jillian: why is the flu self bad this season? >> this strain has the most severe symptoms, spreads widely and the thing this year, it is a very lead early peak, they are tracking the flu for 12 years, the earliest it has ever peaked and the most severe. that is a bad sign. jillian: more important to listen to our bodies and know when we need to go to the doctor. how do you know if you have the flu? >> i can test you for the flu, i can do a nasal swab that could tell if you have it and that will drive it over the top. this is what you want to look for, number what is the king, makes you tired, gives you muscles and joint exposure, the immune system is revving up so you get muscle aches, headache,
