaking. you can't even imagine was happening. >> is horrifying, sean. it happened in paris, californi california, about 70 miles south of los angeles. police say they gothe a 911 call early sunday morning from a girl who s said she escaped from her home and that her 12 brothers and sisters were being held captive inside. when authorities first saw the girl, they say because of her emaciated appearance, she looked to be around ten years old. but she's actually 17. what they found inside the home wasng even more disturbing. several children were "shackled to their beds with chains and padlocksk in dark and foul-smelling surroundings." police assumed all 12 found inside were kids, but seven of them turned out to be adults, ranging in. age from 18 to 29.
